Property clean and in excellent condition. Would like to have had some amenities to improve our stay such as: cooler for beach, basic spices for kitchen, extra beach chairs ( we were a party of 7). We did have an excellent experience and would stay here again!

Excellent Stay!

Recently, my family stayed at this location and it was the nicest condo we have ever rented. It was spacious, well cared for, and had a fully stocked kitchen to be able to cook throughout the week. We will absolutely stay here again!

The owner was incredibly helpful and provided great resources as far as restaurants, places to shop, etc. Beach was very accessible and the owner had beach accommodations. Great place! If ever back in the area, we will definitely return!

Very spacious and modern

The condo was very big and spacious. It was a modern decor, and I loved the pictures hanging throughout. The pools were pretty, as well.

Lovely and great location

This is the place to stay. We like to avoid Destin so we don’t spend our vacation sitting in traffic. Okaloosa Island, and this condo, is the answer. Lovely and bright accommodation, gorgeous balcony and views. The condo was fairly modern with all the amenities you need away from home. Great pools and easy access to the beach. Our only issue was a leaky fridge/freezer. The property manager did come by and assess the issue. Hopefully that has been fixed now.

Absolutely amazing stay

We will 100% be coming back to this location. Incredibly easy access to beach. The pool area was absolutely immaculate. The maintenance staff was so helpful and fixed the few issues we had within hours of requests. The only things we had issues with were the keypads were sort of wonky and we had trouble typing our codes in without the pads glitching. And the lack of Tupperware. Both MINOR issues compared to the positives of this unit/complex. We are in love with Blu!

We have stayed at many condos in FWB & Destin area over the past several years & this one was awful. The living room furniture was so uncomfortable. The loveseat even sinks in the middle. The ice maker was slow in making ice. The dryer wouldn't dry our clothes, & maintenance had to swap out our dryer. Then in the middle of our week's stay the bug man had to spray the unit. Being an end unit there is no view of the beautiful 2 pools either.

Everything about the facilities, unit, etc. were great. Met and exceeded all expectations. Only downside is all the various codes you need to get on to the property, into the unit, to come in from the pool, to go to and from the beach. Seems a little excessive. But short of that, everything was great.
