Ce condo de luxe de plain-pied de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains de 2000 pieds carrĂ©s (unitĂ© 2E) est tout au sujet de son emplacement exceptionnel car il est situĂ© au cƓur du quartier touristique de Durango. Marchez jusqu'Ă  tous les restaurants, magasins et divertissements du centre-ville. Il y a six restaurants seuls sur le bloc du bĂątiment.

Le condo est également à un pùté de maisons du dépÎt ferroviaire Durango et Silverton Narrow Gauge et du cinéma du centre-ville de Durango. Le style de vie dans ce condo est comme séjourner dans un complexe de luxe avec des options de restauration et de divertissement adjacentes et de la plus haute qualité.

Le bùtiment dispose d'une sécurité électronique et d'un ascenseur à tous les niveaux avec un parking souterrain sécurisé et entiÚrement clos pour deux véhicules.

Lots of flies inside - carpet & pillows need updating. Linens & towels could also use an update for 5 stars. Great location and everything you need in the kitchen. Keypad at garage not working - had to track down info upon arrival - seems we could have been notified.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolutely great Condo great location but.... No access to rooftop as described it was locked. Unable to just watch local channels on TV’s. Everything is an App that you have to use. It wouldn’t even mirror. The biggest problem is access to garage,elevator and even your condo. None of the codes are user friendly and the elevator was down for 3 days. HOA should have made this high priority to get fixed. Glad we were healthy adults to walk the stairs. There was a lack of communication in issues with garage door and elevator. Would rent again but would be leary of these issues.

We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see and to all the restaurants we wanted dine in.The property was clean and well maintained. It was a bit odd that the master bedroom closet was inaccessible. We had nowhere in the room to hang clothing. We were there in August, and it was quite hot. The AC kept the living room and kitchen cool, but the bedrooms were not cool at night. The fans in the rooms helped.

Nice condo but towels were very work, carpet was stained and there were not enough toiletries for 5 people for 5 days.Trouble with the lock- only 23% battery when we arrived so had to get a tech in to replace the battery and wifi issues

Our family of 5 adults and 1 child stayed at the Condo for 5 nights in late July early August. Overall we had a good experience. The location is absolutely perfect for a family as it is in the downtown area and guests could easily walk to various activities. The unit was well equipped so we were able to easily prepare meals for the family. We did have a bit of trouble getting in and out of the parking area but the response of the management group was excellent. We would certainly stay here again.

The kitchen could use a few more tools and large dishes. The beds were fine, the living area adequate, bathrooms clean with plenty of towels. Carpets could be cleaner. We loved the downtown location and the walkability to the train, river trail, grocery store, shops and restaurants. Be aware the Mears building can be "quirky" according to management. The codes for doors and elevator change without notice from management, and others will park in your assigned parking spot/s. We would stay there again.

Fantastic Condo in a Prime Location

Snag this one! You won’t be disappointed. One of the largest, well appointed condos I’ve stayed at. 1/2 block from Silverton-Durango train station and delicious food options within easy walking distance. Elevator available which was great. Stocked with ample starter amenities, towels and nice selection of kitchen equipment for any type meal if you want to cook. I appreciated that we actually got our moneys worth on the cleaning fee.. the only request made, was to remove all food and trash from the unit. The only negative for us was parking. With our rooftop cargo carrier, we were unable to access the private parking garage. It is only 7’6” clearance and we weren’t notified until they sent arrival instructions or we would have used our bumper carrier, so had to pay for parking. They were very quick to respond to our questions and find a solution. Would absolutely stay here again!

The location is amazing within walking distance of all the downtown Durango restaurants and bars. The management was extremely professional with good communication. They provided more than adequate supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms. They did not require us to do any cleaning, laundry, etc on checkout. Really excellent experience. I wish all rental properties were run like this one.

The Vrbo had all the features mentioned on the website plus a full kitchen with all the pans and utensils needed to cook meals. Also had a good washer and dryer with detergent and instructions.

Amazing downtown location

Our stay was great. The condo was perfect for us and we loved the location. It was easy to get to the grocery store and to the little restaurants and shops downtown. I had a question while we were there and the property manager was super responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect home base in Durango

The property was perfectly situated, walkable to all of the shops, restaurants and conveniences of downtown Durango but only a quick drive from the airport and some amazing hikes. The property manager checked on us numerous times and accommodations were just right for our family. We will be back!

Durango vacation

Ideal downtown location in Durango. You can walk everywhere. The unit was very clean and well furnished. Parking is convenient and secure. 2 parking spots for this unit. We hope to stay there again!

Only one tiny complaint: Every spoon in the drawer had been damaged by going through the garage disposal. (We've all done that at least once in our lifetimes, right?) Each and every spoon made eating ice cream or cereal very uncomfortable. Need to replace, please.. Also the different combinations to access were confusing. Otherwise, the location was perfect, the condo was fantastic, security was nice!

Fabulous Family Reunion Location

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property in Durango was so convenient for our family reunion of 16 adults! Easy walking to downtown, lots of restaurants and shopping, etc. We rented 3 units, 8 bedrooms total all very nicely furnished and equipped. Unit 2E had a plenty of dishes (needs more small spoons) and appliances and all the linens were nice. The kitchen trash was full upon our arrival (the previous tenants responsiblity to empty), management was called and they came with 30 minutes. Bravo! Some things could use updating especially the deck. Everything had a different security code which was annoying but necessary. The reasons for my four stars: some of the tables and counters should have been cleaner, the high top round table in the kitchen hadn't been wiped at all. I would recommend this property in general but absolutely not unit 2E unless the king mattress in the master suite is replaced. There is about a 3 foot crack in the very middle of the right side. It's like 2 mattresses side by side but not the whole length. Manufacturer defect? My 135 lb wife got into bed the first night and there was no way she could sleep on that side of the bed and to avoid the crack, we had to sleep close in the space of a double bed. That is a major problem with unit 2E. To summarize, this is a perfect property for a anyone who wants to be near downtown but don't rent unit 2E.

Great place. Tons of room. Perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay in this luxury downtown condo. We were surprised by the size of the place with way more room than we needed or expected. When we booked we had no clue there would be an Independence Day parade less than a block away nor the fireworks show just across the highway. Perfect location to walk anywhere in downtown yet super close to get on the highway for any venturing out further. The only issue we had was parking. The height of the garage was only 7'6" and this info was only visible in the app on the day of check-in, so much too late to swap vehicles. That said, as long as I was diligent and ready to move my truck a few times per day it didn't end up costing us any extra, just not as convenient as using the garage would have been. Anyone with a normal-sized vehicle, you're all set. Since we visit Durango pretty regularly whenever the kids are home and want to tag along, we'll surely look to see if this condo is available.
