Hello and thank you for your kind words and taking the time to write a review. We value all of our guests and their helpful feedback to improve future experiences. Please allow me to address a few of the concerns. The bunk beds are smaller due to being youth bunks, which is also explained in the condo details/description. My apologies for your troubles with the TV, If I would have been alerted to this issue I could have contacted to cable provider immediately for resolution. The moment that our security app notified us of the door lock as having a low battery, you were contacted at that moment, made aware of the low battery and was given the code to the lock box (by the front door) to access a key. We wanted to ensure that you all would not have any disruption to obtaining access to the condo. Maintenance was asked to wait until your departure before replacing the battery. We do not like to inconvenience our guests with maintenance visits unless the situation is critical and/or an alternate and immediate solution cannot be provided. In the case of any unforeseen issues, all guests are given my personal cell phone number, with 24/7 availability prior to check in.
