Bienvenue dans notre magnifique condo situé au dernier étage, à Indian Rocks Beach et à Indian Shores, entre Clearwater Beach et Saint-Pétersbourg, sur les rives cristallines du golfe du Mexique. Ce condo exquis en bord de mer est tout simplement fabuleux! Les propriétaires de cet établissement ont pris grand soin de faire tous les domaines de cette maison de vacances exceptionnelle. Entre son emplacement spectaculaire donnant Indian Rocks Beach, près de Indian Shores, les merveilleux mobilier tropical, et des vues magnifiques sur l'océan, vous verrez pourquoi cette copropriété est dans une telle demande.

Situé entre Saint- Petersburg et Clearwater, ce grand et pittoresque condo Indian Rocks Beach offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vivre une expérience vraiment remarquable. Situé au dernier étage des magnifiques Beach Cottage Resorts, ce condo comprend 2 chambres à coucher avec de nouveaux lits king size, 2 salles de bain complètes, une cuisine entièrement équipée récemment rénovée avec des appareils LG haut de gamme, une salle à manger, Lecteur DVD, WiFi haut débit et bien sûr climatisation. Il y a aussi une laveuse / sécheuse, un téléphone, du linge de maison supplémentaire, un barbecue et votre balcon donnant sur la plage et l'océan.

Dans le cadre d'un recours, vous êtes également fourni avec une grande terrasse ensoleillée avec une piscine chauffée et un spa, et salle à manger extérieure et griller. La plage privée de cet hôtel est seulement un pas loin, et l'emplacement offre beaucoup de restaurants et d'attractions pour tous vos désirs de divertissement. Avec des vues incroyables et des logements confortables, il n’est pas étonnant que certains de nos clients aient dit que ce lieu de vacances était la chose la plus proche du paradis!

Superior Host and Vacation!

Our Host was the BEST! He checked in with us regularly to see if we needed anything or had any concerns. Our unit was spotless and the view was amazing! We were close to restaurants and activities which were within minutes of our unit. We'd rent this unit again in a heartbeat!

Perfect

The rental was perfect. From the initial contact from the owner to the check out was seamless. The condo is well appointed with a full supplied kitchen, nice furnishings, and great views. Overall an excellent stay. We will be back again.

The location was great! Terrible fish odor in garage area. Should have digital key entry instead of picking up and returning keys to a remote location.

Pretty area

Condo was very nice, although we couldn’t get into the WiFi. I tried to call the host but his mailbox was full. The other issue was that the floors were not clean and if we didn’t keep our shoes on, the bottom of our feet would be dirty within a couple hours.

What Roofers?

The condo was fine. It is a nice unit & pretty clean. (minus the stained pillow case) We had this unit for Dec 26-Jan 2. The issues: 1. We booked this unit for Tues to Tues. but had to change due to "wrong settings" during booking. 2. Upon arrival, our unit reeked of cig smoke; (non smoking unit) 3. We saw a note on counter stating to wash the towels and wash cloths prior to departure & replace the provided detergent; that is not part of checkout procedure & there was not any detergent in the unit; (but we were expected to replace it?) 4. Night 1, when we went to bed, we noticed a stained pillow case; maybe a bloody nose stain that had been washed; YUK. We called the office the next morning & these issues were resolved; On Friday morning, app. 7:30 a.m., roofers showed up; At 8;00, roofers began the scheduled roof replacement; our unit was on the top floor; the work consisted of very loud noises associated with roofing on a huge building like this; The same continued on Sat. & Sun.; one day they worked well into the night, until app. 9:00. It was awful; we couldnt watch games, relax or sit on the patio & enjoy coffee due to the debris falling; the patio looked like black gravel. We were NEVER told abt the roof work. I spoke w owner & he agreed to a partial refund; when I got home he called & lowered the agreed amt by $100. The mgr said emails were sent to owners abt the roof work; Owner played the "I didnt know" card. I wish I had known abt the planned roof work!

I was very surprised when the renter complained about cig smoke in the unit and the stained pillowcase. I contacted my cleaning staff to correct the issues. We do have extra clean linen in the bedroom closet at all times. The cleaning staff came over and changed the bed with fresh linen and presented a $25.00 gift card to Jay for his inconvenience. Afterwards he sent me an email and said everything was good. Afterwards I spoke with my cleaning staff and they said that she has a very keen nose and did not smell any smoke in the condo. The unit was vacant for over a month before Jay came in. Last October all tenants were notified that the roof on our building would be replaced and no official date when they would start. I checked with the building mgr. and he did not know the start date or was notified until the workers showed up. The complex mgr. stated that it is difficult with a big roof to know exactly with interruptions by wind and rainy weather if they will complete the project on time and which will affect their next roofing project. The work on the roof went later in the day only one night and the other days they quit by 5:00 PM. When Jay contacted me I was under the impression that he was disturbed by the roofers the whole week but it was only half that time and that is why I lowered his reimbursement to about 50% of the condo rate for those days. Jay several times stated to me that with him it was not about the money, but this is exactly what it was all about .

Accommodating & Comfortable with a view!

Very nice unit. Perfect for 2 couples since has 2 king beds We had everything we needed for a great stay. Only critic is plumbing fixtures in bathrooms are very dated and a bit difficult to control shower temp and pressure. We would stay here again.

We loved how close you are to the beach. The pool and surrounding patio were awesome. The only downside is number of times you have to use your key to get into the building, pool, and beach. A little much. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and would go back!

Spring Break Holiday

Had a wonderful stay - everything we needed for a perfect week. The condo was well-equipped and the view was serene - sitting on the balcony, a lovely view of both the beach and the waterway. Location is not too close to public access, so was never too busy. We walked miles!

Great Property

Nothing bad to say. Property was clean and well stocked. Beautiful view of both beach and pool, including sunsets from the balcony. Beach is just outside the gate. Indian Shores is a quaint location. Being close to Clearwater and St Pete Beaches, you can find anything you want close by. Free trolleys run up and down the coast but there are good restaurants and bars within walking distance. However, it’s easy to drive as there was little traffic late November 2017 and multiple bridges nearby to get inland. Owner was very responsive and also accommodating when we extended our departure date. Management company is close by and also helpful. We hope to return to this property.

Nice clean, comfortable condo, everything we were looking for. We really enjoyed our stay. Condo has a nice full kitchen for those wanting to stay in but there are many nice restaurants close by if you're looking to go out. The beaches in this area are excellent. Look forward to making a return trip.

Great condo

We rate everything about this condo as excellent. The owner was most helpful in assuring we enjoyed our stay. The inside of the condo was well maintained and offered lots of extras. One closet was stocked with everything needed for beach time. Beach Cottages offers a heated pool, hot tub, deck overlooking the ocean, with lots of seating. The view from the condo overlooking the pool and the beach is terrific. All in all, we had a great stay and plan to return.

Excellent Condo

We wanted to get away for 10 days or so to Florida, and as very frequent clients of VRBO in Europe and the USA, we turned to VRBO to locate a condo in the greater Tampa Bay area. After looking at many adverts for condos, we found this condo to be the best in all of the criteria that we look for. We rate this property 5 Stars, and give it a 10 out of 10 in the following: #1 Prime beach location, very well kept up #2 Proximity to the beach, and the condo has a closet full of everything you need for the beach including towels, chairs, coolers, umbrellas and much more. #3 The closeness of several grocery stores and a wide variety of restaurants. #4 Everything you would need in the kitchen from dishes, silver, pots and pans and more. #5 A washer and dryer and much more amenities in the condo. #6 A great heated pool, and grills for cooking out right there on the property, great for an end of the day on the beach. The biggest plus for this condo is the price. In looking for a place to stay, we found many condos costing alot more that did not measure up to the quality of this condo. The owners live in the mid west, and are two of the nicest people to deal with, as they are willing to make sure your stay in their condo in Indian Shores will leave you with good memories of your time there. We intend on returning to Tampa again again, and this condo will again be our 1st choice of property. A relaxing week

The description of the condo is accurate. It was spacious, comfortable, and a very pleasant place to spend a week. The view is lovely, the pool was warm, and there were many great restaurants within a short ride. A bird sanctuary right next door was fun to visit. My husband enjoyed some golf in the area. Flying Allegiant Airlines to St. Petersburg was very convenient. The owner and property managers were very responsive. Highly recommended!

I am an expert on all the activities and restaurants around these areas and you can trust me to provide you with an awesome experience for your vacation. I will make sure you have a great time without any fuss! I have been renting my condo out for over 25 years now and know what guest like and don't like. For this reason, I make constant updates to my unit, including furniture upgrades and high-end appliances and finishes in the kitchen. Stay here and you will not be disappointed.
