Notre maison de 1930 entièrement rénovée propose 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain pour convenir à tout le groupe. De beaux appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit feront de la cuisine un plaisir dans la cuisine bien garnie. La cour a un foyer, et le bois de chauffage est fourni pour votre usage.

Profitez de tout ce que le centre-ville de Charlevoix a à offrir à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Les commerces, restaurants, bars et divertissements sont facilement accessibles à pied. Castle Farms est à seulement 10 minutes si un mariage ou un autre événement vous amène en ville.

Si vous êtes juste ici pour explorer le nord du Michigan et tout ce qu’il a à offrir, Bay Harbor, Petoskey et Boyne City se trouvent à 15 minutes en voiture. La péninsule supérieure est une courte heure. Plusieurs plages sont à proximité, notamment les plages du lac Michigan, de Ferry et de Depot.

Charlevoix propose de nombreux événements pendant les mois d’été, notamment des festivals de bière artisanale, des marchés de producteurs, des expositions d’art, des activités de canotage et de pêche et une fête d’une semaine durant le Festival vénitien.

Updated, clean home within walking distance to all Charlevoix has to offer. Nothing like watching the sunset and returning home to enjoy a great back deck, cozy gas fireplace and string lighting.

The property was clean, updated, and included modern high end finishes. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. We especially enjoyed the gas fire pit and sitting are on the bask porch. Perfect for traveling with elderly parents with king ensuite right inside the front door. Communication with owner was outstanding. Highly recommended.

The perfect place

We were traveling in for a family wedding and needed a place that would accommodate 8 family members. I am so glad I chose this rental. We took daily walks into town. Sat out on the large deck with fire pit every night, and the home had all the amenities you could ask for. I would highly recommend this home to stay at And I am so happy we did! It made our visit so enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. I have rented several VRBOs over the years and this is one of the best I have been in. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, plenty of room in kitchen, dining area and living area for our group of 5. Enough bedrooms for all which were very comfortable and 3 full baths. Beautiful neighborhood and short walk to downtown. Wonderful back deck with gas firepit and plenty of chairs. All in all a perfect weekend away in a beautiful home.

Fantastic location. Everything was top notch; from the finishes to the conveniences all around the home. Place was immaculate. We’ve stayed in many vrbos throughout the country and this was by far the best. Owner was super responsive with any questions we had. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality rental just steps away from downtown. Super impressed- would def stay here again!

Beautiful home and perfect location

Enjoyed staying at this home. It’s very clean and nicely appointed. All pots, pans are new and in excellent condition. Highly recommend this vacation home. There is even a secret beach area with perfect sunset views that’s walkable.

Wonderful Women’s Weekend

This property was fabulous for our women’s weekend. This home is very well stocked with quality linens and furniture. The house was immaculately clean. There is a great deck on the back, which was wonderful for morning coffee. Close to shopping and restaurants, and just a short drive to Petoskey for more shopping and restaurants. Easy to get to from the Detroit area on major roads. Erin was quick to respond to questions and provide info on the area. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Up North House

This house is so cute, clean, and nicely updated and decorated. There was coffee available, books and games for kids and adults, and super comfy beds. The neighborhood is great and very close to downtown. We really enjoyed our stay here!

This house is gorgeous. Quiet neighborhood, spacious accommodations, incredible amenities, looks and feels brand new — all two blocks and a quick walk from downtown Charlevoix! Updated beautifully with modern everything, appointed with top quality everything needed and more. Our favorite parts were the kitchen and the gorgeous patio, with a large sturdy hammock, romantic and beautifully crafted stone fire pit, and Edison lights galore! Owner was gracious to work with and it could not have been a better experience, location or accommodation. Would stay any day! Thank you!
