Unbelievable stay at this awesome new house!Luxurious feel, beautiful pool, peaceful seclusion offered by the surrounding estuary. I have stayed in several places in Tamarindo, but this might be my new favorite. It is a new build, but with such authentic charm. Close enough to the main strip for an easy walk, but far enough away from the noise. Most of our time was spent sitting by the pool and enjoying the feel of the jungle. Several places to eat within a short walk, would for sure recommend Restaurante Sofia. We had an amazing stay and will for sure be back.

This property is truly one of the most amazing homes in the area. From the moment we arrived, Milena and Jonathan were incredible hosts and completely set the standard for exceptional hospitality and service. The home itself is stunning — beautifully designed, brand new, impeccably maintained, and perfectly located near amazing restaurants, attractions, and just a short walk to the beach. Our family had an unforgettable time making memories together, and we already can’t wait to return and spend even more time here. We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Oso in Tamarindo! The home is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The hosts were incredible — so welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay.One of our favorite parts was the pool area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The golf cart was also such a great bonus and made it incredibly easy to get to the beach, restaurants, and explore Tamarindo without any hassle.Everything about our experience exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt at home during our stay. We would highly recommend Casa Oso to anyone visiting Tamarindo and cannot wait to come back for another stay!

It’s hard to start when thinking about how amazing this trip was from the house to the staff that were always ready to get back to you immediately. Location couldn’t have been better. The architecture of this house was well thought out and I can’t express that enough when traveling with a larger group. We got really lucky with this house and team and would highly recommend anyone looking to travel to the area. This was a home away from home and honestly making it a little hard to be back home now that we’ve stayed at this caliber of a house. Thank you again Matt and team!

When you want a nice place to stay with accommodation that is affordable and comfortable, this is your house. Unbelievably beautiful with the view of the estuary and watching the monkeys in trees from your back patio. This house is the BEST if you have children or even teenagers because the main part of the house is separate from the bedrooms therefore noise is never an issue. The modern/contemporary feel is one of a kind. Loved the furniture and accessories that made it a lovely stay for our vacation. Only a few steps away from the beach and all kinds of eating places or you can cook for your family in the gorgeous kitchen. The pool is stunning with lots of room for a big group. The staff attends to your needs every day with clean towels and a clean house. You will be spoiled by the time you leave. If you are headed to Tamarindo for vacation, don’t pass up this opportunity to rent this home! It is ONE OF A KIND!
