Perfect place to stay for the whole family. Everything needed was nearby and the house was adorable! Beach was perfect for some boarding and the nearby restaurants were fabulous. The owner was easy to communicate with and very kind! We will definitely be back!

Cozy spot ideally located to all things. Very short walk to beach and walking distance to food spots, shops and other places. The communication with the host was easy and immediately responsive. The bungalow has everything needed plus some unexpected surprises that will make your trip easy and enjoyable. It is certainly a spot that I would book in the future.

This was an amazing space. Everything about was great, even the location. Jim the owner and is properly manager where available where we had a question. I will definitely be back.

Great place to stay!

Great location with a short walk to the beach. Great for a family of four, perfect amount of space. Has everything you need for your stay. Jim was available and responds quickly to any needs! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Very nice and comfortable house right by the beach. very well located making it easy to visit the area. very accurate description of the house, we enjoyed our stay very much. We would come back.

Great location. Perfect beach bungalow.

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Easy, quick walk to beautiful beach. Covv Cocoa Beach Pier within walking distance. Lots of places to eat nearby. Would be a great place to watch a launch. We’ll be back.

This place is absolutely perfect for a weekend get away. Quiet, clean, close to everything. Perfect for a lot, a little or even nothing at all. Perfect spot for quiet evening beach walks and walking distance on beach to the Cocoa Beach Pier

Wonderful location

Check in was seamless and communication was great. Everything was clean and well stocked. We were even notified that we could check in early if we would like. In three short days we visited the space center, my son took a surf lesson near the pier and we took a bioluminescence tour. The screen porch was perfect to start each day and relax each evening. This home is the perfect home base for all that Cocoa Beach has to offer.

Family trip

We had a great stay. We came into town to do the 5k at Kennedy space center and to watch the rocket launch. The location was perfect. We could walk to the beach, pier and restaurants. There is a Publix practically across the street. We are a family with adult children and teens, and everyone enjoyed themselves.

Wonderful

Very comfortable, lots of kitchen accessories, great location. We walked just 2 blocks to the beach to see a rocket launch and experience to sonic boom... amazing. Nice neighborhood and easily walked to the Publix grocery store and the popular Cocoa Beach Pier. I'd recommend this place to everyone.

Condo didn't disappoint.

Spent a very pleasant 2 weeks at this property and enjoyed every minute. Very well appointed kitchen with every utensil you'll ever need. Its location was just a short walk to the beach yet near every attraction and plenty of restaurants. We were lucky enough to see launches from the cape, one at night and one during the day. Hope to be back next year.
