This stylish and open three bedroom, three bathroom beach home sleeps up to six guests comfortably in queen beds



The Wave House offers everything you need for your home away from home, complete with hot tub, stainless steel kitchen appliances, high quality cookware, gas fireplace, large flat screen televisions with Netflix and Amazon streaming, high-speed wireless Internet, fenced and private yard, outdoor table and chairs, hot/cold outdoor shower, full-size washer and dryer and more.

Great stay in Pleasure Point

We had some friends and family in town and rented this place so we could all stay together under the same roof. Plenty of room for everyone and the upstairs living room and balcony was the favorite spot to hang and enjoy the view. Walkable to multiple beaches and all the shops and eats on 41st Av.

Exceded expectations!

This house is awesome--modern, spotless, and in a superb location. We had plenty of room for six of us (two couples and two teenagers). Downstairs there are three queen-sized bedrooms and three full bathrooms, and then a fun little hidden loft room with two twin beds. The view from the very upstairs is beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. I can't recommend highly enough!

comfortable, spacious, and great location

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas that involved plenty of inside time because of the rain. Luckily, the house was up to the task. There was plenty of space for 7 of us, with a great kids hangout room (sort of a fort) and two separate living rooms, one with a beautiful view of the ocean. We had electrical problems because of the storms but management was super responsive and took care of everything, even though it was Christmas eve. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc, and the table is huge, all of which made all of our big family meals possible and enjoyable. The location, of course, is excellent--but you know that already. Easy walk to a great beach, which because of the weather we only braved a couple of times, and then a wonderful walk down the bluffs to check out all of the surfing action. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the house very much. We'd definitely rent it again!

Great house, mediocre management company

We overall enjoyed our stay at this home. It has a great location, is nicely remodeled throughout and has an ocean view from the top floor. Unfortunately, so many details were overlooked by the management company. The fridge was broken, the dishwasher was broken, there weren't any covers on the feather duvets leaving you to wonder who else had slept with that same uncovered duvet, the pillows felt like they had been sent through a shredder, and fixtures in the bathrooms were falling off the walls. The real problem for us is when we told the management company about all of our issues, they said they would come check it out during our stay and then they never did. They tried to remedy the duvet situation by dropping off brand new duvet covers in their packages on our doorsteps leaving us to launder and then spend time putting them on all the beds. Not exactly the type of service you come to expect with an expensive rental property. All of these issues can be easily fixed, so I hope the rental company takes this review to heart and does a better job in the future.

The loft beds are really just for small children.

The location is fantastic. The size and location of the 4th bedroom is awkward - really a room/loft for small kids. To get to it you have to climb through a smallish doorway.

Great beach house

Overall, it was a great experience. There is a wonderful beach just a few houses away to go and enjoy. The house was nicely updated. The only negative was that the pots and pans are old and just kind of a hodge podge of random stuff and there wasn’t any propane for the BBQ. Didn’t really get any instructions about the house ahead of time or a welcome book of any kind so we just had to figure stuff out. Overall though the house was beautiful and location couldn’t be beat!
