Lake Bear Bear Cabin sur le lac Colby Ă  Saranac Lake, louer 1 ou les 4 cabines

Cette cabine est Ă  quelques pas de notre plage privĂ©e sur le lac Colby et possĂšde son propre foyer extĂ©rieur. Les locataires peuvent utiliser l'un de nos sept bateaux (2 bateaux Ă  rames, 2 canoĂ«s, 2 kayaks pour adultes et 1 kayak pour enfants) pour participer Ă  la pĂȘche ou tout simplement profiter du magnifique lac. Le lac Colby fait partie de la grande communautĂ© du lac Saranac qui offre de nombreuses attractions touristiques, notamment la randonnĂ©e, le ski sur neige, les tyroliennes, le golf et une cuisine dĂ©licieuse. Cette cabine est Ă©galement Ă  deux minutes Ă  pied de la plage publique et de la rampe de mise Ă  l'eau.

Le village de Saranac Lake possĂšde de magnifiques restaurants, pubs et cafĂ©s. Colby Cabins est Ă  deux minutes en voiture du mont. Pisgah oĂč toute la famille peut pratiquer le ski alpin, les tubes et le snowboard. Le lac Saranac est entourĂ© de certains des sentiers de randonnĂ©e les plus pittoresques de la cĂŽte est. Le lac Colby est connu pour sa pĂȘche excellente: truite arc-en-ciel et brune, saumon, achigan Ă  grande bouche et achigan Ă  petite bouche. Des moteurs de 10 CV maximum peuvent ĂȘtre utilisĂ©s sur ce lac. Les clients peuvent utiliser l'un de nos six bateaux: un bateau Ă  rames, 2 kayaks pleine grandeur, 2 canoĂ«s et un kayak pour enfant (l'enregistrement ou le dĂ©part 6 / 27-8 / 30 peut ĂȘtre n'importe quel jour sauf le samedi).

Ces chalets ont tout le confort et les commodités dont nos clients ont besoin pour profiter du lac Colby et du lac Saranac à tout moment de l'année.

Faites-nous savoir si vous souhaitez réserver plus d'une cabine. Nous avons 3 autres cabines: Bear (2 lits une salle de bain), Fish (un lit, une salle de bain) et Loon (un lit, une salle de bain) disponibles pour un grand groupe. Les 4 cabines pouvaient accueillir 20 personnes.

We really enjoyed our stay at bear cabin .The cabin had a nice cozy feel and we loved all the bear touches !The view from the house was beautiful! We enjoyed taking the row boat out and took in the scenery. Would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Bear Cabin with a beautiful view of Lake Colby. The cabin was decorated very nicely with lots of bear motif. Having access to a variety of boats (canoes, kayaks and row boats) was much appreciated. The Adirondack chairs outside were perfect for watching the sunset. The walls in the bedrooms do not go all the way to the ceiling, and thus the lighting from the living room and kitchen area can be a bit distracting for those people who like to sleep in or go to bed really late. The hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to my inquiries. All in all it was a wonderful getaway.

Our First Christmas

The accommodations and amenities were as described. The cabin was clean, organized and beautifully themed. The parking was appropriate, plowed and the salt and shovel was helpful that was left. Enjoyed the privacy. We felt like we were in a beautiful snow globe.

Great Bear Cabin!

We loved the Bear Cabin and the extensive bear theming that made it feel special. Great location within longer walking distance to the town. Was easy to get the available boats on the water and great lake views!

Beautiful setting on Lake Colby

We generally were happy with our stay at bear cabin. The owner was very responsive to any and all items that came up. General cleanliness was a bit low in our opinion, but given the setting and beautiful lake view from the picture window we were able to overlook that. We did need to cut our visit short for personal reasons, but would rent at the location again. Proximity to the lake cannot be beat/ boats available to use and an abundance of fish to keep the kids and well myself busy even with sub par weather. The local community was great offering advice on tackle and things to do. Seems like the town of saranac is going through some improvements, lots of construction making parking difficult, but the addition of a rail trail will make this an even better location to visit in the future.

Disappointing

The cabin was indeed right on the lake. However, the pics did not reflect what it really looked like. Overall, a bit shabby.The beds were uncomfortable, the blinds did not work, and although we paid a clean up fee we were asked to strip the beds, bag up linen and towels, and bag up all the trash. What is the clean up fee for?

Beautiful Lake Cabin

My daughter and I had a great stay at Bear Cabin. We relaxed by the lake, took some great hikes and ate some amazing food at the local restaurants. The owner were very responsive to all our questions and needs - much appreciated.

Skying and sightseeing

Nice cabin had all the items in the kitchen towels hot shower and very clean. Beautiful Scenery and view to the lake and location to town groceries restaurant and Lake placid. Just know that the driveway down to cabin you need a 4 well drive or a good SUV . We enjoyed our stay and loved the coszy cabin.

Bear Cabin

Our stay at Bear Cabin was great. It was cozy and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the location was close to the town of Saranac Lake as well as Lake Placid area.

Cozy Christmas Cabin

Overall this was an amazing home away from home. The weather was below freezing all 3 nights of our stay, but the gas fireplace kept it cozy. The only negative aspect was how cold the floors were, but the wool socks were a great barrier. Owners did say that they would be putting in area rugs to help with the cold. Owners were quick to respond to questions and concerns, and very responsive to our very few needs. We would book this place in a heartbeat, should we be looking for a place to stay in the Saranac Lake area.

Thanksgiving Getaway

My wife and I stayed at the Bear cabin along with our dog. We had a great time, the cabin was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. We had absolutely no issues but during the rental process Huda was quick to respond to my questions. We would absolutely stay again if we were to visit Saranac Lake again!

Great location

Bear cabin

This cabin was absolutely beautiful! So clean, quiet and the location was perfect!. We really enjoyed the lake as well. Great views and the sunsets were amazing!! All around our stay was so relaxing which is what we all needed! We definitely will come back again!!

My husband and I live in the Hudson Valley, but our favorite place to relax and recreate is the Adirondacks. Our caretaker is up the road and you will be provided his cell number. We are also a phone call or text away.

During COVID-19 our staff are taking extra precautions to disinfect surfaces. We have Covid Checkout guidelines posted in each cabin.

We provide fresh towels and linens and in the summer months, beach towels and life jackets for guests. In warm weather months, guests can choose from two row boats, two canoes and 3 kayaks which are kept at our private beach.

This cabin is a two minute walk to the public beach and a one minute drive to the public boat launch. We do not allow check-in or check-out on Saturdays from the third week of June to the first week of September.
Let us know if you wish to book more than one cabin. We have 3 other cabins: Bear (2 bed one bath), Fish (one bed, one bath) and Loon (one bed, one bath) available for one large group to enjoy. All 4 cabins would sleep 18 people.

We do not allow check-in or check-out on Saturdays from the third week of June to the first week of September.

These cabins are on a beautiful lake where one can enjoy swimming or use of any of our 7 boats. A short drive away are excellent golf courses, some of the best hiking on the East Coast and great down hill skiing and snow boarding. Our cabins are insulated and heated year round and renters will enjoy the serenity of Lake Colby and the wonderful village of Saranac Lake any month of the year.
