MAISON AVANT OCEAN AVEC VUE SPECTACULAIRE sur Duck Island et Long Island Sound. L'avant de la maison fait face au marais salant de la rivière Menunketesuck et à la marina de Pilots Point qui crée les vues les plus pittoresques qui dureront toute une vie.

Emmenez la famille en vacances où tout le monde peut être en paix et profiter de la tranquillité de l'eau entourant l'avant et l'arrière de cette propriété de plage.

Cette maison est située sur un cul-de-sac privé à Grove Beach.

La maison de plage est un chalet de charme de 1 368 pc situé sur une plage de sable privée. Le .10 Acres Gravel Lot offre un parking pour plus de 6 voitures sans problème, donc le divertissement n'est jamais un problème avec votre location de plage.

Profitez d'une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan depuis l'arrière de la maison en vous asseyant sur votre terrasse privée.

Les enfants seront captivés lorsqu'ils joueront sur leur plage privée tout au long de la journée, puis la nuit pendant que votre famille s'assoit près du foyer en profitant de la parfaite soirée d'été.

Votre animal de compagnie est le bienvenu sur la propriété. La communauté a une loi très stricte en laisse et nous demandons que votre animal de compagnie reste en laisse en tout temps à l'extérieur.

Great house for all ages

My family had a fantastic stay. We had age ranges from 1-70 years old and the house really suited everyone’s needs. You can’t beat the location to be able to walk out your door onto the sand!

Great getaway!

Family had a great time at the beach house. Having the beach in the back yard was wonderful. Plenty of parking was also a bonus. Took the kiddos to Essex Steam train, only about 20 minutes away.

Location, Location, Location!

Cute little house! Inside was quite comfortable, but the outside is why we booked this house. Luxuriating on the beach outside the front door was heaven!!

This property features 4 bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the 4th bedroom features 2 bunk beds twin over twin with trundle pull out drawer. You will have plenty of room for large gatherings or just that perfect family getaway.

The most unique benefit of the oceanfront cottage is the rear of the house faces the Long Island sound with a view of duck island and the front of the house faces a private marina (Pilots Point) so no matter where you look you will be amazed by the almost 360° ocean views.
