Maison historique récemment rénovée avec 4 chambres / 2 salles de bain. Situé sur 1/3 d'acre dans la ville, la propriété dispose d'une fabuleuse terrasse donnant sur l'étang de céleri - parfait pour les dîners en famille et les rassemblements nocturnes pour regarder les magnifiques couchers de soleil. Cette maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec une grande cuisine ouvrant sur la cour arrière généreuse, une buanderie au rez-de-chaussée, un salon, une salle à manger avec une grande table et une tanière qui abrite un lit de repos! A l'étage, 4 chambres avec la chambre principale avec une grande terrasse donnant sur la vaste cour arrière. Les deux salles de bains ont un double lavabo et une dispose d'une baignoire à jets.

Les rénovations comprennent: fraîchement peint; nouveaux tapis, planchers de bois franc et de carrelage; buanderie mise à jour, salle de bains et cuisine avec nouveaux comptoirs en granit et bar à petit-déjeuner. Les rénovations sont achevées à 95% ce qui ne gênera pas votre séjour. Cependant, nous avons réduit les tarifs pour le reste de l'année afin d'accommoder nos clients.

À distance de marche du centre-ville et de la plage. Tot Lot avec des terrains de basket à seulement 1 pâté de maisons. Le centre-ville comprend des restaurants, des établissements vinicoles, des bars, des boutiques et des boutiques de souvenirs.

Du 22 juin au 4 août 2019, nous ferons des locations à la semaine avec une arrivée et un départ le dimanche.

Amazing Property

This was our second time staying here and we already booked next years trip! Our favorite property in South Haven. Great location, massive backyard and patio, and fully furnished home. They have more than everything you could need for an amazing stay! Hosts are top notch and provide all the details for the whole process. 10/10 recommend this property and host!

Loved it!

Stayed here with a group of 11 adults and we had a blast! Use of the beach chairs and wagon was perfect and we walked to North Beach and downtown. We also loved hanging on the back patio in the evening and had plenty of space in the house.

This was a wonderful home to stay for a ladies get away. We could walk to town, to the lake, to the bike trail and to the restaurants we wanted to go to. The home was clean, and had everything we could have needed. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck and had a camp fire the last night. We all loved our stay and would highly recommend this home.

Fantastic

This was a fantastic stay and we could not recommend it more. The location was close to downtown and all the South Haven Attractions as well as being near to the highway and major stores. The property itself is in a neighborhood but the backyard really gives the feeling of being somewhere more remote. Our kids enjoyed the yard toys and we all enjoyed the space inside where we could all spread out and relax.

Long Weekend in SoHa

I love this quiet neighborhood conveniently located walking distance to both town and the beach. The house's large backyard is an absolutely perfect entertaining space with a bar, tv, fire pit, and deck looking over wetlands and a pond. This city house with country views offers the best of both worlds. The owners were quick to respond to all our inquiries. It was a wonderful long weekend spent in South Haven.

My husband and I, along with another couple, enjoyed 3 nights at this updated home in SoHa! We loved the comfy couch in the living room to watch football and the big dining table where we completed a 500 piece puzzle. The kitchen was great for cooking too! Wonderful

I want to thank the host for allowing my family to entertain their property. The host were very accommodating considering we came through the blizzard of 2022. The space is very welcoming and super close to grocery stores, pharmacies and the interstate. They have everything you need in the house, everything we could think of was there. My family enjoyed and plan to visit again in the summer, thank you again!!!!!!!!!

Perfect location

Great location to the main strip. Wish it didn’t rain all weekend so we could have enjoyed the outside deck and the yard…but the bi level was great for the kids and adults to have separate levels. The kids absolutely loved the bunks, it helped a lot with 6 kids! Only down side, is I did reach out via text one time about something and never received a response but showed on the text that the recipient “read” the text.

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and that the kids enjoyed the bunk room! Hopefully your next visit to South Haven you will have better weather! I apologize for the not receiving a response to a text. We are typically extremely fast to respond to guests and take pride in prompt communication. My husband and I did check back our text messages and neither of us received any texts that we can find. Only VRBO messages which I responded to right away. I hope this did not cause any issues as we would love to have you back!

Beach Life

This house was absolutely beautiful and it fits 10 adults perfectly with lots of space. I would come back again. Only issue we had was with the cable and wifi to the tv made it very difficult to watch tv and movies on the main floor. We were not able to watch anything. Perfect house for a perfect vacation.

Great Property!

We have been coming to SH each summer for 7 years and this property was by far our favorite! We already booked next years trip to return. The house has been beautifully updated and had everything a family needs for a weeks stay. The backyard was amazing! So much room for the kids to run and play and the party shed out back had lots of yard games, extra beach chairs, and everything you need. Host provided excellent check in process and all the needed information and while we didn't need to reach them during our stay, they checked in on us. Can really tell the host takes great pride in their property and strives to provide a 5 star stay! Can't wait to return next year!

Long History

We have stayed at this house about 7 times prior to this visit. The new owners have done an amazing job even since our last visit a couple of years ago. It was extremely clean, well stock with what you need at the house and beach. It is on a safe quiet street with a short walk to downtown South Haven. The backyard was great to hang out in especially with the outdoor entertainment shed. The owners were very informative on the check-in and out process and quick to respond with questions. This house will definitely be the first choice for our future trips to South Haven. The wine was a nice touch as well. So glad I found it on VRBO and thank you for letting us use your amazing home.

Wonderful home, great location!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in South Haven. The home was updated with charm, very spacious for our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. The backyard was beautiful, my daughter loved the sandbox off the patio and the porch swing. I was very pleasantly surprised by all the extras they had including toys, kid items, bathroom essentials, beach gear, etc. It’s a quick walk right into town, and there’s a cute park just around the corner. We would definitely stay here again.

Felt right at home

We had a wonderful time at this Conger St. property. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. It was the perfect size for our 11-person family group. The bedrooms and the common areas were comfy, and the spacious backyard and nearby park gave us plenty of room to spread out and play. The hosts responded quickly to answer a couple of questions. Great location in South Haven

Spacious house with huge yard overlooking the large Celery Pond. Beds were comfortable and lots of room for our family of 8 adults. We could walk to town, ride bikes on nearby Kal-Haven trail and used the fire pit almost every night. Great place for summer vacation!
