The apartment was wonderful. Had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The location was excellent and Carlo was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

We had a great stay at Carlo’s. The location was great for us- quiet and residential but close enough to busy Trastevere bars and restaurants to walk. We were travelling with a baby and Carlo was very accomodating by supplying a crib and high chair. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Carlo’s apartment. The home was fully equipped with everything you would want to have for an easy stay. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The neighbourhood was quiet and located within walking distance to all the sights of Rome. Carlo was a fantastic host and an excellent communicator. Check in was seamless and he organized a ride for us from the airport to the home, which was a relief after a long flight from Canada. He messaged regularly to see if we needed anything and answered questions promptly. We would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely place to stay, ideally placed to visit all the sites. Carlo was very helpful, and gave lots of tips about getting around Rome and places to see. Would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and clean stay!

The place was wonderful! The room was clean and as advertised! We enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It is a little bit of walk downhill to get to the travestere area and a walk back up the hill to get back if your walking! Overall, we thought it was a great spot to stay!

This was a great property for my stay in Rome. The size was perfect and it was very cozy with all the amenities I needed. Walking distance to restaurant, cafes, mini marts, etc. Highly recommend!!

Marcello is very good at making you feel at home. You have everything you need in the very nice apartment. Very clean and homey. Great location, quiet neighborhood with the bus stop right downstairs.

Nice and fairly spacious apartment. Great timely communication from the property manager. Close to bus, grocery stores, restaurants and a nice park. Comfy bed, good shower and nice little balcony.

This is an excellent value for travelers who are comfortable taking the convenient bus or walking down to Trastevere or the sites of Rome. The neighborhood has wonderful little restaurants and shops and two amazing parks. There is a balcony (with a neighboring lemon tree!) for relaxing in the evening and drying clothes. The kitchen has a small washing machine. There is plenty of space. Carlo was a very helpful and responsive host. We know and love the neighborhood from previous stays and we would return to this apartment with no hesitation.

Good appartment in a nice and quite area

We enjoyed our stay in Carlo‘s appartment. Except for some movement in the appartment above, it was very quite. The area is safe, and there are some nice Cafés and Restaurants in the neighbourhood. The center of Trastevere is about 15 minutes walking distance. Overall a very nice experience!

Lovely apartment one floor up with convenient lift in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy access to taxis, restaurants, grocery and pharmacy shops. Carlo was very helpful with information about day trips and recommendations about getting around Rome. We hope to return soon!

Wow

Carlo is awesome!! Very respectful and responsive. The place was quiet and clean and secure. The area is not super touristy and great to mingle with locals in a safe community. I would not hesitate to stay again. Wonderful.

Fabulous stay in Rome

I could not have picked a better property for my first time in Rome with my bestie. Everything was just as advertised - from the transfer/check-in/apartment/location. It was great! It was nice to be in a residential area. It was still close to many restaurants and walking distance to anywhere we wanted to go. We had a true authentic experience of Rome :) Go to Rome. Stay here. You won’t regret it!!!
