Chris, In response to your review: The camera you speak of is clearly noted in the description & house rules. It was not outside your door it is outside by the laundry room door and is pointed at the front gate for security. In the house rules it also stated about having guests. No one every entered the apartment through the laundry & No one turned off the A/C. The apartment was cleaned every 2 weeks complimentary only because you instant booked & I didn’t feel it was appropriate to ask you to pay additionally for it after you booked & paid. I placed your make-up & other belongings that where put on the white fireplace mantel, in a small plastic bin so I could clean and I didn't want the white mantel stained with make-up or scratched. I did not move anything other than place the many items from the mantel to a plastic bin & after cleaning put the bin on top of the mantel. I sent you the text about the wall so we could have a better understanding of what happened since it wasn't there prior to your arrival. When you made the reservation you had to read & accept the house rules in order to make the booking. We believe that everyone should absolutely love their stay and that's the standard we've set for our property. Unfortunately sometimes things aren't a great fit.
