Great home and location. I thought it was a bit overpriced compared to the other locations in the area. Great hosts though. Friendly and very helpful.

This is a new home built in 2022 after the old home was torn down. It was built in an upscale design with new kitchen and modern appliances, central AIR CONDITIONING, beautiful hardwood floors, new master bathroom, cedar wood ceiling, French doors and a back deck. Look at the pictures you will see the beautiful interior design of our home. The area is quiet with homes built at least 60 years ago. How can you compare our home with all its amenities to other homes that don't provide the same. It's unfair to expect the same price as these older homes. You could have chosen one of those older homes with a cheaper price.

Cute House in the Bay Area

This adorable little house was the perfect place for my family to stay while visiting extended family in the bay area. Very comfortable for two adults and two kids.

the property was a great location and easy access to San Francisco. the ferry was extremely easy and convenient to use. there were plenty of great restaurants and bars in Alameda. the neighborhood was safe and easy to navigate around.

Family vacation

Location was great for trips into San Francisco, Oakland and Napa. Enjoyed walking around Alameda. Would love to return sooner rather than later. Everything that we could ask for was provided

This is a nicely furnished small house. (Most of the furniture and other amenities look new.) It is located in the north-western corner of Alameda, in a quiet neighborhood, about a 20 minute walk from Webster Street. We enjoyed staying there. The hosts were also very responsive to our questions and requests, e.g., concerning a somewhat later checkout.

This was the perfect house for our vacation. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would want in the full kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and a lot of nice windows to let in the cool air. A/C and Heating if needed. It was nice to have a washer and dryer for our clothes and I loved having a TV in the master bedroom as I was there to recover from surgery, and I could relax, recouperate and watch tv to help me pass the time. I have allergies to scented products and upon letting the hosts know of this, she re-washed all the bedding and couch pillow covers in un-scented laundry detergent for me. This was so awesome as other places we've stayed has had such strong scented sheets that we've had to strip the bed and rewash everything ourselves before sleeping. The host responded very quickly to any text we sent. Next time we visit San Francisco, we will definitely rent this house again. I give it 10 out of 10 stars.

Clean, roomy with off-street parking. Washer and dryer were very convenient. We didn't use the kitchen, but it seemed well apportioned. Only used one bedroom, and it was very comfortable. Just outside of walking distance to Park Street in Alameda though it was still very convenient by car to dining and shopping. The neighborhood is a little tired, but we felt safe.

Sweet Cottage House

Darling little house in the West End of Alameda which was perfect for my visit with my family and visiting friends. The area is very quiet so a restful night's sleep was always had. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. The seating in the kitchen was not very comfortable as the kitchen chairs had lost their support in the seat and the bar stools are too big and tall for eating at the peninsula island. Lighting is not great; no task lights so reading was awkward. Ceiling overheads only. Supplies were plenty and I didn't have to worry about running out of toilet paper or dish soap. There was coffee and filters to get me started until I could shop for myself. The entire house was immaculate. I would definitely stay again.

Comfortable and well equipped home away from home

My friends and I enjoyed our stay here. It was just as described and in a quiet neighborhood. The full-sized, fully equipped kitchen met our needs perfectly. Three real beds worked for three adult women. We hope to return again.

This was a cute, very clean, little house. Everything was as described. There was easy and close access to the waterfront and to Webster St shops and restaurants. It was a convenient base for our weekend wedding in the east bay.

Lovely house!

This was a wonderful stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the Navy base with all its breweries, distilleries and eateries. The house is fully renovated and clean. The kitchen is very well appointed and there are plenty of clean fluffy towels. We have nothing but good things to say and nice memories to keep.

The neighborhood is quiet. Its an easy walk to the Alameda Ferry station that take you to downtown San Francisco. Its also a few blocks from Bellena Bay where you can see San Francisco across the water. This house is modern, upscale and lots of space. Quiet. It stands alone on a big lot, a beautiful lawn in the front yard and provide the privacy most people need, whether it is an executive who needs a place to work or a family who need some quiet time.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

This house has 2 bedroom and 2 baths. It is designed and built with the company executive in mind. It is modern. It has white Quartz countertops, white kitchen cabinets, an open concept, Straight grain cedar wood ceiling. These executives can share the house but be independent of each other. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The master bedroom has its own private bath and French doors that leads out onto the back deck. There is outside furniture on the back deck, table and chairs for dinning outdoors. At the same time the house is able to satisfy the needs of a family.
