It brings great joy and peace to have spent such a wonderful night at this amazing place! We are behind blessed and grateful for the hospitality shown here. We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Floresco! Mindy and Ian were so friendly and welcoming; Mindy even left us a personal note with a bottle of local wine and lemons from their tree. The villa is gorgeous. It is beautifully appointed, stocked with everything you need, and very comfortable. The view of the canyon out to the ocean is stunning, especially at sunset. We were sad that we had only booked one night and had to continue on our trip. Next time we will stay longer! Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was spotless and very well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The view was beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The location was very convenient for everything we wanted to do. Communication with the host was excellent—quick responses and very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

My wife and I had a lovely stay. The host met us when we arrived, was extremely helpful and had a lot of great recommendations for us. We loved the apartment, and the views from the balcony of the ocean and mountains. We hope to stay there again someday soon!

This VRBO was beautifully situated on a hill with valley and an ocean view, The room was clean, the host lovely and warm. The bed was so comfy! We slept well! We were met by Sena who oriented us to the property, then later by Mindy, the host. It was VERY quiet and private. You couldn’t walk into town but it was a short 5-10 minute drive into Santa Barbara. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine provided by Mindy and a beautiful bouquet of flowers. The kitchen had what we needed, small but functional. We would definitely stay here again! Mindy was wonderful and we felt very safe and cared for!!

A beautiful space with many small details thoughtfully curated by the owner to make this an extraordinarily charming and cozy space. We were here to drop our daughter off at college, so we didn't spend much time in the space, but the host was fantastic and accommodating. Would definitely rent from her again. It's very quite, with a dark, starlit night sky and a serene view with a cute balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The host left us a bottle of wine, which was a nice touch.

Lovely room and exactly as it is pictured. The host thought of everything! Beautiful views! Only concern was the steepness and length of stairs. Although I'm fit, at 78 yrs. and carrying down a suitcase, it was a challenge! The host was unable to be there when we arrived but she was immediately available by phone. However it took us awhile to work out how to operate the TV.

SB Wedding weekend

This was a fantastic place for my husband and I to stay while attending a family wedding. The check in instructions were spot on. The studio is beautiful, very warm and inviting. The view from the balcony is amazing. We highly recommend as a great place to getaway.

Stunning Views in quiet neighborhood

Lovely well appointed studio. The owners have optimized the space through tasteful furnishings, kitchen supplies and decor. My husband and I were quite comfortable and able to easily prepare simple meals (mostly lunches). The balcony is quite lovely to sit outside. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful.

Mindy was awesome, let me start there! She made us feel welcomed and gave us a bottle of wine, fresh lemons from her lemon tree along with a welcome card. This villa was unbelievably classy and the interior design alone was impressive. I have traveled all over the world and this is one of the most exquisite views I have ever been privileged enough to see. God’s art was ever changing moment by moment! The attention to detail and all the little things made this a place to remember. I would suggest renting a vehicle to explore all of the wonderful places around Santa Barbara!! Perfect Santa Barbara stay

Villa Floresco is a fantastic spot to base out of when exploring the Santa Barbara area. The unit is spotless, well provisioned, impeccably decorated and has unbelievable sunset views, and we were even tipped off by Mindy about an early morning rocket launch that was easily visible from the deck.

An absolute gem

Villa Floresco is a stunningly beautiful gem tucked away in a quiet hillside. Views are definitely reminiscent of Tuscany. The place is cutely furnished and had all amenities you need. The bed is comfortable. The balcony was lovely to relax on and watch the sunset.The area is QUIET, very peaceful. Quick access to downtown, the beach, or beautiful trails nearby.Mindy is an extremely kind and gracious host. Her communication was stellar and we felt very warmly welcomed. 11/10 would absolutely stay here again!

Ian is from Missouri, and Mindy is from Virginia. We met on the Arkansas River where Mindy was a river guide, and Ian was a mountaineering guide, taking his campers down the river where Mindy was guiding. Since then, we have loved being in the outdoors, and nature, and we love hosting friends and family far and wide from all over, and look forward to having you come stay with us! We have three grown children, whom you may see frequent Floresco Farms on occasion. Together Ian and Mindy run Floresco Farms while carrying on full-time fruitful jobs in Santa Barbara. Ian works in Philanthropy, MIndy is a Doula and ceramicist, and Sena works in healthcare at a local non-profit in Santa Barbara. We are delighted to have you! Floresco is Latin for flourishing. And it is our hope that anyone who comes to stay here is refreshed and rested in their time here.

Floresco Farms is a special spot because it is quiet and peaceful yet close to everything. It is wonderful too, as you have views of the Santa Ynez Mountains, and the sunsets, over the ocean as well. We have avocado trees, lemon, kumquat, olive trees, and peach trees on the Floresco Farms property. And you may hear the friendly barks of Jackson and Oliver, our loving Vizslas. We love calling it home here, and while you stay, we hope it feels like home to you as well.
