Chambre Ă  deux lits entiĂšrement meublĂ©e, deux salles de bains, condominium avec vue sur l'ocĂ©an directement sur la partie sans lecteur de New Smyrna Beach. SituĂ© au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage de Castle Reef Condominiums, cette unitĂ© offre Ă©galement une vue magnifique sur la cour ainsi que la piscine et l'ocĂ©an depuis le balcon du salon. L'unitĂ© est Ă  quelques pas de la piscine et de la plage et peut accueillir 6 personnes avec les Ă©quipements suivants: lit queen dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'hĂŽtes et un canapĂ©-lit dans le salon. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e de casseroles / poĂȘles, appareils Ă©lectromĂ©nagers, vaisselle, ustensiles, etc. prĂȘts Ă  l'emploi. L'unitĂ© est Ă©galement entiĂšrement carrelĂ©e sans tapis autre que des tapis d'appoint.

Beachside comfort!

Our family absolutely enjoyed our stay here! Well stocked in the kitchen, comfy beds, and right near the pool and beach! We loved being across the street from a grocery store and a few restaurants as well. Alena was very helpful and so easy to work with! Enjoy your time - we will be back!

Steps away from everything

What an awesome place! Literally steps away from the beach, a grocery store, an ice cream shop and an amazing little breakfast diner. The condo is super cute, well stocked, and made for an extra special visit! We are definitely looking forward to our next visit here!

Annual Girl Trip - 2nd time around

Although Milton tried to cancel our trip, we made it! Alena was very communicative and made sure we were taken care of. The steps were taken out by the hurricane and we had to walk a few hotels down to even access the beach :-( We love staying at Castle Reef regardless!

Very Relaxing

The condo was very clean when we got there and could tell the owner had done some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable and the seating was very nice in the living room as well. We especially were grateful to have lots of stations to choose from with the Roku TV. The owner was very prompt and helpful in answering any questions that we had. We would enjoy staying there again.

I have been renting condos at Coral Reef Condos for the past 35 years. We have always had a good experience, with clean, well-kept condos. 204 looked like a nice place to stay, but when we arrived it was one problem after another. The place initially smelled musty and old, the kitchen was dirty with greasy cabinets, and the dishes, pots and pans were all dirty. We spent the first day cleaning the kitchen, dishes, etc. Went to use the master shower and the shower head exploded throwing chunks of plastic and little bbs at me. Guest bath vent fan started to make noise and smoke came out of it when you turned on the light. Furniture looked nice in photos, but everything was worn, marred and chipped. Owner did arrange for a plumber and electrician to come and fix things, but plumber never showed up, so we wasted two days of our vacation waiting for repairs that didn't happen - could only use one bathroom. Owner did refund $200 and told us to go out for supper for the trouble, but that was hardly adequate for us losing two days of our vacation and the use of the master bath. Overall, it was the worst condo experience I've had at Coral Reef in the past 35 years. One plus was that the master bed was fairly comfortable, but the guest room twins were more narrow than usual and did not accommodate for a good night's sleep. Owner seemed very nice, but an absentee landlord who did not supervise and maintain the place very well. We could have stayed at Hilton for less $$$

Great condo and location

The condo was roomy, comfortable, and well furnished and stocked with everything needed. The property and grounds were beautiful and well kept and both the pool and beach were very enjoyable. And it was only a short drive to a lot of great shops/restaurants in the historic district of New Smyrna.

It was a girls trip! We had a wonderful time hadn’t seen each other for 3 years! Alena gave suggestions to great restaurants The condo was right on beach, the pool was great and everything was close by ! Would definitely stay again!

Clean property. Condo was handy to the quiet part of NSB. Pool was clean. Grounds are cared for. Friendly full time condo owners treated us nicely which is a plus. Beach access was quick. Beach was nice and not crowded. Small shopping center accross the street had 3 eateries, and a Ice cream shop. Small bar, hair care store, and a small but well equipped grocery store. Quick drive to Flagler ave. Try "The Garlic " bar and restuarant, and JBs fish camp.

Great location!

The location of this property is our absolute favorite. We always stay at Castle Reef, and this stay was just as pleasant. The condo comes stocked with all you will need! We had a small issue upon check-in (no fault to the owner herself), and she was very prompt in her responses and made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner and made up for it as well! Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay

We've never been to NSB and found the condo was close enough to groceries and eating, but down in the quieter section of NSB. The beach location was nice since cars aren't allowed to drive on this portion of the beach. Evening walks under the stars were especially memorable. Complex was well taken care of, and pool area was nice and large. We'd come back if our schedule and travel plans work out. Communication was great and very attentive. Thank you, Mike

Great location

The unit was nice and comfortable. The location to the beach was great...easy walk to beach and pool. We liked the king bed and the two twins which was the perfect layout for our family.

Great location

Nice quaint condo on the beach. All the people there were nice and seemed to be on vacation as well and many come back to the same place year after year. Check in and check out is handled at the office which is a breeze. The condo is well stocked with kitchen items and beach towels. Great pool that is large and a kiddy wading pool too. Instant beach access and lots of restaurants close by. We had a great stay!

Great location, awesome place to stay

Couldn't have been any easier of a place to stay, bent over backwards to accommodate are arrival time. Place was very nice and clean and a minute walk to the beach. (Unrelated to the condo if you plan to do laundry bring quarters. Hard to get in NSB)

Excellent spot on NSB

Property was exactly as described and in a great location. Check in was straight forward and easy. When we first arrived there was a very noticeable mustyness to the condo, due to mildew build up from the previous renters leaving windows open. The owner was extremely prompt with getting back to us about the issue and helping to accommodate our stay. Over the course of our stay the musty smell disapated and all was well. Overall the condo was well maintained, clean and we enjoyed our stay.
