Venez vous détendre dans notre spacieuse maison de plage idéalement située en face de la piscine communautaire. Les magnifiques eaux vert émeraude du golfe du Mexique sont à 3 ou 4 minutes à pied.

Cette maison vous offre sérénité et paix, tout en étant à quelques minutes en voiture de superbes magasins, restaurants et autres attractions. Notre maison est située juste à cÎté de 30-A (au nord du golfe) et à proximité des communautés de Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach, Watersound et Seaside. En voiture, Destin se trouve à 25 minutes à l'ouest et Panama City à 25 minutes à l'est.

La maison dispose d'un grand espace de vie ouvert avec un tĂ©lĂ©viseur HD intelligent de 50 pouces avec DVR. Pour votre commoditĂ©, nous proposons Ă  nos clients des appels tĂ©lĂ©phoniques longue distance gratuits aux États-Unis et un service Internet sans fil gratuit (apportez votre propre ordinateur). Des appareils en acier inoxydable, des plans de travail en granit et des armoires personnalisĂ©es font de la cuisine un endroit idĂ©al pour prĂ©parer un repas rapide ou pour divertir la famille et les amis. La salle Ă  manger comprend une table pour 6 personnes et un bar pour 3 personnes. En outre, vous pouvez prendre le lever ou le coucher du soleil tout en profitant de la table et des chaises de jardin en plein air sur un porche juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de la grande salle.

Le repos et la détente sont découverts dans les trois suites principales (2 Queens et 1 Twin), chacune avec sa propre salle de bain et télévision à écran plat LCD. Deux des trois chambres sont équipées de télévisions à écran plat 19 '(une avec lecteur DVD) et d'un Cube Nintendo (2). L'autre chambre (lit queen) dispose d'une télévision à écran plat 32 pouces sans lecteur DVD. Les enfants adoreront avoir leur propre espace de vie. Ils apprécieront également de jouer à des jeux sur le Nintendo Game Cube (dans deux des trois chambres à coucher). Une autre particularité qui rend cette maison unique est la zone de couchette, qui contient un ensemble de lits superposés intégrés. Enfin, deux des trois chambres disposent d'un radio-réveil IPOD / I-Phone avec station de charge. Il y en a aussi un situé dans la grande salle à l'étage.

Vous apprécierez tout le confort de la maison dans notre chalet de plage. La proximité du magnifique golfe du Mexique et de la piscine ne sont que des bonus. Enfin, pour votre tranquillité d'esprit, notre gestionnaire immobilier est situé à quelques minutes de la maison.

This amazing house was perfect for a week long getaway to the most beautiful beaches in the souther US. The house was immaculate and the location was perfect being just a few steps from the beach and a pool. 10/10 would stay here again!

Great Neighborhood Short Walk to Beach

The property was very well kept and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and has access to a shared pool which was nice. It is a great location that is convenient to The Hub, Aly’s Beach, and Rosemary Beach. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Family tradition

We started staying in magnolia cottages for Thanksgiving week and summer break 8 years ago. We really enjoyed this year at Blue Skies. Close walk to beach. Clean home with plenty of beds, linens, and cookware. Exactly as advertised. Will definitely book again in the future.

Paradise!

Our family spent a wonderful week at The Corner Cottage. We were the first renters to enjoy all the recent updates, and they were lovely! The house was super clean, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We loved the layout of the house and all the porches were great. The location couldn’t have been better for us too. Thank you for a peaceful and fun week, Corner Cottage! We can’t wait to return!

Great week

We had such a nice stay. The house was just as described and we didn’t have a single issue. We loved the space - perfect for two families of four. The house was super close to the pool and the beach was less than a 5 min walk. The owner was very responsive and helpful - esp when we found ourselves without beach chair rentals at the last minute. The beach was great - not at all crowded as compared to other areas of 30A. Overall a great vacation!

Hard to beat!

I had two homes. Both were very clean. no maintenance problems, everything seemed to be working properly, 5 minute walk to the beach, really can't come up with even one complaint. Highly recommend.

Lovely

The location, amenities, and property were exactly what we were looking for. The property was perfect for our family of 5. Outside the crowds right at Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys while being walkable and bikeable to East and west communities. We also enjoyed the access to a private beach where we did not have to fight for a spot during spring break. Another bonus was the majority of renters in this area were families. We felt confident letting our 3 kids go back and forth to the house without us.

Beach access was just a few minutes away!! Easy to get in and out of neighborhood. Neighborhood was extremely quiet. The pool temperature was amazing. The weather was a little chill. So perfect to sit on the beach then was off and head to the pool!! Great home!! Fabulous location to Seacrest, Alys, and Rosemary!Home had everything I needed and more for my family of 6! Second home stayed at in this neighborhood and will continue to stay!!

Great Location, Great Cottage, Great Stay!

I stayed with my wife and two kids. Magnolia Cottages are in a quiet location right across from the beach. We had access to the pool and beach was 5 min walk away. Property was well kept and property manager was prompt to reply to a couple questions we had. We enjoyed renting bikes and exploring the area and then grilling out on the charcoal Webber. Grocery store close by and great location for our family. Each bedroom had its own bathroom plus a half bath upstairs as well so this made getting ready a snap and save a lot of time. We’ll seriously consider again for our next visit.

Great location in Magnolia cottages.

Location is really great. Your just diagonally across from the front pool and a 3 minute or less walk to the private boardwalk to the beach. I would suggest renting chairs to make the beach easy. The 4 porches are nice , especially the one off the master bedroom. Very lush back yard area with potted ferns to finish out the isolated feeling all while being only a few steps from the cobblestone roadway. It was fun to spend time out there . The beds were comfortable and we had all we needed in the kitchen. The property manager was courteous and very responsive to anything we asked for.

Perfect spot on 30A!

This house was perfect for our family. The layout worked well for us, and there was more than enough space for our group of five. The communication with the property manager was quick and friendly. We especially appreciated the prompt response after I accidentally broke the glass coffee pot; a new one was brought to us the next morning! The home is lovely and the location is just what we wanted. It is biking distance to the popular spots, but not in the middle of the crowd. We enjoyed cooking in on most nights. The kitchen and dining area was well suited for that. We had a wonderful time!!!

Beautiful home in Seacrest

We come to the 30A area often, and this might be our favorite house we’ve rented! It’s tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We typically try to stay on the beach side because of the accessibility with kids. The walk to the beach from this house is very easy, and this is with two toddlers and a 5 year old. Keep in mind you do have to come down a large dune, so be prepared for a lot of steps. The home is nicely decorated and comfortable. It was well stocked. All of the bedrooms are located on the first floor with the living and kitchen upstairs. The home had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. We will definitely rent again!

Beautiful spacious cottage

We enjoyed our stay except for one misleading benefit. We were told we had PRIVATE beach access. When you get down to the beach you are quickly pushed down to the crowded public beach. I have stayed in Magnolia Cottages for several years and have always had PRIVATE beach access. That’s been a big draw for me coming back year after year. Not sure I will be returning because of this BIG change. It really left me with negative overall experience. LOVE the area, quaint cottages and family atmosphere. That needs to be communicated appropriately.

AMAZING!!

We were very fortunate to have stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had a great time. The neighborhood was busy but quiet. Easy walk to the beach. We had planned on cooking most of our meals, but found several eating establishments close by. But, the kitchen is well equipped for whatever you wished to cook or bake. The photos on the VRBO site do not do it justice. It is very homey and comfortable. We did run short of paper towels and bathroom tissue. And the hand and bath soaps are skimpy. Also, remember to bring your own shampoo and conditioner.

My husband and I live in Atlanta, GA but we have always loved the beaches of the Florida Gulf Coast. We have vacationed here for many years and always dreamed of owning a home near the beach. In October of 2010, we rented this home and fell in love with it. We expressed an interest in buying it and the owner was interested in selling it. We feel very fortunate that it all worked out and we now own such a lovely home. The previous owner was meticulous with maintaining the home and making it feel like a 'home away from home' for all her guests. We are hoping to do the same!

This cottage is large enough to sleep 8 comfortably but still cozy when you are all together for meals or relaxing. It is also located within a short driving distance to local restaurants and shopping.
