Le PTO Carriage House est une option tranquille et confortable dans la ville emblématique de Rosemary Beach. Rosemary Beach est rapidement devenue la première destination de vacances de plage du Sud et il n'est pas difficile de voir pourquoi. Le PTO Carriage House est à 4 minutes à pied ou à 1 ou 2 minutes en vélo de la plage et à seulement 1 ou 2 minutes de la piscine Sky Pool ou Cabana. Vous préférez faire du shopping et dîner? Marcher 3 minutes pour arriver à Barrett Square et Main Street, où vous trouverez tous les magasins et restaurants de Rosemary Beach.

Le PTO Carriage House dispose d'une chambre avec lit queen, une chambre avec lits superposés juste à côté de la chambre avec deux lits TWIN et un salon spacieux et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec une table à manger pour quatre. Wonderful property! I’d add a full length mirror upstairs for dressing since the bath is downstairs. Otherwise our stay was amazing and close to all things Rosemary! We will be back.

Great getaway

This was a great spot for a getaway. The location was perfect—about a 5-minute walk to the shops and about a 7-minute walk to the beach. It was clean and quiet.

Great Little Getaway Spot

First time in Rosemary Beach, and we’ll definitely be back! Great little carriage house, well appointed, nice touches, perfect location - only minutes from everything by bike or walk, but far enough for quiet and less traffic. We will stay here again for sure!

Weekend getaway

The property and the management team ensured we had a great stay. The included bikes were awesome to have and allowed us to explore neighboring areas. Everything in Rosemary was walkable from the house.

Great spot!!

We loved this spot! We have stayed in quite a few carriage houses in Rosemary beach, and this one is awesome! My only complaints are: owners really need to put blackout shades in the bunk room and bedroom. We stayed in January and it was pretty warm in both the bunk room and bedroom—AC unit might need an upgrade!

One negative is that the bathroom is downstairs but overall the place is great. Clean and has all the amenities necessary. If you plan on cooking there are no pots so bring your own.

Unlucky timing for the visit, construction on the road outside the house blocked access to the garage. Regardless, enjoyed the stay and thought the layout of the house was great to relax. Not too hot, not too cold, it was just right. Recommended!!

Most Restful trip ever

The only thing I will suggest is to update the HVAC system. I'm very hot natured and like to have the AC on night and the lowest we could set it was 70 which was a bit too warm for me.

There ended up being a leak in the bathroom ceiling and the staff were extremely quick and attentive to our needs. We unfortunately had to change rentals due to the leak but the staff was extremely quick and accommodating.
