Bienvenue à Beach Retreat Miramar Beach Destin Rentals. Notre nouvelle unité est la Beach Retreat 407. Nous sommes vraiment heureux d'avoir ce condo sur notre programme de location. Les clients adorent absolument Beach Retreat et avec ce condo Beach Retreat au dernier étage étant moins cher que nos autres unités Beach Retreat de 2 chambres, il est sûr d'être un favori de la foule.

Great location. Unit was clean and well stocked but needs new towels… some stained and others had holes. Well furnished to enjoy the view.

First impression always set the tone for the place we stay. This place did not disappoint! Very clean and beautifully decorated, Besides the fact that view was right across from the beach! We could not have asked for a better place to stay!

This is our second year staying at the Beach Retreat. Incredible location with an amazing view! Cool Change was exactly what we were looking for. Nicely equipped, comfy beds and clean.

As advertised & great for the price

Clean, updated appliances and bathroom. Access to beach across the street was only a few steps away to a private beach with set-up. Worked great for the kids. Very pet friendly. Very nice furniture.

This was our second time staying in Mirimar Beach, although our first time at Beach Retreat. We loved the location, the condo had everything we needed and the view was amazing! We will definitely be back!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Beach Retreat unit four-hundred seven. Everything was just as described . It was a blessing to be able to communicate with team at Beach Condos in Destin; they were each helpful and prompt in replying to our inquires. Spring Break

Great location. Will definitely stay at Beach Retreat again. Sadly this particular unit wasn’t big enough for our family. Our sons are tall teens, and the second bedroom with bunks is just too small to accommodate them. The sliding door is in serious need of repair. Very difficult to open, has a torn screen door. Would also suggest not having cushions on the balcony furniture as they were soaking wet every morning. Enjoyed our stay and will always go back to Destin area.

Hey Jessica, Thank you guys for staying with us in Beach Retreat 407, yes all units at Beach Retreat that end in a 05 and 07 have one king bedroom and a bunk room. I am 5"7 and that is about the max height for those bunk beds. On the patio door, the new one is enroute and scheduled to be replaced next week. :) We are very thankful you came to stay with us and hope to see you again at one of our other Beach Condos In Destin properties at Beach Retreat, currently we manage 17 beach retreat properties. Beautiful Beach Views and Great Location

This condo has one of the best views of the beach and is within walking distance of several restaurants. We are a family of 4 and the condo was perfect for our needs. Check-in and check-out was easy. The owners are quick to respond to any questions and issues as they arise, but honestly we had zero issues during our stay. The condo is clean and spacious and has everything you need during your stay. Anything that may not be available is clearly listed in the documents. We loved having the two beach chairs and umbrella included with the reservation, which we utilized regularly. The men running the beach service were attentive and happy to accommodate requests. Thank you for a great stay. We would stay here again.

Great Views

Owner was wonderful and had the communication one should expect (you don't get that nowadays)! 2nd bedroom is tiny bascially bunk beds with slight walkway to bathroom. Master was sufficent. All rooms have TV but finding what remotes worked with each was a burden. Never got them all to totally work. (I guess we are spoiled). Kitchen supplies were adequate but at this price would have liked wine bottle opener and tupperwear to store food for later. Overall, loved the place.

Gorgeous view

We checked in I’m Friday. and discovered water on the floor in the kitchen. The refrigerator wasn’t working. Ice had formed on the shelves. We quickly informed our rental agent. She told us it would just take awhile for the fridge to cool down. She brought bags of ice over and told us to put our items in our cooler. Finally on Monday afternoon a repairman came by, spent an hour de icing the freezer. By Tuesday we had a nice cold fridge. Too bad we were checking out on Wednesday. Other than that everything worked well and we enjoyed our stay.

Spring break 2022

We loved the location and that it was pet friendly!! Great price for a amazing view and super close a access to the beach. The Master bathroom toilet was broken during our stay. No response from property manager via Vrbo app so I had to rig it up myself during stay. Master shower is outdated a bit but otherwise really nice clean unit. Would stay again for the price.
