The bedrooms feature a comfortable king bed and two cozy bunk beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. The bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and a refreshing shower, along with a hair dryer for your convenience. Stay connected with the WiFi, you can take care of your laundry with the washing machine and dryer. Enjoy the screened in lanai while using a Pit Boss Grill to cook at, and then enjoy eating dinner outside at the dining table. The heated pool can be enjoyed with toys, lounging or even playing pool side basketball. Do you need to catch up on work? We’ve got a desk asking side work station with a wireless printer next to a wide window to catch the sun. Just pack your bags and GO!! This is the best pool house with the best Host. Only a short drive from Crystal River. Everything was perfect. We will return!

Relaxing 4th of July

If you’re looking for a clean, relaxing quiet time, this is a place to go. Definitely will come back again. It is the best place I have found that was so relaxing.

Wonderful house, just as described. There were actually even more amenities than listed. The pool is even more private than the photos because the vegetation has grown behind the house now. It was really nice to have it heated so we could enjoy it throughout the day, even in December.My mom, brother and sister-in-law, and 3-year-old niece live nearby, so I wanted a place we could visit and relax together. It was very helpful to have the high chair and lots of amusing games and toys for her in the guest room. She especially loved the "big girl chair"in the living room and the red race car. But the most impressive thing to me was how impeccably clean everything was. I have many allergies and sensitivities, and I never had any problems at all. The beds were very comfy (although I did have to get different sheets since I'm allergic to polyester / microfiber). The Christmas decorations were very thoughtful and festive and it was really helpful to have the washer and dryer (ALL the appliances were top notch).Host was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Convenient location near family

Very nice home with pool. Home was very clean and nicely furnished with all we needed for our two month stay. Host was easy to contact and very responsive to any issue that came up (we only had one minor issue and it was handled immediately). We walked our dog daily in the neighborhood without any concerns or issues. We highly recommend this home for any length of stay.

Family Gathering within Beverly Hills

My family and I were in awe when we stayed at this lovely rental. The amount of space was by far perfect for our family event. The pool was delightful, especially it being the start of Florida’s summer. Our family gathering was absolutely comfortable and enjoyable at this lovely location within Beverly Hills. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway.

Perfect

Plenty of space. Beds were so comfortable. Rooms are big. They thought of everything to extra linens to water toys. Used premium paper products which I loved and pool was fantastic after being out and about. Very clean property.

My husband and two kids along side myself are from NEK Vermont. We live here and own a store. Our family is the third generation to take the store over and it keeps us busy. When we are not working we enjoy camping and watching local basketball.

Our parents bought a home in Beverly Hills and where we took a visit we fell in love wife the peaceful area. The ability to drive not far to the Happiest Place on earth “Disney” we love this home; and have tried to make it just as beautiful for our visitors. The idea of neighbors was a plus because in Vermont we are in the country and it gets a little quiet.

Our property is adorned with bright colors but natural enough to feel cozy. We love our heated pool and the idea of privacy on back linnai. The pit boss grill adds a great touch to our family and hopefully yours to enjoy dinners out on the dining table. All the home offers and entails is free to use at your leisure. Being this is not our primary residence you can make this home feel like yours.
