Cette merveilleuse maison accueillant les animaux de compagnie de 3 chambres Ă  coucher et 3 salles de bain est parfaite pour les vacances en famille. Étant Ă  5 miles de la cĂŽte, vous pourrez dĂ©guster des coquilles Saint-Jacques, des lamantins, de la pĂȘche, etc. Cette maison a deux chambres Ă  coucher avec deux salles de bains privĂ©es. Le maĂźtre principal dispose d'un jacuzzi avec vue sur la piscine directement depuis le lit. Il dispose Ă©galement d'un mini-rĂ©frigĂ©rateur / refroidisseur de vin. Previous tenants left a whole bunch of stuff like used dirty diapers by the laundry in a dryer lint bin, from day 1 to our last day we had plumbing issues where half the house was unusable, which to give the host credit she was very quick to respond to our issues however the plumber stated to us that these were issues brought up to the host months prior. Jacuzzi was unusable due to the plumbing, the pool was left dirty and with confetti from previous tenants. The water got so bad that half the jacuzzi was filled with sewage water as well as the toilets and when my wife went to use the bathroom she ended up sitting on water because it was overflowing and we spent the remaining of that night mopping sewage water from under the beds and two of our suitcases got ruined. Eventually we were told to stay on the side of the house that was working which we did, the last day of our stay was met with guys out front fixing the plumbing from morning up until evening and was again unable to use the water for that day as well. It’s just unfortunate that my wife cleans for a living and we go on vacation for her to have to mop a mini flood that we had no control of because of negligence. All in all, if it wasn’t for the plumbing issues the experience would have been better.

Roomy but needs lots of TLC

House was not clean, sheets were full of Hair, Pool was full of Hair. Home needs cleaning. Not enough essentials such as toilet paper, paper towel, Dish soap. Had to purchase toilet paper, watered down the dish soap.

Enjoyed the week

The house is very spacious with plenty of room for a bigger family. The out door screened in patio and the wonderful swimming pool are absolutely fabulous. Regine is a great host, very friendly and responds promptly. Had a great week at this rental!

This is a great house with a pool. It was extremely comfortable. The kids loved the pool. The location was right where we wanted to be. The manger was fantastic.

winter getaway

House as listed quiet neighborhood. Pool heater wasn't working part of our stay. Host was right on it but it takes days to heat back up. Beds were uncomfortable, towels were ratty and stained. Used kitchen sponge upon arrival and dirty potholders. Buy the extra insurance and bring your own towels!

Excellent property!

The property was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. The star of the show is the heated pool and outdoor space! The host has thought of everything in terms of out of town guests. Lots of information about the area and the kitchen is well appointed. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Simply amazing

Everything about our stay here was perfect! I didn’t bring my children this trip due to it being an adult birthday stay but I would definitely bring them there! We comfortably fit 3 trucks and boats in the drive way alone! As soon as you walk in the house it has that “home” feeling. The pool was so peaceful & the seats inside it were so relaxing! The beds were so comfy the sheets smelled so nice! There is a closed filled with games and funny hats to walk around in! The host was also so pleasant to communicate with & made the experience just that much better! 10/10 recommendation the stay here and in the future I hope to come again!

Great location, Great Pool, Quiet and Relaxing

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. We loved the peace and quiet of the small neighborhood, the beautiful and refreshing pool and the convenient location to both Crystal River and Homosassa. Many great and flavorful restaurants in the area too!

Comfortable, well equipped & quiet location!

This property was perfect for our family and very pet friendly! The home is well equipped—better than any other property we have stayed at. Not only is the kitchen fully stocked with all the cooking items you’ll need, there is a grill as well! The host has games, books and items to use at the pool as well! We stayed for a month and made great memories visiting the manatees, the beach and enjoying the pool!

Just right !

We had such a good time & stay ! Place was clean , comfortable & enough room for 8 of us , had everything we needed and very accessible to many things in area. (Including scalloping) the kids & us big kids really enjoyed the pool after being out on the water all day & any given time we wanted to get wet & out of the heat ! Thank you to our great host for for being so wonderful & letting us enjoy their property ! Hope to stay with you again next time ! Thanks again ! From your new Florida east coast friends !

Great family home

We really enjoyed this house. It was clean, spacious and had plenty of everything we needed. Plenty of forks/knives/plates and towels/sheets. Lots of games and fun surprises. We truly had everything we needed. The pool was great and my little ones enjoyed the arcade machine!

Great location, worked well for 6

There were six of us going, including two kids. Having three bedrooms and three bathrooms was perfect for us. The pool was great and we spent a lot of time in it. The house was located near all the things we were doing so it never took us long to get anywhere. Many kitchen necessities but not many consumables such as paper towels, toilet paper, foil, baggies, etc... House was clean and there's a binder with information and instructions. Beds were comfortable. Thankfully they have the light switches labeled! That was helpful. Would definitely come back.
