Oceanfront Sugar Beach Resort Penthouse rénové - Vues imprenables sur l'océan!

Bienvenue au Sugar Beach Resort Penthouse 34, l'un des meilleurs condos avec vue sur l'océan à Maui. La véranda au dernier étage est trÚs privée et donne sur l'océan sans fin et 5 miles de plage de sable blanc - parfait pour des promenades paisibles le matin ou le soir. Observez les baleines pendant la saison des baleines (de janvier à avril) sans quitter la résidence et découvrez certains des meilleurs couchers de soleil de Maui depuis le balcon. La vue sur l'océan est spectaculaire !!

PH34 est loué directement auprÚs des propriétaires. La cuisine et la salle de bain ont été entiÚrement rénovées en août 2018 avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et de beaux comptoirs en quartz dans la cuisine pour une sensation trÚs propre et moderne. Il dispose de tous les nouveaux meubles trÚs confortables, y compris un lit king-size avec un nouveau matelas et de la literie (avril 2018). Le canapé-lit est également nouveau avec un matelas queen-size amélioré pour votre confort. Le condo a également un téléviseur à écran plat intelligent et un haut-parleur Bluetooth JBL pour que vous puissiez facilement profiter de la musique directement depuis votre téléphone tout en préparant un dßner dans la cuisine et en profitant de la vue. Nous avons également fourni le wifi gratuit pour votre commodité.

Notre condo dispose également de la climatisation centrale, ce qui est rare pour les condos maui - gardez l'intérieur à la température qui vous rend le plus confortable. Le condo est équipé avec goût de tout ce dont vous aurez besoin, y compris des planches de bodyboard, un parasol, des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage, etc.

Le complexe possÚde des ascenseurs pour un accÚs facile du condo à la plage et une belle piscine en bord de mer, un spa et des barbecues. Les jardins sont bien entretenus et l'herbe vous mÚne directement à la plage, à seulement quelques pas. Il y a une société de réservation d'activités dans le hall pour vous permettre de profiter des sites et des excursions de Maui, ou simplement vous détendre toute la semaine et ne rien faire.

Sugar Beach est idéalement situé sur le cÎté ouest de Maui. Il est à environ 15 minutes de l'aéroport (et Costco!), 15-20 minutes au nord de Wailea et 30 minutes au sud de Kaanapali et Lahaina.

This guy is a saint. I reserved this unit in May but had to cancel due to unexpected death of my brother in law. It was just a few days before our arrival. So I had to cancel and lost the fee. Kevin rented the unit for a few nights and sent me the . He didn’t have to do that. He’s one in a million. I highly recommend renting from him. The condo is in a perfect spot. Convenient to any place on the island and just minutes from airport. We particularly enjoyed the crashing waves at night. Right on the beach. Recently updated and tastefully done.

Most beautiful view! Bed was comfortable, everything was very clean. Biggest let down was the unit felt “cheap,” more like a dorm than a penthouse condo. Scuff marks were haphazardly painted over so very noticeable, and decor was minimalistic to a fault. With just a little care to details this property would be amazing. It’s an older building so there are some quirks (like the dryer venting in the bathroom) but all in all it was a great stay.

The property was just as fantastic as we expected! Right on the water with an amazing view, large patio to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Beach chairs and towels were provided which was appreciated. The kitchen is very stocked with anything you could think of! Some reviews I read stated that the bathroom door was odd/did not exist. We did not find this to be true as there is a pocket door to the bathroom which provided privacy. My husband and I look forward to booking this unit again next year!

A pleasant stay

I think the unit is very nice. Lovely view and layout. Air conditioning was “Hawaiian style”. (We used the fan in the bedroom.) it was so nice for you to provide 4 beach towels, two beach chairs,plenty of shampoo and conditioner, laundry soap, dishwashing soap, fresh towels, toilet paper, paper towels. This is not always the case! Pool was really nice. Cool water. Comfy lounge chairs. Checking in was a small hassle. We got there at 6pm. We went back the next day at 2:00. There was a sign on the door stating that she “would be back soon.” So we tried a third time and we would have had to return a fourth time since we did not know our license plate number. ( we were mad and we decided to risk it) Other than that it was a really nice vacation before our conference.

Book this condo!

I come to Maui once or twice a year. This condo is heaven on earth. The beach is walkable! Most of the condos I have rented, that’s not so. The ocean is easy to swim in. This is a non tourist but delightful spot. If you have a car, it’s perfect. The host has been amazing. I’ve already booked my next vacation here. Honestly the best spot hands down!!!

First off, to be able to view Maui from the top floor was a selling point for me, but to be able to do your laundry so easily on vacation was a game changer! I will stay here again if ever given the opportunity! Thank you so much !!!!

Great location for exploring the island

Nice sandy beach and lovely water views. Location for exploring the island is perfect. Great sunsets but due to west-facing, the porch gets quite warm in the afternoons. We went to the pool and sat under the nice roofed area near the water that provided great shade and breezes!Communication with Kevin, the host, was very good. He provided for a late checkout to accommodate our late flight to the next island. The bedroom was large enough to provide for two extra large suitcases and the kitchen allowed for any type of cooking needed.

Amazing Location

Beautiful, quiet property. Loved Dina’s Sandwitch shop and the Sugar Beach Bakery. Location was perfect! Great views with the beach, feet away. The unit was uber clean, watch out for the sliding glass door (too clean/clear you forget it’s there).

We are Northern California residents with three kids. My wife and I discovered Maui on our honeymoon in 1997 and we have been vacationing here ever since (as much as possible!). We finally bought our condo in 2018 and immediately purchased all new furniture, rugs, glasses, plates etc. to make it as comfortable as possible, not only for ourselves and family, but also for you.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Sugar Beach Resort has some of the best balcony views in Maui and is west facing so the sunsets are breathtaking. The balcony is also very private - you are 100% separated from your neighbors and being on the top floor it is quiet, other than the sound of the waves! We love this property because it's in a peaceful and quiet area. Oceanfront view condos in Wailea and Makenna generally cost $800-$1200 per night and up. Sugar Beach Resort has equally exceptional views for significantly less money. The beach is also longer than any other white sandy beach in Maui, and most of the beach has no condos or hotels.
