This unit is located on the second floor of a small two story building with four total units. Out back is a large HEATED pool, lounge chairs, a dining table, grill and more. Walk out of the unit down a beautiful palm tree lined path to enter paradise! We provide you w/ all your beach needs, towels, umbrella, beach chairs, floats and much more!

This unit is located on the second floor of a small two story building with four total units called Under The Sea Vacation Rentals. Once you enter the unit, you will feel at home! You will be amazed by the level of detail and love that went into the unit. From the brand new kitchen that features open shelving and a stone back splash, to the beachy bathroom, that offers a sparkling white tub and ship lap surrounding you. The whole unit has been completely remodelled.

The living room/dining area offers plenty of space to hang out and watch some live TV through Hulu Live (HD cable with over 125+ channels included). Want to have a meal on the couch? Feel free to use our provided beach themed food trays and enjoy a meal in comfort. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking essentials and then some. There is also a coffee bar with a Keurig Coffee Machine, local organic coffee, organic tea and sugar. The kitchen table also expands and there are additional chairs located in the master bedroom closet. Also in the master bedroom you will find a desk for those that need to work on the go and another TV with cable! In the second bedroom there are two twin XL beds and another TV as well.

Out back is a large HEATED pool. We keep the pool at 88 degrees during the colder months of the year so you can enjoy the pool all year round. There is also plenty of lounge chairs, umbrellas, a dining table, a brand new Weber grill and much more. All this is shared with just your unit and three other units located in the building. The units are located only one block to the beach, down a beautiful palm tree lined path. There is also a cross walk provided to make walking to the picturesque beach entrance even easier!

This unit has it's own private balcony, with a park view. On the balcony there is a small shed that has all of your beach needs, including beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, kids beach toys and more. We also provide a beach bag, beach towels and sunscreen inside the unit.

Besides our goal of making sure you make memories that will last a lifetime, it is also our goal to make your stay as comfortable as we can. So we try and provide you with all the essentials to help you get settled in quickly.

Some other amenities we provide include, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, organic spices, organic olive oil, cotton balls, paper towels, napkins, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, hand soap, board games, outdoor cups and plates for the pool area and lots lots more.

We try to be as Eco Friendly as possible at all of our rentals, this includes using recycled and organic products whenever possible. We leave an all natural organic home-made all purpose cleaner for the guests to use. Our hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner and laundry detergent are all eco-friendly and naturally made.

Brown park is located across the street, it has two playgrounds for the kids, basketball and tennis courts. Tennis rackets , tennis balls and a basketball are provided in the laundry room. There is also a walk out to the intracoastal water located across the street from the park on the opposite side of where the unit is located and it is a beautiful spot to catch a sunrise if you are early riser.

Many great restaurants, bars and shops are within walking distance and many more are a short drive away.

The world famous Clearwater Beach is a short scenic 10 minute drive down the beach, which offers lots of fun activities to check out as well.

If you need more space, rent one of the other three units in the building or rent all four for a large family or friends gathering.
