Wonderful apartment, excellent owner!

We enjoyed a wonder stay at this gorgeous apartment. It's location is ideal! The owner was very attentive to our needs and helpful during our stay. The apartment was beautifully cleaned prior to our arrival and in excellent condition. We would recommend this apartment to friends and family in the future!

Amazing location, clean, well-equipped flat. Easy access with keyfob and smart lock, air conditioning is very comfortable, renovated bathroom and modern layout is great. A little tight for family of 4 but doable. Quiet with courtyard facing door, no loud sounds even on the weekend. Service was great and handled a nosebleed on the duvet without questions. Would def stay again!

Cramped for four adults; would be perfect for one couple.

Micheal was great. Met us right outside the apartment on our arrival. The flat is in a nice and safe location with plenty of cafes in walking distance. The flat was cramped for four adults but would be great for one couple. Pros: safe location, good area, clean, well maintaned. Cons: no window for fresh air, cramped for four adults.

Our accommodation at Very Stay Paris Live had many surprises. Baskets around the apartment held accessories for charging electronics, sewing kit for repair, candies, and even a basket filled with essentials for throwing a birthday party! Everything we needed for living comfortably was there- washer/dryer, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, pots and pans, soaps and detergents. Everything needed for personal hygiene was provided. In short, we could have come with just a few clothes and a purse. 😊 There was just one drawback to our apartment. An air conditioner was provided, for which we were very grateful in the 90+ degree Fahrenheit weather, so the ground floor was comfortably cool, but the bedroom in the loft was hot. The communication with VeryStay was excellent- clear and timely, not to mention friendly. Thanks for the wonderful time in Paris!

Designed in a gorgeous way!

The apartment is designed in a gorgeous way - small and efficient. The matching fresh roses added to it. Michael met us at arrival and was in touch throughout the trip. The space has a little wear-and-tear that I'd recommend the host address, but it did not affect the trip very much. The vibrant location was perfect for me.

Perfectly situated in the centre

Michael's place is excellent, perfectly situated and right in the centre of things without being too noisy! It has everything you need in it and is extremely comfortable and we had excellent sleep there. Great restaurants nearby and so handy for Notre Dame and the Louvre. Key pick up was easy and I would highly recommend his apartment for up to 3 people.

First Experience! Perfect Experience!

My wife and I had a great stay at Michael's place. It was the first time we used Abritel for an overseas trip, and it was 100% the right choice! The apartment is very comfortable and wonderfully located in Marais. Michael was helpful at check-in and very communicative when we had questions during our stay. When we return to Paris in the future, we'll be back.

C'était parfait. L'appart était très bien situé. Tout proche des rues animées et pourtant si calme.

On est arrivées en retard sur l'horaire prévu et au mauvais endroit et malgré tout on a été aimablement accueillies par un jeune homme très souriant et compréhensif. C'était juste parfaitement ce qu'il nous fallait. Merci. C. Chevalier

Ce petit appartement est un bijoux. Tres compact, propre avec une deco sympathique. Micheal, tres gentils et aidant. Mais pour moi un appartement sans fenêtres en plein été surtout, c'a n'est pas possible. Malgres le ventilateur, nous avions très très chaud, et comme c'est au rez de chaussé, donnant sur la cour, on ne pouvait pas dormir avec la porte ouverte. Je suppose qu'en hiver c'est plus agréable.

Very nice for our quick stay

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy compact apartment. We were only in Paris for a couple of days. The location is unbeatable and surprisingly quiet. Michael the owner met us and he made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. I would recommend this place to our friends. Very clean and comfortable.

Nice Location

Very nice area and clean room! A few minutes walk to Nortre Dame and the Seine river. Pompidou Center is just a few blocks away. Louvre is also within walking distance. Lots of restaurants in that area, including some good Chinese restarurants.
