LUXURY PENTHOUSE ON THE BEACH 3/3 OCEANFRONT CONDO

Please be advice before you make the reservation, that the building is going through concrete restoration. What does that mean? The balconies are closed but you can still see everything from the balconies and there will be noise coming from drilling outside of the building Monday through Friday from 9 to 5 PM because they are fixing the building from outside. This is a spacious 3 bedroom Bedroom PENTHOUSE (2150 sq. Ft) with 3 baths and views of the ocean. It is fully furnished with all housewares for your convenience. In the master bedroom you will find a king size bed, with the master bathroom. In the guest bedroom you will find 2 Full size beds and in the 3th room queen size bed.

Grocery stores, restaurants are a walk away. Aventura mall is a few minutes away by car or a free community shuttle. South beach, Lincoln road, ocean drive, Bal Harbour shops, Las Olas blvd - are in close proximity.

Hollywood beach is a perfect spot for living in Miami yet close to all major attractions, restaurants, malls and night life. It is located in the middle between Miami airport and fort Lauderdale airport -- so you are close to both the south (south beach, lincoln road, ocean drive) and the north upscale bal harbour, aventura mall, gulf stream, fort lauderdale. The condo is bordering the famous golden beach -- home to multimillion villas with stars such as ricky martin and bill gates said to have residence there. As a guest in this condo you have access to beach both in hollywood beach and golden beach (which is more private and less crowded).

Family vacay!

We had a wonderful family trip and made great memories at the penthouse on Hallandale beach! The property was very nice and clean and convenient to the beach! Dimitri was a great host and was available to answer all questions in a timely manner. Great place!

Fabulous Stay

We had a weekend stay prior to our cruise and this penthouse unit was perfect for the 7 of us. Check in was easy and flexible. The unit is well equipped with comfortable beds and everything we needed to make our stay perfect. The highlight was the large balcony and being steps from the beach! We’d definitely stay here again.

Family Vacay

This was a wonderful place to escape our chaotic work and sports schedule lives back at home. We had everything we needed in such a lavish stay. Great location

The rental was great. The location was perfect because it was right on the beach. The pool is a nice option as well. The only thing I would recommend is to bring a small portable fan as 2 of the 3 bedrooms don’t get the best flow of air conditioning. Dimitri was very kind and easy to work with. The check in and check out process was very easy and quick. Highly recommend Dimitri and his property for a great beach vacation.

Amazing Trip

This was my first VRBO booking so I was a bit nervous. The property was exactly as pictured - very beautiful! The location is awesome and the views were spectacular! Everything is very close. The Valet guys are awesome and so helpful. They gave us great recommendations. Dmitri was super nice and very helpful. I would definitely come back! Thank you Dmitri :)

Just As Advertised

What a spacious condo for our family vacation! It was well equipped for all your needs throughout each room, including the kitchen. The 3 decks provided lovely views of the ocean and intracoastal water. Bonus: games, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, beach umbrella, rain umbrellas. And if that is not enough, you can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach. We would DEFINITELY stay here again. Another terrific family vacation in the books.

Amazing Property!!!!

My family of 6 had a "Blast" at this Amazing. Penthouse Condo. Dmtri was a great host! We loved the outside corner patio and spent a lot of time together out there. Only issue was the air-conditioning had some issues and Dmtri had to order a new thermostat . If in the area you can't go wrong with this property! Bruce and the Valet Staff were Awesome!!!

Place was nice,valet attendants were very nice. Front desk personnel were not so friendly but we didn’t have to deal with them much. Host was pleasant to work with. I do suggest laminating check out instructions and leaving in the apartment for renters to follow upon check out as I worry I may have left something out from over our phone conversation.

Absolutely Glamorous

Every bed of the penthouse was fantastic. Three balconies were awesome. The master bedroom was over the top. The group was myself (77 yrs), daughter, and 2 grands (22 and 25). The purpose of our trip was for them to go to Taylor Swift concert at Hard Rock Stadium. We stayed for seven days taking a couple of days for a trip down to Key West. The valet parking was a great convenience and the $10 per day was well worth it to valet. Dimetri was a perfect host. His luscious Condo. was by far the best place we have ever stayed and we do quite a bit of traveling using VRBO. If ever back in that area, I would definitely stay again. I will add there are several wonderful places to eat as well. One of our favorites was.Quarterdeck in Hollywood. Thanks for everything Demitri .

Fantastic stay for a week including Memorial Day Weekend

We had a wonderful time. Stunningly clean windows inside and out for a panoramic view of the intercostal and city. Walking and delivery distance from Walmart. The kitchen has most things - lots of silverware, pots, and pans, coffee maker, toaster, and lots of other things we didn't use. There was no pizza pan (that I found) but there was another pan that was big enough to work for us. We bought foil pans for breakfast casserole. I feel like you should wait to shop until you arrive at VRBO's in general because it always varies. Get in, look around and then get what you need. Great communications with Dmitri. At this time of year the air conditioner struggles to keep up. You need to be mindful. When we return to the area this will be our go to place.

Fabulous Girl's Trip

Our 10 day vacation was truly wonderful at PH 1 in Sian! The condo was very spacious and beautiful and we had everything needed to make it a great vacation! The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms had large closet space with multiple shelves and drawers. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook breakfast and eat in the condo if we chose to do so. The den was spacious with a comfortable sectional sofa and a huge tv to watch. The back balcony was one of our favorite parts. All 5 of us could sit out and visit enjoying either the ocean view or the beautiful skyline at night. Our check in process was simple and Dmtri was one of the greatest hosts we have ever worked with. If we needed anything, he was prompt and answered our questions immediately. There were many fabulous restaurants close by including GiGi's, Tiki Tiki, Piola, Hillstone, and the Quarterdeck. We had an absolute fabulous time and would definitely recommend it for a large family or girl's trip. Awesome unit with easy access to the beach or pool. One of the greatest trips ever! Thanks Dmtri!!!! Outstanding place!!!!

We were told there would be concrete restoration on the other side of the resort but we came back to the unit to have men working with concrete saws and jack hammers to pull the windows out for replacement at a later date. It was a horrendous amount of noise, with a tremendous amount of dust inside and the balconies were to be closed off from use. This is not what we were told when we reserved in October. Host also promised a refund for the 15 nights we could not stay and as of today, 3/16, the refund has not been issued.
