The 1500sf. main house is located directly on the water's edge with large deck and includes a guest cottage directly behind the home, The main house has 2 bedrooms, each w/king size beds, plus a queen size EZ bed & a queen size hide-a-bed to sleep 8. The main house has 2 full baths inside and a half bath outside. The guest cottage has 2 bedrooms, one upstairs with a balcony, king bed, its own bath with shower and the second bedroom downstairs, with king bed, its own bath and walk-in shower. The guest cottage sleeps 4. Both houses combined will sleep a total of 12 guests.

Incredible views! Fish right off the deck that hangs out over the water! This lakefront property has over 400 feet of lakefront. Main house is directly on the water’s edge, with a spacious 1700 sq. ft. deck overhanging the lake. Outdoor seating for 10, dining table; hot tub, wood burning fire pit and charcoal BBQ grill. This property has a boat ramp, private boat dock and lots of parking for a boat trailer. Also included is a separate 1200 sf. game room with pool table, full length shuffleboard, WIFI and big screen TV with viewing area.

NOTICE: For people who may have mobility/step challenges, there are two areas in the home with a step up/down into a room. There are also places on the deck that have one or two steps at most. This is an older home built in the 1950s that was originally a marina. The house has had many add-ons in the past and we have made many updates to the home and grounds.

We have two other properties near the same location that can be rented for weddings or special events. VRBO numbers The Hideaway 3021203 and Sunset Cove 3021235. The whole property will sleep 22, 2 game rooms, 3 kitchens, 8 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms.

So… this place was just okay at best… we thought it screamed 1970s mobile home… it attempts to wear modern dress but you just can’t hide the soul of an old woman. It’s very generic. The hot tub has a rigged tarp cover; there were ants every day on the kitchen both days we were there… the bathrooms were horrible except for the heated toilet seats… my pictures prove my points.

Family vacation

Location was wonderful. Property was very clean. We also rented the guest cottages. The lower cottage was not tall enough for our 6’5” son to stay in but the top one was fine for him. We loved the deck and the kids loved being able to swim all the time. We did have to find a larger ramp to unload the boat. Overall we would highly recommend for a wonderful family trip.

Perfect Location

We booked this property because we wanted to stay as close to the water as possible. This house certainly did satisfy that want. One of our guests is unable to be outdoors, but they still felt part of everything because of all the windows in the living and dining areas overlooking the water. Another guest is unable to climb stairs so having no more than one step at any given time ensured they could easily be with everyone else. The older kids had their own private space separate from the main house, and the younger kids enjoyed the game room. We spent the entire three days swimming, kayaking, fishing, and sitting on the expansive covered deck next to the water. I cannot say enough good things about the location and also the hosts. We had a request which they fulfilled and a user error with one of the keypads that was almost immediately resolved.

Felt Like Home

As I get older I rate places to stay by how comfortable the beds and pillows are. While this home was decorated in great style for a perfect lake side stay, it was the beds and pillows that won the day. Our stay was short but very relaxing after a vacation trip through Tennessee and Kentucky. Love the property.

Lake Hamilton is a beautiful and peaceful lake and it was wonderful to have a house literally at the waters edge! Nice to have an entire garage converted into a game room!!!

Beautiful spot on lake

The property is very clean and the stay was very enjoyable. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen of any place we have stayed, in regards to cooking utensils and pots/pans/baking sheets.

Location!!

This was our second summer to stay at the house for a week! Right on the water! Beautiful views! The beds could not be more comfy! Kitchen is well stocked! We never want to leave! The weeks goes by too fast! Highly recommend this place!

Anniversary Trip

Best lakefront views in the area. Comfortable bedding - we ordered the pillows that were used when we got home! Dining room/deck views were unsurpassed. Overall lovely and relaxing stay.

The house and the guest house were wonderful and had everything we needed. Fire pit and game room added to the fun. (We didnt use the hot tub) The beds were amazing, so comfortable. Group of 4 women and we had the best time!

The setting was like a Hallmark Movie. Spending Thanksgiving with immediate family was just what was needed. We loved this house and will likely book again in the summer to take advantage of the lake.

Location!!!

If you want a house “on the water” this is it. We had the best time. Beds were super comfy. We cooked and swam every day. Kitchen was well stocked. It was perfect! The only thing I’d suggest is getting a shower door for the first floor cottage, water goes everywhere and also putting a handle on the inside of the upstairs cottage shower, you can’t close it from inside the shower. But we will definitely be repeat renters!!

Awsome trip

We had such a great time and made lots of memories. Daughter got engaged on the deck at sunset. The houses were so nice and clean. We all had plenty of room. We will for sure be back. The owners were so easy to deal with and I would like to thanks them. Just need to k ow where you got the sheets and the mattress, they were the best and would love to have some.

Perfect Getaway!

We had a fantastic time at this property! The house itself is amazing! It was beautifully decorated, WELL stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, the beds and pillows were SUPER comfy, and the views were gorgeous!! All of the amenities, both inside and out, exceeded our expectations. The property owners are extremely responsive, helpful, and pleasant! The area is great: plenty of things to do nearby, grocery store close, and just a short drive to Little Rock. We will definitely be returning!

Relaxing Getaway

The house has a beautiful view of the lake with everything you need to make you feel at home. The fire pit, jacuzzi and game room were also a big hit with our group. There is enough space for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. I have recommended this place to many friends. It is perfect for family and friends to vacation together.

quiet cove, great outdoor area!

House was clean and spacious, we had plenty of room for 4 adult couples. Very nice kitchen, extra refrigerators in the game room were a plus! Game room was enjoyed by all. Outdoor space was very comfortable, enough seating for everyone, and comfy furniture. Does have lots of levels, ups and downs on the deck as noted in the listing.

Great view and very peaceful area.

Had everything we needed and description very accurate. Several small steps from room to room, so elderly or handicapped might have a few issues. They did a good job adding extra lighting in the easy to trip areas. Beds are very comfortable. Great place for a big family & we never felt like we were on top of each other. The little 2 bed cottage was perfect. Extra ground lighting from main house to cottage would have been nice. Perfect place to celebrate daughters graduation.

Friends and Family Birthday Weekend

The house and property was perfect for celebrating my wife's 40th birthday. The location was near enough to the national park and attractions to be convenient but secluded enough to be relaxing and private. The view, the firepit, and the gameroom were all perfect for our family and friends to celebrate the weekend. The accommodations were clean and up-to-date, and the owners were very kind and helpful, and made us feel very welcomed. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Our property is remote, but still only 10-12 minutes from Oaklawn Racing & Gaming has live & simulcast horse racing, as well as a casino with slots and table games, and beautiful downtown Hot Springs is only 15 minutes from the property. There are museums, art galleries and of course Bathhouse Row!
