Amazing View, Great location

Stayed at this property on a recent Orlando visit. We spent more time at the parks and with family than we did in the condo, but it was really nice to come back to a condo instead of a hotel. First of all the Condo is very spacious and clean, it could use a coat of paint but other than that it looked like the listing photos. Having a washer and dryer at our disposal was priceless especially with children's cloths. The views off the balcony's were great, looking over the lake you hardly knew you were in Orlando. But the view out the bedroom balcony was also good as you could see the parks in the distance and could also see fireworks at park closing. The pool is heated and was very clean, kids loved it. The hot tub and tiki bar were also nice to use. Check in was super easy and parking was well lit and we often parked near the elevator. Beds were comfortable and clean, enough linens for a couple days without doing laundry. One thing we didn't pack was laundry detergent, and there was none provided, we easily remedied that with a quick trip to a store down the street. Lots of dining options near by, traffic was usually heavy during the day, Short drive to all the parks, although the freeways were always busy too. Would definately stay here again.

Overall, Very nice

Weve stayed here before in a different condo. We really like it here. The desk staff is friendly & helpful. The pool is clean & the docks & boardwalks are well done and neat. Everything is tasteful. Our room was very nice overall, but a little worn. The master bathroom shower was unusable due to a nozzle spraying outside the shower.. a clock needs new batteries invthe kitchen. The baseboards are very chewed up and the most annoying thing is the fllors are very firty. They llok clean, but we ruined 4 new pairs off socks and our barefeet were always sticky and dirty. Other than that we had a great stsy and would stay here again in spite of the floors.

Awesome stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Loved how close and convenient to the parks. End up staying a extra night because of Hurricane Milton postponing some plans. I can say, it withstanded a Category 3 hurricane! Owner communication was easy and convenient.

excellent place to go on vacation in Orlando, very close to the main attractions, easy access, ample parking, lots of space in the apartment with simply spectacular views. 5 stars very well earned

Perfect location

The apartment was exactly as I had hoped for and location was perfect for me. Right across from Disney Springs and easy walk to small shops and dining. It was a long weekend but I could have easily stayed a week and been quite comfortable.

Disappointing

Property was not clean-black soot coming out of vents. Carpet in master bedroom dirty. Paint coming off wall in master bath. Master bath needs caulking. Curtains coming off hooks. Spoke to owner and he said he has stellar reviews. Stay away from this place. Also, traffic trying to get in and out of building is very difficult.

Short Disney Trip

Had a quick trip with friends and this was perfect. 2 bedrooms and the bunk beds for the kids. Plenty of room to make breakfast and dine and hit the parks that are so close by. Listing was for a different floor, but I imagine we were given a comparable unit.
