We loved taking the kayaks out in the morning and the bikes in the evening. Kim gave amazing recommendations! We will be back next year

Our family vacation at this home was perfect! The house is spotless, with plenty of spaces to gather, relax, or enjoy a good book. There are more than enough clean linens, towels (including pool towels), and the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, containers, and spices.Clay and Kim were amazing hosts — responsive and attentive before, during, and after our trip. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, and everything we needed was just a 3–5 minute drive away, including supplies, a beach for sunsets, and the Crystal River Park hiking trails. We even rode the bikes to the Manatee Center.The pool, bikes, kayaks, grill, and firepit were all in great condition and fun to use. A highlight of the trip was how easy it was to launch the kayaks and paddle just five minutes over to Banana Island, where a pod of 100 manatees was waiting every day. Truly unforgettable.Highly recommend — we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We were able to check in early. It was a pleasure to have all the incidental amenities, including condiments. The pool was crystal clear. Pool area could use some TLC such as power washing and weeds pulled. The grills need some attention. Linens were so fresh. Would definitely stay again, price was fair!

Wonderful week on CR

Perfect vacation while staying in this home away from home. Spacious, equipped and so comfortable. Beautiful neighborhood for walking my dog and met several nice neighbors. Refreshing pooltime after visiting SO many nearby springs...perfect location for a water lover like me!

Great location

We stayed a few nights and wished we had stayed longer. The property was in a great location, clean and the owner was very responsive. We loved having the pool and sat in the yard and watched many species of birds come by to the feeder. We visited 3 sisters which was beautiful, went on a fantastic swim with manatees and visited the Homosassa Springs wildlife park which was greatWe would love to come back and stay longer. next time. Thank you!!

Last Minute

We need a place to stay for Thanksgiving and a celebration of life for my brother. We had three different people cancel on us so we were down to wire at finding something. Kim was amazing with understanding our situation and couldn’t be my pleased with the whole experience. Thank you so much!

Perfect place to stay for scalloping

The property is nice. A lot of space, off the main road, has a huge yard, and perfect for family and friend gathering. The pool is a great amenity when you have kids. The yard is big enough to have several vehicles and a boat on the trailer. I will stay here again!

Great location

My husband, dog and I stayed for a week. It was in the perfect location and nice walking area for our dog. The fenced yard was a plus for us for our small dog. She felt safe and enjoyed running around. The pool was very nice and the cover heated it perfectly. They only thing I can say negatively about was the front door lock box. To get the key out initially was a feat. It took a few tries but we finally got it. I would change it to a modern keyed door lock. Also would suggest a k cup type coffee maker. We ended up buying one so we wouldn't have to make a whole pot and the coffee in the cupboard was stale so the k cups make more sense. Other than that, it was perfect! Would highly recommend.

Great stay on the Nature Coast!

House was great! Really comfortable. Pool was heated as promised. Really close to all the things; downtown, Three Sisters, manatee tours. Location also really central to Homosassa, Lecanto, etc. Neighborhood was also really quiet.

The property was nice and in a very quiet neighborhood. The property manager communicated quickly. The listing should be more specific on how the pool is heated because the pool heating cover system only works when it is sunny and it was not while we were there so the pool was cold. 2 of four kayaks had duct tape to prevent water from coming in and one had a hole.

Best Vacation spot in Crystal River!!!

We had such a great time!!! We brought our dogs and they enjoyed it as well. Love the neighborhood it was close to everything. Can’t express how much fun we had!! We will definitely be coming back again. The house was great!! I think the only thing they were missing was a blender. Everything was very clean. Loved the frosted glasses, that was a nice touch!! Can’t wait to plan our next trip.

Our Fav VRBO Yet!

We visited Crystal River for scalloping & some rest/relaxation time with our 2 small dogs. This place went beyond our expectations! Home is fully stocked with anything you could need or may have forgotten to bring. Plenty of pillows, bedding, etc. Host is very responsive. Easy check in. We could easily walk over to our meeting spot at Plantation Inn for scalloping tour (although we chose to drive 2 min over). Enjoyed a seat at the bar at Plantation Inn while our scallops were shucked for us. Pool was so refreshing & our dogs absolutely enjoyed the yard! This place provided peace & quite, yet conveniently located to grocery store, walmart, etc. LOVE this place & will hopefully be back soon! Thank you for letting us stay in this lovely home!

Relaxing getaway

This property is in the perfect location for relaxation. The house is spacious with plenty of room to relax in different areas like the sun room where you can quietly read a book or take a swim in the pool or maybe enjoy the sounds of nature in the backyard surrounded by mature trees that are simply majestic.

House was great, pool needed a little tlc from (I guess) prior client with fur from a dog I believe. Cleaned it myself, no biggie, just a better pool Mgmt company
 Kayak launch not attractive at all, difficult to launch but not far from the property so access is easy. Nice and quiet, great restos close so overall a fun stay!

Cute Cottage

We had a great stay at this house. We went to the Plantation for the sunset cruise and used a kayak tour company to see manatees. My girls were able to take the SUP and kayak to the area close to the house. They enjoyed that. House was super clean and had everything you needed to have a wonderful time. Pool was a nice benefit also.

Rest, Relaxation and fun

Very comfortable and homey. Pool is a wonderful feature. Landscape and scenery are serene. Location is perfect. Many restaurants, stores, water sports within minutes. The communication with the owner was 10 out of 10. Immediate response and very helpful.
