Profitez du soleil et de la grande ambiance de Santa Cruz, en Californie, au Surfshack!

Le Surfshack est un chalet récemment rénové de deux chambres et deux salles de bains à Santa Cruz pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes (lit King CA dans la chambre principale, lit queen dans la chambre d'amis et deux grands tapis de sol pour les enfants.) Profitez d'un magnifique plan d'étage ouvert entre la cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour profiter d'un repas à la maison (nous fournissons un excellent café.) Il y a une grande télévision 60 pouces avec câble, un pack sport et un lecteur DV. La maison est à seulement trois minutes à pied de la plage de Black qui est semi-privée car il n'y a pas de parking public disponible dans le quartier. Nous sommes dans la zone la plus ensoleillée de Santa Cruz dans une zone appelée la "feuille de bananier" car elle est entourée par les montagnes de Santa Cruz. Nous sommes à distance de marche d'un certain nombre de restaurants dans la région, vous n'avez donc pas besoin de conduire une fois que vous arrivez ici, bien qu'il existe de nombreux bons choix en ville! Vous pouvez également faire un barbecue si vous le souhaitez. Nous fournissons des vélos, des bodyboards, des planches de surf, des parapluies, un wagon, des serviettes de plage et des jouets pour que vous profitiez d'une belle journée à la plage! Vous devriez avoir une bonne nuit de sommeil dans nos lits confortables et une literie fine. Enfin, profitez du patio avant qui s'illumine la nuit pour profiter des belles soirées de Santa Cruz! C'est vraiment une maison merveilleuse et relaxante!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay ! The cottage was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. The location was perfect. Ir was peaceful and relaxing, yet close to everything we needed. We definitely would stay here again and highly recommended this property.

The house was exactly what we were hoping for! Bright and clean, comfortable for a family of 4, walkable to beach, farmers market, coffee, and several restaurants. Bonus, the patio was lovely and we actually enjoyed our coffee out there every morning and an early evening beverage every afternoon. Easy parking, check in, and communication with host. Will absolutely come again!

Beach getaway

The house was perfect for our small family. Close walk to nice beaches. Short drive to the boardwalk and Capitola. It was a perfect escape from the hot summer temps we get at home. We will definitely return and would highly recommend staying here.

Super cute and cozy home with adorable beachy decor throughout. Has a patio area and a gated carport to keep your vehicle secure. Beach chairs, umbrellas, etc provided for use. Walking distance to the beach and eateries. Easy drive to Mystery Spot, Boardwalk, etc. Cozy, clean and comfortable for a small family. Has the amenities needed to make your stay comfortable. Check in and out was easy and the host was responsive and great with communication. Would stay again and would recommend to others.

Very thoughtful host. We are so grateful!Quiet, peaceful spot. Far enough from downtown to feel safe, yet just a short walk to Farmer’s Market and wonderful restaurants. There was a detour to Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, due to bridge repairs - once this job is completed, it will be easier to drop off the family there. It was a relief to have normal showers, which are becoming harder to find (with a curtain / door). It was excellent value for the last minute booking.

Great location!

The house was location just a short walk from black state beach which was a nice smaller beach that’s less crowded than most. They had towels, an umbrella, some beach chairs and a wagon available to use which was nice. They also have an outdoor shower to rinse off all the sand so you’re not tracking it inside the house. It was a cute cozy house and when I reached out with some questions they responded back quickly. My family had a great time and we would definitely stay here again.

Beach house

Great location. 11/2 blocks from the beach. Beach was clean with a great atmosphere. Lifeguards on duty. House was very comfortable. Was definitely a nice touch having the surfboard, boogie boards and bikes. Along with chairs and shade. Most everything one needs for the beach. House is stocked. Had an issue with hallway shower. Louis promptly took care of it. Owners wanted to make sure our stay was a nice memorable one. Thank you Louis and Helda. Definitely would like to come back.

Relaxing get away

Fabulous location for relaxing. Access to the beach down the block is easy, though the fenced in front yard is so lovely and comfortable that we spent a lot of time there. The kitchen and living room set up was great for evenings of dining, talking, puzzles, card games and movies.

Lovely space to chill

This property is ideally situated for easy access to the beach. You have a permitted space to park on street. Kitchen is well appointed and there is a separate dining area. We particularly enjoyed the outside patio space.

This is a great place to stay. Very quiet neighborhood yet convenient to an excellent restaurant (Star Bene) and cafe. There's also a small food etc store nearby and on Sundays the Live Oak farmer's market. The ocean and Twin Lakes beach is a block away. The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and very clean with a great kitchen, well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice house, that was just as described. We enjoyed our stay. The location was 2 blocks from a beach. Easy walking distance. 1.5 mile walk to the Santa Cruz beach boardwalk. Overall, we had a nice time at this house.
