Updated Boho condo, dock your boat or enjoy the Conroe Lake views from your deck

Just steps to the beautiful Lake Conroe waters, this newly renovated condo is waiting for you to enjoy. Close to The Woodlands and just 50 minutes to George Bush Intercontinental airport come and enjoy yourselves in a comfortable and fully equipped home away from home. Rent or bring your boat, jet ski, and fishing gear, or simply just yourselves to unwind and enjoy watching the sunset while sipping your favorite drink, swimming in one of the many pools, barbecuing in the back, or whatever floats your boat. Enjoy the lake and country club lifestyle with golf, tennis, and pickleball all within a short walk.

The space
This condo has been lovingly renovated into a modern and cozy boho oasis with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We allow guests up to 6 people and can comfortably sleep 6.

The living room has its own new Roku smart TV and Bluetooth sound system with access to apps like Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, & Disney+. Internet access throughout the home is also included.

The living room has an assortment of board games, cards, and Scrabble for more relaxed evenings.
Work from home with an updated office area that includes an area to hook your laptop to the provided monitor or use it as another viewing area for kids or gamers to play.

The Primary bedroom has a new plush queen bed and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds and is tucked upstairs with a modern spiral staircase leading the way.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, appliances, silverware, dinnerware, pots/pans and basic cooking spices, a new fridge, and a coffee/tea station.

Bathrooms have cruelty-free, vegan shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided including a hair dryer and straightener.

NOTE: The condo sits 100 feet from Lake Conroe and the community boat ramp is only 5 minutes down the road.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the house and property except for a closet for the owner's/house cleaner's use. There is plenty of parking around the unit for guests to use.

To maintain security the house has an exterior ring doorbell, none inside.

Excellent Place

This VRBO is a great place to stay. It is clean and is equipped with everything that you need. It has a high-end washer and dryer, as well as anything you need in the kitchen, including the Keruig!

Deanne and Russell were wonderful hosts and easy to reach quickly for any questions. The place was simply and tastefully designed and we had everything we needed. Very comfortable and fun. Great spot and kind neighbors. We’d love to come back one day!

Relaxing Getaway

The condo itself was beautiful and clean when we arrived. The surrounding area was calm and easy to traverse. We had no issues settling in and finding our way around the place, despite it being a gated community. The owners were super friendly and quickly responded to any of our questions. I'd highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Lovely, Well Decorated Place

We frequent Lake Conroe, generally several times per year. We usually stay in Walden, but sometimes in April Sound. This condo was well equipped, comfortable, and nicely updated and decorated. I love the cathedral ceilings. The back balcony was a plus. The only down side for older or handicapped guests is the stairs. Besides that, I would highly recommend to anyone.

Kind, communicative owners. The location was beautiful, located about 40 minutes North of the IAH airport and centrally located between both our weekend destinations. The downstairs neighbor was also very kind and I was happy to hear that we did not seem to have distubed their peace.

April visit

We enjoyed walking in the quiet and guarded neighborhood and swimming in the pool that is right behind the unit. Lots of chances to watch birds from the balcony. You can also see the lake from the balcony. This unit is not right on the lake, but a row back. We ate at Vernon's Kountry Katfish restaurant and had frog legs for the first time.

10/10 AMAZING PLACE NEAR LAKE CONROE!

WOW! What a great experience I had staying at Deannes lovely place. The place was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. It appeared that all the furniture and appliances was new. The beds were very comfortable. The upstairs den was perfect for the kids to hangout and sleep. Deanne had great communication and was very friendly. We enjoyed the short walk to the lake as well as the pool which was just a few steps out of the back door. 10/10 would recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

Whether you are a golfer, boater, or fishing enthusiast, April Sound has it all. Just a short walk to the beautiful country club overlooking the lake. With amenities such as a dock for tieing up your boat while you relax inside or the tennis and pickleball courts to the many pools, there is just too much to choose from.
