This vacation rental welcomes up to 2 dogs per reservation weighing no more than 20lbs each year-round and for off-season monthly rentals.

TV with basic cable, DVD Player, internet access. Turn onto the red brick driveway, and turn into cozy comfort. This three bedroom, two bathroom bungalow in an established neighborhood offers cool and relaxing summer days under the trees. The master bedroom is furnished with a California king bed and the other rooms with one king and one double bed. A futon offers an additional sleeping option in the living room. One block from the beach but off the beaten path, this property is also close to shops, restaurants and everything Oak Island has to offer. Features include rocking chairs for the porch, an outside shower with hot and cold water, an infant booster seat, and wireless internet access. The bonus feature for Bill’s Place is the chain-link fence-enclosed back yard offers added safety for young children or a pet.

Great Little Beach House

Bill's place was exactly what we were looking for! Pet-friendly, quiet street, 2min walk to the beach, easy access to everything, no steps. We will be going back!

Easy beach vacation

Bill’s place is a great house to stay in for vacation. The location is great, the house is roomy and clean, and very well equipped. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and would definitely stay there again. I would recommend this house to anyone, including family and friends.

Goodwill heaven

Unfortunately the first impression wasn’t already good. There was a pile of cardboard and styrofoam in front of the house. Must been there for a few days already. The house was very clean. There is a total lack of proud ownership. We own a beach rental in FL so we know what we’re talking about. No 6 matching forks or knives etc. The kitchen was poorly equipped. Both Bathrooms were updated and really nice. There aren’t any patio or outdoor furniture available. The location is great and super close to the next beach access. The neighborhood is really pretty and easy walkable for nice dog walks.

Bill’s Place

The house was very clean and had beautiful trees. It was just the right amount of space for the weekend and the fenced backyard made it so easy for my dog!
