This is the perfect place to rent out and have a nice get away, very clean and spacious my friends and I enjoyed this place very much.

Great location!

This property is close to the beach and the perfect place for our girls trip! The salty goat next door is a little loud at night and the bath towels smelled like smoke when we arrived but we were able to wash them and it was okay. Overall I we loved this property and would definitely come stay again :)

Location is perfect the room is very nice. I have stayed with this host 2 times now never had an issue. Communication is good there's no surprise hidden cost. The location can't be beat for why I go down it on the main strip with beach access right across the street. There's a great bar right next door and absolutely amazing breakfast spot on the next corner. There's easy access to parking that's secure. Although an elevator would really help a lot the stairs can be a little intimidating especially for someone with a handicap like mine but I managed because there's sufficient railing. All in all I will probably stay again next spring.

Love the vicinity to the beach!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It’s just right across the street from public beach access.The only thing that we were dissatisfied with was the lack of toilet paper and that the bathroom towels smelled like cigarette smoke. Other than that, awesome place!

It served our needs. Could use some updates and a good cleaning. The sliding door to to the patio would not lock, the blind covering the sliding door was missing several panels, there was no coffee!Great location but if I come back I’ll look for another stay.

Quick getaway

Just cross the street to beach access was perfect for our visit. Property was comfortably and secure. I enjoyed the rooftop view of the surroundings.

Close to EVERYTHING

We came here for the softball world tournament. We were close to the ballfield, shops, the beach, restaurants. We weren't at the house much but enjoyed our stay while we were there. It had everything we needed.

Wonderful Experience

I stayed here for two nights with my sister, her chihuahua, and a friend. The property owner gave easy directions to the parking area (2 car spot), and entry and was responsive to all my questions. The place was clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient, as well, with the entry to the beach literally across the street. Overall, I had a great stay here and would definitely come back!

An okay stay

This is a okay place to stay the beach is right across from the road. But it had many negative things to start off with there was a dirty sock in one of the drawers and a hair tie that left behind from I’m assuming the previous guests. Also we had to buy our own towels because of the strong (cigarette like) Odor that was on the towels that were left for us to use. There was dead water bugs in the floor and mold on each vent and smoke detector. Lastly there’s a bar right beside the place and it gets very loud until 3 am in the morning

The location is great but we were immediately met with maintenance issues upon arrival. We were given two different representatives when trying to voice our concerns neither or which were the owners. They did offer to send maintenance but the issues could not have been resolved quickly. Issues including torn/stained carpet, broken furniture, exposed wires from a busted dishwasher and potential mold/water damage in the ceiling just to name a few. Its sad so little effort is being put into this property because it really does have a lot of potential and we would have definitely booked it again if it wasnt so neglected.

Great location across the beach and next to Salty Goat. That’s about it. Bathrooms not clean, dirty carpet with spots, no extra kitchen paper towels, trash bags, and bathroom paper towels. We had to use our own trash bags after one got filled. We also used our own laundry detergent as none was available. Coffee machine also not clean. This apartment needs some serious deep cleaning and updating. Won’t ever come back. Do not recommend unless you are unable to find any other listing in the area..

Good location.

The location was great. It was right across the street from the beach and super close to everything else. Unfortunately that was really the best part. It’s definitely dated, and needs a good deep clean and some repairs. The deadbolt on the door didn’t lock, ac sounds like you’ll be beamed up by an alien space ship at any moment, and the appliances have seen their better days. The furniture was definitely “broken in” and several light bulbs were missing. We ended up rewashing the dishes as almost every dish we pulled from the cabinet had spots of caked on food. I was a little surprised that there was carpet in the unit with it being right off the beach, and it could definitely use a good deep clean. It is also right next door to a bar that likes to have loud live music late every night, motorcycle meet ups, and they aren’t shy about hauling around their loud trash cart at 2am. I assume we were just paying more for the location with this place. It would have been better if it was a little cheaper due to the condition of the place, but it worked for what we needed.

Contact host when you rent, she doesn’t look at her phone. She’s too busy.

Was told to contact host 24 hours in advance for door code and WiFi. Did that. Check in comes, no info and no host. Hours go by. No host. Contact VRBO and they say they’re sorry in some other language and without me knowing, refund my money. Then while I am crapping, the next day, I get a text from the host wanting to know if I am still there because they refunded my money. I explain that was not me and she wants me to Venmo her cash. I think this is a little sus, but I don’t want trouble 4 hours from home. So I Cashapp her the money, now she has all of the money plus the fees. VRBO got cheated. Long story short, the host is living her best life and has no time for answering stupid questions like “What is the door code?” Nice place, host sucks.

Will not stay here again

I did not realize there were as many steps to get to the rental. I did not see any outside pics. It was listed as second floor so I thought just 1 flight of steps. I should have checked better myself. The carpet has huge dirty places all thru the living room. I ruined several pair of socks walking across it. The comforters on one bed looks to have blood stains, one of the other ones had several stains of some sort which might have been ok if the bed had a top sheet so that we would not have had it against our skin. Due to hurricane micheal repairs were being done . They were replacing the roof from 7 in the morning til 7 at night. We would have enjoyed being able to sleep past 7. We were suppose to have 2 parking spots but once the roofing began we had to park on the street.so we had to pretty much be gone before 7 am on the day we were scheduled to leave so we would be out of the roofers way.

Great place to stay. Think of the stairs as your daily excercise.. We did make a u turn due to the building color has been change.. wifi wasn’t available for two days, the cooking utensils do need some replacing.

Cool little spot.

Spent our spring break here. 2 almost grown boys and our 16 yr old daughter. Plenty of sleepin space. Location on the strip is great. Short trip to all the p.c. hang out spots. The salty goat is a cool little spot rt next to the beach house which is convenient for a good time. Spot was clean comfy and convenient. the balcony is on the backside of the building ,only disappointment there was. Dog friendly which was awesome for our fur baby. COOL LITTLE SPOT. enjoyed it. Gonna stay here everytime we go down there.

Just okay

The carpeting was filthy. After 2 calls the manager sent a cleaning service. After the cleaning it was still not too good. It should be ripped up. There were a few dead cockroaches on the carpet and in the bathroom. There's a bar right next store which I was aware of when I booked. It's very loud on the weekends with the music and motorcycles coming an d going. Keep that in mind if you have children. The area was nice..access to beach across the street. Lots of restaurants. I wouldn't stay there again. There seems to be nicer condos in the area. This was my first time booking with vrbo. I will do more research the next time. We actually had to leave a month early due to an illness. I would recommend the travel insurance because you never know what will happen.

I think we were really responsive we sent a carpet cleaning crew same day requested and paid 125.00 You mention the palmentos dead in the condo , that is actually a good thing, the spray the hoa uses MuST work ! If you want an affordable beach condo that can sleep 8, this is it . If you like salty goat , yes it’s next door ( just like how restaurants are next to almost ever condo complex down here in pcb) You can walk to restaurants and shops And bewch is across the street , which is great for the price
