Separate Entrance and Private, this charming Mediterranean-spanish private guest room, bath and kitchenette, reminds you why you love to come to Santa Barbara! The beach is walkable via a trail along a beautiful creek. As soon as you pull through the estate gates you will feel the stress melt away in the surrounding beauty of 200 year old oaks, fountains, specimen plants, potted fruit trees and beautifully groomed gardens. The guest suite overlooks a wishing well and has access to a shared pool and tennis court upon availability. Please inquire. Note:16 percent bed taxes are separate as VRBO does not include them for Santa Barbara County.

Cynthia is a lovely host. The chocolate chip cookies were the best along with the wine and other snacks. It is a wonderful retreat for a relaxing weekend.

Beautiful guest suite on large estate property

Very quiet and comfortable. Host was very helpful with travel tips. So many thoughtful extras. Gorgeous area; felt very safe. Walking distance to nature trails and the beach. Hope to stay again!

Peaceful getaway

It is a great place to de stress from the hustle of bay area. Very quiet and serene and beautiful location. Great place to decompress and recharge. Cynthia is a fantastic host and goes out of her way to help.

Total exclusive resort style feeling

This place is like a secret paradise. Impeccable grounds and surroundings along with very clean and comfortable room. We most definitely plan on returning and telling all our friends that are planning a trip to Santa Barbara. Remember to ask Cynthia about the other room packages the property has to offer.

Perfect!

This was a perfect VRBO stay for my husband & I. We had a Wedding to attend in the area. It is a beautiful property & we were able to spend some time outside sitting in the garden. The room is perfect for 2 people & comfortable. The manager is very easy to communicate with.We will hope to stay again.

You’ll find it here. My husband and I felt we had found a little piece of heaven. The photos online do not do the property justice. Cynthia thought of everything and is extremely accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!
