Piscine chauffée spacieuse avec piscine et table de ping-pong

Cette maison de piscine chauffée de 3 chambres récemment rénovée est idéalement située à mi-chemin entre Augustine et Daytona Beach (30 minutes). Tous les meubles et appareils ménagers de la maison sont neufs. Venez profiter de la vie en plein air, le lanai projeté a un canapé en coupe extérieure avec une télévision de 40 pouces, une table à manger en plein air pouvant accueillir six et un barbecue au propane. Il y a une grande cour arriÚre privée avec un filet de volley-ball / badminton.

La salle familiale donne sur la piscine à travers deux ensembles de glissiÚres en verre. Il y a un téléviseur haute définition intelligent de 70 pouces connecté au cùble avec WIFI gratuit dans toute la maison. Le canapé est un canapé-lit gigogne et il y a aussi une chaise trÚs confortable pour deux personnes pour se détendre. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec tout le nécessaire pour préparer les repas. Si vous préférez manger à l'intérieur, vous trouverez deux tabourets de bar dans la cuisine ainsi qu'une grande table de salle à manger pour six personnes située dans la salle à manger.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et d'une télévision connectée de 47 pouces. La salle de bain principale a deux vanités séparées et une douche à l'italienne et une baignoire jacuzzi à jets. La chambre suivante a un lit queen size avec télévision par cùble. La derniÚre chambre a un lit superposé composé de deux matelas et une télévision. Un tipi est également installé dans la salle pour que les enfants puissent jouer.

Il y a aussi une salle de jeux avec table de billard de 7 pieds et télévision. Le garage a également une table de ping-pong pour le plaisir.

When I arrived at the home, there was old food in the freezer and the garbage in the kitchen was full and had an odor. It wasnt very clean overall, although I may have had high standards based on the 1200 I paid for 4 nights. The tv in the master bedroom did not work, and I was a little disappointed that I never heard from the host, as I have always had good communication prior to arrival at other rentals.

We Came Back

We had an amazing July 4th weekend relaxing at this nice warm home. It had a covered heated pool that was perfect for unwinding, an outdoor grill for some classic holiday cookouts, and it was just a short drive to the shore. Couldn’t have asked for a better setup!

This property was fantastic! Came down early for the race and had an opportunity to relax and enjoy some golf. The house was very comfortable. We got to enjoy the pool as well as the outdoor area. We would come down again in the future and stay here again if available.

Great spot for the family

The kids loved the pool and they enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. Plenty of room for all 8 of us that stayed. Very friendly host and always got back to me fast if I had any questions.

Everything You Need!

The property was clean, and the neighborhood was great! Neighbors are very friendly. There is everything you need to enjoy your stay and even towels & chairs for the beach, plenty of pool toys & floats! The kitchen was fully stir with whatever you may need. The house was very clean and the furnishings were very attractive and new. Our grandchildren were with us and enjoyed the pool and all the games you provided. The pool table was a big hit as well as the board games. They enjoyed volleyball too, until the windstorm blew down the net. Your home provided us a with a very pleasant experience.

The home was not entirely as pictured. First appearance when arriving was poor. The driveway had many large cracks and was a tripping hazard. The front door, metal door was old and rusty. Upon entering the house appeared nice. Needs updating. Cracked tiles in the kitchen counter, light fixture covers were missing in the kitchen. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. The pool was nice. It was very warm upon arrival. The temperature outside was very warm as well so to be expected. The owner came by to remedy that issue upon arrival. Later in the week the pool was cloudy I reached out to the owner for chlorine tablets for the floating device in the pool that was empty but I never heard back from the owner. The master bathroom was very disappointing. The one sink leaked and rusty water was always on the counter. There were very small ants on that sink vanity everyday. The shower door was gone and in its place was a shower curtain liner with rust on the bottom attached with “s” hooks that fell off every time you moved it. The bathroom and kitchen rugs were dirty and did not have a sticky back and were a dirty slip hazard.

The house looks exactly as it does in the pictures. Everything is proper and clean. Everything you could possibly need is there, including things like a babybed, boosterseat, towels, pooltoys etc. The owner and his father are very helpfull if you need anything else. The house and pool are very wellicht maintained by the owner and his father. We would definantly like to stay heren again!

Our 2nd home

This is our 2nd stay at this house and we always enjoy being here. The kids love the pool and playing ping pong and the pool table! It's a perfect family vacation house! We were only 10-15 mins away from Flager Beach and it was so beautiful. There are plenty of great restaurants around and lots of activities to do nearby. Theres grocery stores on every corner it seems like. The property owner was quick to respond when we needed to ask him something . We will definitely be coming here every year!

Fantastic

Have stayed in many vacation homes, this is by far the best. Beautiful, clean, has more than expected. The family spent most of the time at the pool and it was awesome. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. Took many walks and did not feel unsafe at all.. Not on the beach, you have to drive everywhere but everything is reasonably close and that is what i prefer.Will definitely rent this home again. You will definitely not be disappointed renting this home
