This is a very special condo for those seeking a high-end Tamarindo accommodation. Our Las Mareas Villa #3 is located in El Tesoro, Tamarindo's most-premium gated and secure neighborhood. Las Mareas is made up of six townhomes that share a lovely tropical-designed common space with a pool, BBQ area, and an ocean view gazebo. Enjoy a luxurious residence that overlooks Costa Rica's gorgeous Pacific coastline, the mouth of the Tamarindo River, and the Playa Grande Las Baulas National Park. Nothing but trees water and sand as far as the eye can see. The views are simply breathtaking!

The fully furnished property has three big king-bed bedrooms and three and a half nicely fitted bathrooms. The state-of-the-art kitchen is completely outfitted with high-end appliances. Relax on one of the two generously-sized balconies and soak in the magnificent views, or just open the large bifold windows to experience the authentic Costa Rican indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Our condo offers a distinct tropical lifestyle with many local wood materials, stone finishes in the baths, and other recent renovations. Other features include a two-car lock-up garage with an attached laundry room plus outdoor shower. And for digital nomads we offer the fastest WiFi available in the area- 500mbps!

This flawlessly maintained Villa is a walkable 200 meters from Tamarindo Beach. Beautiful property. Plenty of space for our family of 5. We preferred to drive to the beach bc it is quite hilly. But without those hills you don’t get the gorgeous views!

Great Vacation!

The house and location were great! Quick drive to beach, stores and restaurants. About a 10 minute walk to the beach downhill, however a steep climb to get back home. The house was very well stocked with everything you would need. The view is amazing and we really enjoyed our holiday!

Great spot in Tamarindo

The house was excellent! About a 3 minute drive or 10 minute walk into town/to the beach (although there is a steep hill) which was just about perfect for us to be close enough that it wasn't a hassle but a little bit outside of the hustle and bustle that it was still quiet. The house and the view were gorgeous didn't mind staying in the living room and just looking out the window as a spot to just relax. Keypad on the front door was super convenient to not worry about keys and any one person could go do their own thing without having to coordinate makes for a convenient beach experience! Rooms were clean and spacious loved the overall vibe and aesthetic of the house. Really enjoyed my time here

Simply Fabulous

Beautiful property with stunning views. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants (walking back was bit harder due to the steep uphill) or a 2 minute drive. Condo is well maintained with high quality furnishings, nice linen, and beautiful dinnerware and glassware. There was more than enough supplies of towels, beach towels, pillows and other supplies. Host, Brian, went out his way to made our stay comfortable. We traveled with an infant. He bought a pack and play playpen for the baby. Pool and BBQ is much closer than it seems in the pics. Pool area is very nice with covered area next to the pool. We enjoyed BBQ one day there. Having each bedroom with an attached full bathroom was perfect for each couple. Master bedroom has two closets and a spacious bathroom. Both balconies, outside the living area and outside the master bedroom, have nice furniture to relax in the morning or enjoy a sunset.I will highly recommend this property to our family and friends.

Our condo is in the exclusive El Tesoro gated community. It offers the unparalleled combination of gated security, beach proximity, paved roads, privacy, and breathtaking views. We looked long and hard for a residence in Tamarindo are were very lucky to find this Las Mareas gem.
