Great stay! Easy check-in, clean and comfortable, with great water pressure. The location was convenient to downtown Nashville, Nissan Stadium, 12 South, and the Farmers’ Market. Caleb was excellent with communication. We really enjoyed our stay!

This House is perfect for a larger group spending multiple days in Nashville. Especially if you’re planing on doing stuff downtown. The house is a very short drive to downtown but far enough away that you don’t have the noise or crazy traffic. Host responded to questions and was very friendly. Price was great and checkin/out was supper easy. WILL definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town.

Check in was very easy, property mgr was very nice. The only thing is we were unaware if all the steps. Property was very clean and decorated very nicely.

The bathroom pocket door in the master bedroom was able to be close so you were left with an open bathroom so consequently no privacy, and the toilet seat kept slipping off. , (did report it to the owner but they didn’t get back to me. )The bedroom light on the first floor’s ceiling fan didn’t work and we found a note in that room saying the light needed to be replace which dated 2023, so lights haven’t worked for 3 years. Also it states that they provide coffee but there wasn’t any, had to go out early before everyone got up to buy coffee pods to avoid some angry people in the morning. No instructions on how to regular the ac, it was set at 78 and the weather outside was 100 and very humid, just wish we could have been able to change the temperature on the ac for more comfort. It did however (ac) drop down to 68 at 215am until 8 am.Location was very good to downtown Nashville. All in all much cheaper than hotels.

The location was great and place was clean. The only issue we had was there were plenty of towels but no wash cloths. We bought some wash cloths and left there for the next guests.

Caleb was extremely responsive. I liked that we were able to park our car in a secured garage. I liked that Kroger was nearby and we were able to stock up on our grocery needs for our stay on the evening of our arrival. My have a membership to Planet Fitness and there was one nearby that we were able to go to. It was near the highway and downtown and the Grand Ole Opry and the Outlet Mall. When we checked out, we felt quite content with out stay.The townhouses was roomy and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

The house was cute and had laundry/dish soap/shampoo/conditioner/soap all provided. Very nice master shower! Parking was frustrating. Definitely not ideal if you have a truck or larger vehicle as the garage is both shallow and narrow (if parking 2 cars). We had a truck and an suv and it was like playing Tetris and we couldn’t shut the garage door because the front of the truck stuck out. You’re also not allowed to park outside of the garage overnight, so the solution is to park in a restaurant lot next door and walk down the street to your condo. The condo was decorated nicely, the kitchen was great, the amount of places to sleep was perfect for what we needed. There were plenty of extra linens and towels, and we appreciated the ice/water maker on the fridge. Overall, very nice little condo and we enjoyed our time!

It’s a beautiful place but unfortunately it needs a refresher. Furniture and rugs are really stained up. We found long black hairs on the couch!! All the bed frames seem to be cracked or broken and stained up. Could stand to be repainted also,lots of scuffs and marks on the walls. TV in the living has a dark picture and you can’t see it at night. Tried all the settings but nothing helped. The bathrooms are really nice though.

Amazing stay!

Beyond our expectations, loved the attention to detail. Everything was perfect. The only thing was parking. The community doesn't have free parking. It wasn't a big deal for us. The townhouse does have two garage parking. But again not a big deal for our family. Highly recommend this location if you want to stay near downtown.
