Le condo a une cuisine entiÚrement équipée et un balcon couvert relaxant pour profiter de votre café du matin ou du thé de l'aprÚs-midi. Les draps sont fournis et vous apprécierez d'avoir votre propre laveuse et sécheuse et un grand dressing.
Le plafond voĂ»tĂ© vous donnera un merveilleux remplissage d'espace. This was a great home-away-from-home for 2 months! The unit was comfortable and well-supplied. We appreciated the pool & beach equipment. The grounds are well-maintained and we felt safe. Great location to get to Clearwater Beach & Dunedin easily for beautiful sunsets. Fantastic pool and nice fitness room. Hosts were very responsive. It is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but we considered it exercise. Unit A/C worked well to keep us cool in August! Thank you!

Beautiful Condo

Everything was perfect with the condo. Perfect location. Close to Beach , shopping , restaurants. The condo had everything we needed. Heated pool. Timely response from the owners. We will definitely rent from them again.

Lovely Property in Clearwater

Perfect 5-day stay! The property was every bit as nice as advertised. Very comfortable condo, beautifully decorated. Owners thought of everything. Elena and Erwin were great at communicating with us before and during the stay. Condo was in the perfect location in Clearwater, close to the Tampa Causeway but also close to the beaches. Our patio had a great view, overlooking the pool area. The pool is heated & we spent much of our time there. We highly recommend this property!

Great stay!

The unit was very clean and decorated nicely. It felt like home for my 3 week stay. It's very spacious, has a fully stocked kitchen, and a nice patio overlooking the pool.The location is great. It is a short drive to the bridge that leads to Clearwater Beach, and is close to a grocery store and pretty much anything else you'll need.The hosts were great and responded quickly to any questions. The check-in instructions were detailed and clear.

Safe neighborhood

Pros: Nice accommodations, full kitchen to cook our meals, nice shower, comfortable bed, and pool was beautiful. We recommend this place. Cons: during our stay we tucked away the two handfuls of air fresheners because they were over powering in our opinion.

Perfect place for a beach vaca! Cute and clean. Hosts were pleasant and accommodating. Had a couple issues with the outside gate to get in but nothing that we couldn’t figure out on our own. Def recommend!

Great convenient place to hang your hat for two adults. Everything is at your fingertips

We loved our short drives for us to enjoy our morning walks on the beach. We actually were able to visit seven different beaches all within a 20 minute drive. People were very friendly around the pool. Meet some very nice people from all over. Definitely would consider staying here again

Clearwater condo stay

A lovely decorated condo, totally equipped with everything you could need to cook for yourself or restaurants in the vicinity.The pool was very warm and a friendly place to chat to other guests.The gym had good equipment.We found the bed and sofa to be comfortable and we had no issues.On the 3 rd floor with no lift but we did not find that a problem.Would stay again and recommend.

All the superlatives written about this unit are absolutely true

Honestly I think this is the best-furnished, supplied, and decorated unit my wife and I have ever had the pleasure to occupy. This was actually our evacuation from Hurricane Milton, and an exceptionally comfortable respite for the duration of the storm. So well-supplied with laundry and kitchen supplies, utensils, and bathroom was well-stocked as well. Beach-style decorations throughout and a view overlooking the community pool enhanced the ambience. Check-in details and instructions were well- and timely communicated by owner well in advance. Our highest recommendation!!

Clean, stylish & comfortable Clearwater condo

We stayed in this condo for 9 days when we were in the area to help a disabled relative move to an assisted living facility. The condo itself is lovely and was perfect for me and my husband. Very clean (and I’m picky), with new, comfortable furniture, nicely decorated; has a king-sized bed (hard to find in 1-bedroom condos), big-screen TV’s with cable in both the living room and bedroom, kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and a washer/dryer in the unit. There’s a nice walk-in closet to store your belongings, too. The good-sized balcony / patio overlooking the pool is furnished just as lovely and is a great place to sit with a book or a glass of wine. The location was great; close to lots of stores, restaurants and of course, the beaches. Publix is within walking distance, just across the street, as well as 2 good restaurants, Abe’s Place and Thai Coconut. We worked late most evenings on the move of our relative, so we took advantage of having those close by. We didn’t have time to use the pool or gym, but we will the next time we’re back as they look quite inviting. Elena and Erwin were so responsive, too; from initial booking and throughout our stay, you couldn’t ask for better hosts! Highly recommend this condo.

Pool was beautiful but the lady who works there is crazy!

Our place was clean and the pool was warm and beautiful but those are my only two positives. Before arriving I received 6-7 messages from the unit owner. One had an address, one a unit number, one a gate code, one a door code and so on. Holy cow was it hard sorting through all of them when we arrived! One message with all the details would be so much more efficient. The gates are supposed to close at 6pm each evening, that never happened. Anyone could get in and out of there. The pool has an attendant during the week who was not kind and always yelling at the kids there with our softball team
she claimed they were being too loud in the pool at noonđŸ€”the residents there could not be more bothered by the VRBO renters. They were rude and tried to yell at us as well. Our condo was extremely hot after about 2/3 days of arriving. No matter how low we set the temp it remained at 79 in there. I contacted the owner finally on our last night as we were dying and magically the temp started to fall within 30 min. I firmly believe they locked the air on their end through their nest. They claim no but it was pretty clear how quickly it began to cool finally. The area is ghetto. The Publix has homeless people EVERYWHERE who harass you and I refused to take my children to the store with me. Every gas station or store had bums and druggies hanging out all over
 We would not go back.

We are a happy Canadian family from Montreal, Canada. We love snow but we adore the beach . We fall in love with Clearwater beach and Indian Rocks beach. There are so many beaches that you can choose, one different from the other. The sun, the water and the is just magic....Our kids love the heated pool at the condo, so they can have some extra hours of playing in the water.
