CPI - Superbe maison de 2 ou 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains avec piscine à débordement, donnant sur la baie de Tamarindo. Des vues à couper le souffle d'une maison à couper le souffle!

Casa Pipilacha est une villa de style marocain de luxe conçue comme une œuvre d'art par Abraham Valenzuela, l'un des architectes les plus réputés du Costa Rica. Il est situé sur un morceau de terre incroyable et tranquille près du sommet de la colline surplombant Playa Tamarindo. Toutes les zones de la maison offrent des vues panoramiques à couper le souffle sur Playa Tamarindo et Playa Langosta et l'océan sans fin.

En face du salon et de la grande terrasse couverte, se trouve une immense piscine à débordement avec deux petites terrasses ensoleillées, toutes avec une fantastique vue à 180 degrés. Plongez dans la piscine, détendez-vous sur la terrasse et admirez les magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis ce magnifique belvédère!

La cuisine est entièrement équipée et offre toutes les commodités même pour le cuisinier passionné. Un barbecue à gaz est également disponible. Vous pouvez choisir entre deux salles à manger: à l'extérieur sur la terrasse ou à l'intérieur du salon. Toute la maison est protégée et s'ouvre sur la terrasse.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size. La deuxième chambre est équipée d'un lit queen size. Les deux chambres ont des fenêtres panoramiques. Toute la maison est entièrement climatisée.

La troisième chambre à coucher est un bâtiment indépendant à 50 mètres de la maison principale. La suite comprend un coin salon, une kitchenette et un lit queen-size. Entouré de jardins tropicaux, c'est l'endroit idéal pour un couple ou un célibataire à la recherche d'un peu d'espace tout en étant proche de sa famille et de ses amis. Avec un beau coin salon extérieur, vous pourrez vous détendre sous les étoiles ou vous réveiller avec un café tout en profitant des colibris et des papillons qui se nourrissent dans les jardins.

La maison peut être louée avec ou sans la troisième chambre.

Fantastic secluded spot for family vacation

This was a great rental for our family (mom and dad, kids 9 and 11, and grandmother). The pool/patio area, in particular, was incredible. The house is completely private and secluded. You can’t even see the neighboring properties. The house is up a very steep hill, so take a car or taxi down to the beach.

Thank you for the 5 star review. Casa Pipilacha is a fantastic house located on the top of Tamairndo hill featuring a spectacular view of the Tamarindo estuary, and Playa Grande. This elegant 2 BDR home includes a separate casita that remains independent from the rest of the property. Fully equipped, contemporaneous style with a beautiful infinity pool... it is the perfect place to stay if you want to relax. A 4x4 car is recommended to make the trip to and from town/beach easier. Thank you, Tyler, we hope you can come back and stay with us again soon.

Truly incredible!!!!

This was truly a dream vacation house. We had a group of seven and one slept on a cot in the living area, otherwise perfect property for three couples. The outdoor space was absolutely stunning, and location was terrific. Additionally, RPM was incredibly helpful in making reservations for us and providing advice about the local area. 11/10 would recommend!!!

When can I come back…

We absolutely loved staying at Casa Pipilacha. From the second you see the beautiful iron doors leading to the driveway you felt away from everything. The view is by far the best view we have ever experienced in all our visits to Costa Rica. The convenience of the home to the busy nightlife of Tamarindo but yet being far enough to feel the peacefulness the house offers. ( yet still hear the waves at night) The house has an old charm to it. Rustic elegance. The pool was amazing. The house was grand for just being 2 bedrooms. The casita could use a little TLC but having the extra space was nice for my young adult son and his friend. The management and staff were very quick to respond to any concerns. ( minor like how to turn stove on- need a lighter). My recommendation is if you don’t like something Relax …let them know and I am certain it will be resolved quickly. Regardless ,that view and outdoor space is priceless.

Casa Pipialcha and apartment sit on the top of the Tamarindo hill featuring a fantastic view of the Tamarindo and Playa Grande beaches. You will never get bored of looking at the ocean :) The house is elegant in its interiors and outdoor spaces and fully equipped too. The onsite casita is a plus if you bring a larger family. Independent form the house but close enough to keep it intimate for a family. Vionette, we look forward to hosting you again!

We loved celebrating Christmas at this lovely home. The view is unbeatable and the kitchen is perfectly stocked! BBQ and covered patio with outdoor fans and lounge chairs! Amazing!!!

Tamarindo vacation

This property is just as incredible as it looks from the pictures. The third bedroom is in a guest house down the driveway. Views are incredible and place is immaculate.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are so many incredible things about this property! If you have never been to CR it is good to know they do not have addresses as we understand them in the US. The road up to the house is steep and dirt or rough cobbles but was no problem at all for our rental. The house is stunning! This was the best sunset location from our entire trip. The pool was perfect and just made the view all that much the better. It is good to know that this is not what we would consider walkable to the town and we are fit, athletic people that don't mind a walk. That said it was exactly what we were looking for. It was the perfect escape. Really one of the best parts of the place was the incredible service from the RPM staff. Best of which was how patient they were with us as we were trying to figure things out. It really was like having the services of a full resort but in our own private home. So if you are looking for a spacious home with an incredible outside space that looks out over the town and is quiet and welcoming, this is the place. And if you are looking for something else, I would still highly recommend sticking with RPM/Tropical Vacations as they can not be beat!
