Récemment rénové et décoré par un designer Réservez dès maintenant pour Thanksgiving!

Rhapsody in Blue est une maison de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain située dans la magnifique communauté de Seacrest, le long de la magnifique route 30A. Construit en 2006, une rénovation complète a été achevée en février 2019. Le nouveau décor présente des couleurs fraîches, des planchers de bois remis en état sur les trois niveaux, de nouvelles armoires de cuisine, des comptoirs en quartz et tous les nouveaux appareils. Immédiatement après la porte d'entrée se trouve un grand salon ouvert et une salle à manger avec une table en bois. La nouvelle cuisine est entièrement équipée, à côté d'un grand îlot offrant de nombreux sièges. La chambre principale comprend un lit king size et une salle de bain privée complète et pratique. Les portes de la chambre arrière s'ouvrent sur une terrasse en bois spacieuse avec une douche extérieure privée pour laver le sable d'une grande expérience de plage! Le deuxième étage est spacieux et comprend une grande suite parentale avec un coin salon. Dans la salle de bain principale, vous trouverez une douche à l’italienne récemment carrelée avec une porte sans cadre et une grande baignoire de relaxation.
Près de la suite principale se trouve une troisième chambre avec trois lits superposés. La quatrième chambre avec une literie queen size et un dressing complet partage cette salle de bain avec la troisième. Toutes les chambres ont des portes pour accéder à une belle terrasse ou balcon. Le troisième étage est un loft qui est parfait pour traîner. Il y a un grand canapé-lit en coupe, une télévision et un système de jeu. Une autre porte s'ouvre sur un joli balcon ouvert, propice à la détente et au coucher du soleil!
À distance de marche des plages de Rosemary et d'Alys, la communauté Seacrest dispose de la plus grande piscine lagon tropical sur 30A. Plusieurs nouvelles fonctionnalités ont été ajoutées à la piscine en 2018, notamment des voies vertes améliorées et une scène où les musiciens locaux jouent fréquemment pendant les soirées d'été!

Wonderful home!

We have been coming to Rosemary 5 years in a row and have rented different homes and condos. This home is by far the #1 and plan to stay here again! Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and every detail was thoughtful. The owner was kind and prompt. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home.

Great time and clean house!

Our family of 7 really enjoyed our time at Seacrest. The house is set up very well and the primary bedroom and bathroom are wonderful! Very clean house and had zero issues during our stay.

Beautiful Condo - Excellent Location

My family and I have stayed at this amazing condo many times and always found the condo extremely clean. It's well decorated and the furnishings are very comfortable. The location is very convenient. The owner is wonderful, responsive and very easy to deal with. I look forward to my next visit. :-)

There's one word to describe "Rhapsody in Blue" - WONDERFUL! The house was beautiful, well supplied, clean and updated. Our host, Frances was available to help us with any questions and concerns we had during our stay. We will definitely plan to stay there again.

The week we spent here's was great. The unit was very well appointed. It was in very convenient location to shops and restaurants. We loced having the tram take us to the beach. The teenage boys loved being able to rent bikes and ride everywhere. The beach and water in this area was gorgeous. I would definitely stay here again.

Cleanest home ever!

This home was the cleanest we have rented in the 5 years of renting in the community. It was well stocked and the furnishings were great. I cannot say enough about how much we loved this home. The communication was top notch and the location was perfect to get to the circle for Live music and food. We would definitely rent this home again!

Wonderful week

We stayed a week here in July. Great location and be sure to use the nature trail shortcut on bikes. Home was very clean, well stocked, great linens and high quality furniture etc. Great cold AC! Owner very friendly and accommodating. Home is a short bike ride to Alys or Rosemary and a quick walk to the town center for groceries, bikes, drinks. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Gorgeous Home - Great Location - Fantastic Vacation

This property is absolutely amazing! Felt like home away from home. It was perfect for 2 families and the location close to 30A is wonderful. You have the best of both worlds, close to the beach and swimming pool. Frances is the best owner, excellent communicator, and fantastic host. Spring break for high school junior girls

The property was wonderful! So very clean and everything you need in the cabinets- no having to run to the store for aluminum foil or spices- so nice! Plenty of room. The middle floor back balcony was a favorite of the girls. Plenty of space and so convenient to everything! Top of the line appliances, furniture and bedding. Loved it all. Very nice host, couldn’t have been any better!

Fantastic property!!

My wife and I stayed at this property in September 2019. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. This is a beautiful home located in Seacrest Beach and was quite, clean and very spacious. The owner was a pleasure to work with, very responsive, courteous and informative. We loved the crows nest at the top of the house. It's a very cozy and quaint patio on the rooftop. We enjoyed going to the local seafood market "Shrimpers" to pick up some fresh seafood and ate dinner in the crows nest several times during our stay. I'd highly recommend this property. Thank you for the stay! :-)

One of our favorite VRBOs yet!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The house is lovely and beautifully decorated. It had plenty of room for my husband, myself and four teenage girls. The beds are top notch. And the master suite is gorgeous. We made dinner twice and the kitchen had every gadget you could think of, The house is situated toward the back of Seacrest, which made it a little quieter. And dear Frances, the owner, could not have been more accommodating. The drawbacks for us had nothing to do with the house. The resort was crowded, even though we came after Spring Break. The allocation of beach for Seacrest guests was laughable. We were all packed in like sardines. (Frances suggested the public beach which tends to be less crowded but we didn’t want to have to get in our car). And the pool got very busy. In the afternoons it was hard to find an empty lounge chair. But every vacation has its pros and cons. And we would absolutely come here again, so long as we get to stay in this house.

October trip

The home was very clean and well stocked! The homeowner was wonderful from the time of booking until after checkout. We were within a short walk to everything which was great. Only negative was that seacrest beach was so packed that we had to drive to Inlet beach everyday. It was much bigger and less crowded but if we didn’t get there before 11am, there was no parking and we had to keep checking back which was frustrating. Other than that, we had a wonderful time!

The perfect choice!

I am a researcher and looked at many, many places. I couldn't have settled on a more perfect place. Frances what so accommodating in getting our dates to work and was readily available through a text or phone call for any questions I had. The home is beautifully decorated, so very comfortable (no expense spared, only the best beds, linens, etc.) and had anything and everything you would need including a kitchen stocked with as many cooking utensils as I have at my own home. All those 5 star reviews I read didn't lie. Just go ahead and reserve this place. You won't be sorry!

Wonderful beach house

We loved our trip to Seacrest. The home was spotless, the location was perfect. We were able to walk/ride bikes to several of the surrounding beach towns and explore. The home was fully stocked. Owner was easy to get a hold of, very responsive and great. I would stay here again if we go back to Seacrest.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We originally owned at the Village of South Walton. As our family grew, we needed a little more space and loved the area so much that we decided to move just behind the Village in the beautiful Seacrest community! Seacrest has the largest lagoon pool in the area plus large grassy areas to just relax and play games. The streets and trails are perfect for long bike rides and morning jogs. Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach are walking distance and are filled with social activities throughout the year. We are also a short distance to the Silver Shells Outlet in Sandestin and Pier Park in Panama City.

The nature trail runs directly behind our house. We also have a main level bedroom that is very large and has a King bed. Perfect for people who don't want to climb steps every day. Bathroom is right next to the bedroom.
