Emerald Breeze est une maison de vacances luxueuse avec 7 chambres et 5 salles de bains, équipée d’une table de ping-pong / table de billard, chauffée privée (chauffage en option - frais supplémentaires) et vue sur le golfe - située à un demi pâté de maisons de la plage privée de Frangista Beach. Cette maison est une maison de 3 étages de plus de 4200 pieds carrés avec plus de 1000 pieds carrés de balcons et de porches. Vous serez émerveillé dès que vous franchirez la porte d'entrée. Le hall d'accueil comprend un escalier flottant de trois étages avec un plafond de 30 pieds. Plancher en travertin, portes cintrées et éléments architecturaux haut de gamme. 5 chambres avec lits king size (3 salles de bain privées), 2 chambres avec lits superposés pour enfants et toutes les cloches et sifflets que vous attendez dans une maison de luxe. Le salon dispose de 55 'de télévision LED HD avec son surround. Haut-parleurs extérieurs sur la piscine / 3 ponts. Our family (8 adults, 3 teenagers/pre-teen, and dog) enjoyed our week stay. The house was in a great location, short walk to beach, golf cart ride to restaurants. Everyone had plenty of space, and the theater/game room with a pool table was a huge hit with our family! Excellent communication with the host. Discounted golf carts were a huge bonus! We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property, approximately a block from the beach! We had a party of 13 and had plenty of room. The kids had a great time in the pool and theatre room. Definitely would recommend getting a golf cart and renting the chairs and umbrella on the beach. Owners and team were very attentive to any questions.

The property seemed a little "tired." The private pool was very small. The photos were stretched out to make areas look larger than they were. The pool light did not work while we were there. The smoke alarm battery started beeping the second night of our stay. The battery was removed but wasn't replaced with a new one. The host was responsive and addressed our issues, but the pool light and smoke alarm battery could not be addressed until after our departure date. The front door did not have a lock. It automatically locked when the door shut. This did not seem as secure as the back door which had two locks. The back doorknob was up high which kept the little ones from going out unsupervised. That was a relief.The location is great. Close to the beach and a few restaurants. The kitchen was stocked with all you could need. Overall, the house served its purpose. We enjoyed our time there.

Location was outstanding! However, there were a number of maintenance issues that had not been addressed prior to our stay (leaky faucet, toilets that ran all day/night, floor thresholds that were detached in a number of locations, a hole in a wall in a bunk room, stains on ceiling in eating area, torn curtains/drapes, broken blind slats in bedroom, stained and worn rug in living area, etc.) We would stay at this location again, but are hopeful some repairs are made for the betterment of this beautiful property!

Perfect amenities and location to enjoy the beach

Great location, just a short walk to the beach from the back walk through gate. Alvin's Island is across the street, as well as Pompano Joe which has a great beach bar. Dairy Queen, Bad Ass Coffee, shopping. Home was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our family time together.

Friends and family spring break

The house was great for multiple families with kids! Our kids loved the pool and having a bunk bed room allowing them to sleep with their friends. The location was close to the beach and easily accessible to walk to restaurants near by! The host were quick to respond and were able to offer discounts to beach chairs and golf cart rentals.

Great Family House

Celebrated Christmas with 3 generations and there was enough room for everyone to be together and also to separate when needed - naps for young ones and space for teens. Great set up with 3 floors. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was great and although it was chilly during the time we went, the heated pool made up for it!

Amazing stay!

The property was amazing along with the location, the house was very ckean and was massive. The pool stayed heated without issue and we didnt have to contact the property managers once for anything, everything was in order. The hosts were incredible and answered any questions we had and were very helpful i would definatly come back here or use the same host.

Great location, very comfortable, plenty of room for everyone!

We had 4 families staying with 19 people. The kids ranged from 7 to 17. There was plenty of room for everyone. The location was great with very easy walking distance to beach access. Beds were comfortable, house in general very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels, beach equipment and pool toys. The management company was very easy to work with. We had a wonderful time!

Visit cut short

We had to cut our stay short due to some issues, but Michael was gracious enough to help us out. The house is gorgeous and location is great. Perfect for a large group. Once all issues are resolved, we would gladly stay again!

Best Friends Vacation

Weeks vacation with our best friends and wives. This is a great location if you enjoy the beach. It was oue second time staying here. There has been some nice upgrades to the house. The host is fantastic to work with. We will be back.

Excellent Experience in a Beautiful House

My family of 16 stayed in Emerald Breeze for a week and had a perfect experience! The house was beautiful and so spacious. It was well stocked and only a half block from the private beach. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and did an excellent job in giving us thorough and clear instructions.We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house was wonderful and very comfortable for all our family15 of us! No issues- our questions were answered quickly and promptly. Minor problem getting golf cart charged was quickly handled and replacement cart brought to us. A wonderful family time with space for everyone!!
