Luxury with attention to details

This property is situated in a very nice neighborhood with close proximity to all attractions that Delray Beach has to offer. It is very clean with well thought out elements to make the guests comfortable. From the kitchen quality utensils to the very comfortable beds and furnishings, one cannot go wrong. Excellent communication from the owner and next door property manager, who made us feel home among friends. Overall, this is an outstanding property that would make any family vacation enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great time!

Sylvia and Daniel are great hosts. Hands down, the BEST VRBO we've ever stayed in! Sylvia was only a text away and responded promptly. We had goodies waiting for us which was a very nice touch. The house is remarkable and the neighborhood is super & centrally located. We rode our bikes to Atlantic Ave. for coffee every morning. Daniel checked on us during our stay to make sure all was good. Can't say enough wonderful things about the host and house. Highly recommend!

What a gem!!!

The title says it all!! If you want to be close to Atlantic (walking) and have access to everything you could need, this is the place!! It all starts with Sylvia who could not be friendlier or more inviting (and her bother lives next door and is there for anything big or small...not that we needed anything). The house is very well stocked from the kitchen to the bedrooms to the bathrooms. The yard was great to relax and for my dog. Perhaps the best part is the neighborhood in general. So many friendly and nice people, tons of people walking dogs and there is a park/dog park right here that we go to daily for the dog to meet up with friends. higly recommend the neighborhood and this house!!!

Outstanding Vacation Home!

We just can't say enough about Sylvia's stylish and comfortable home located in the beautiful Lake Ida neighborhood. Her home is even better than described in the VRBO profile. All of the linens, kitchen supplies and furnishings are top of the line. They have provided every possible kitchen gadget for the real cooks visiting! It's immaculately clean and very quiet. The backyard is peaceful and totally private for a romp with the dog or a grilled dinner. We often enjoyed walking to the great restaurants and shops on Atlantic Ave. Most importantly, Sylvia and Dan were inviting and welcomed us with warmth. We have already planned our repeat visit! Can't wait!
