Fabulously Updated 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom Condo With Beach Access

Enjoy all of Hilton Head Island from our perfectly located and freshly renovated villa at the Hilton Head Resort. With a complete professional renovation including high-end finishes, fixtures, and furnishings! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa sleeps 6 guests comfortably, 4 adults maximum per resort rules.
The open concept beach-modern kitchen features stainless appliances, white shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, tile backsplash, under cabinet lighting, and is stocked with kitchen essentials to cook up a nice meal or prepare a quick snack.
The primary bedroom has an inviting queen size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full bed and twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms offer ample dresser and closet space and each bedroom has a new wall-mounted smart tv.
The en suite primary bathroom and second bathroom were thoughtfully designed with proper lighting, tile floors, tile baseboard, tile surrounds, tile backsplashes, vanities with storage, and plenty of hooks for clothing and towels.
The dining, living, and balcony areas offer plenty of comfortable seating and are perfect to enjoy a meal, unwind, play board games, and enjoy the peaceful view. The living room features a leather pull-out couch, ceiling fan, and wall mounted 55” smart tv.
At the foyer you’ll find plenty of hooks and space for your beach, golf, and tennis gear. The beach wagon is very convenient and is available for guests’ use (beach wagon and beach chairs can be found in the storage unit under Building 2).
The Hilton Head Resort is a gated community with private beach access. The boardwalk to the beach is a short stroll (approximately 1600 ft) that also leads to Coco’s On The Beach, an enjoyable and refreshing beachfront bar & grill. There are many amenities within the resort including a well-stocked deli & convenience store, two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, an indoor hot tub, sauna, fitness facility, indoor running track, 6 lighted tennis courts, outdoor grills, and on-site laundry. Up to two on-site parking passes are included with your stay and bicycle racks are readily available.
No pets of any kind for any reason due to severe health complications in our family. Thank you for being respectful.

Our first visit to Hilton Head Island, SC was wonderful! We arrived late after a long drive and were greeted by a lightning storm—and a hiccup with the AC. I contacted Danelle and, impressively, a technician came first thing the next morning before the temperature even had time to rise! The rest of the week was sunny and perfect for the beach. Our condo was just the right size for my husband, our teenage daughter and her friend, and our 11-year-old son. The kids loved the ocean and outdoor pools, and we appreciated the ability to cook meals in the well-equipped kitchen, which helped us save money. Thoughtful touches made the stay extra special—like a Welcome binder with menus and local recommendations. Thanks to that, we caught fireworks at Shelter Cove Marina on Tuesday and enjoyed an incredible sunset dinner at Skull Creek Boathouse our final night. Everyone we met was so kind and even offered to take photos of the girls, who were thrilled to capture fun memories. This was also our first time using Vrbo, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We'd absolutely recommend this place to family and friends!

Fabulous Stay

We came to Charleston for a baseball tournament from Iowa and decided to extend our vacation as a family. We had such a great time! The condo was updated and perfect for our family. There is a restaurant on property, indoor and outdoor pools and a quick walk or shuttle to the beach. We had a last minute request on a Sunday and the host responded immediately. We would 100 percent stay here again if we come back to Hilton Head. Highly recommend.

Hilton Head

We greatly enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island. The unit owners were quick to respond to any question before we arrived as well as when we arrived. There was an issue with the door entry and internet, but the owners let us know right away and the problems were resolved. Unfortunately, the cable TV (Spectrum) was spotty from time to time. The unit is nicely updated, decorated beautifully, and well equipped for any need. The owners have a binder with helpful information and resources. The location was excellent and the front gate and staff at the complex were friendly and helpful. We spent time at the outdoor pool which was nicely kept- lots of chairs, good music, convenient mini store. The boardwalk provides access to the beautiful beach and the shuttle is nice to take if you aren’t up for the approximately 1/2 mile walk. Overall, the complex and amenities are a bit dated and elevators a bit inconvenient depending on where your unit is, but didn’t take away from the overall excellent experience.

Best Unit in the Resort

This unit is the best remodeled unit I’ve seen in the whole resort. It was so clean and properly maintained. Danelle was an excellent host and she took the time to make sure we were well taken care of all throughout our stay. I will book again!

First time won't be the last!

The apartment was just what our family needed. Clean, well decorated and comfortable. All that we needed to enjoy our stay was available. Beach gear was a great addition to make our beach trip enjoyable. Cooler, chairs, beach toys were definitely appreciated. We plan on returning to Hilton Head Island!

THE CONDO WAS BEAUTIFUL, I DO WISH IT WAS CLOSER TO THE OCEAN, IT WAS BOUAT 3/4 MILE WALK ON THE BOARDWALK TO THE OCEAN, BUT OTHER THAN THAT THE CONDO IT SELF IS VERY NICE AND HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED.

Quick getaway

Wow the condo was exactly how described if not better. Very clean and organized. So comfortable. We had stayed in the complex before but loved the location of this units and all the amenities can’t wait to go back. Great HH Villa

The condo was a great fit for our family of four. Nice pool and cafe, and access to the beach from the boardwalk. Use of the storage unit was an added bonus and allowed us to pack a little lighter.

Great Experience

The place is really nice inside, it's the second building so there is no pool inside the courtyard (that is building #1 and #3), but that's better because you don't hear screaming all the time. This building has a sun deck, a zen garden, and a badminton court (you could kind of play pickleball there if you lower the net). The bathrooms were nice, and there was a separate bedroom with three beds. It was fantastic because most condos show bunk beds, but other places have these bunkbeds inside the master bedroom - but not here! The kitchen was solid and you can get a golf cart shuttle to and from the beach on the boardwalk if you can't walk the 7-10min walk. The locker had everything we needed to enjoy the beach as well, boogie boards, chairs, buckets, toys, football, etc.

Great getaway on Hilton Head Island

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for our family of six and the resort had some great amenities to offer including several tennis/pickleball courts, three swimming pools, and a boardwalk to the beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful while we were getting ready for our stay. The owner provided beach accessories including beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, sand toys, and a cart to lug it all in. The condo included some tennis and pickleball equipment and games too. Thanks for a great stay!

Family vacation

The condo was a great location and perfect for our family size. The beach chairs and umbrellas and wagon was definitely a plus that was supplied in the storage area. We are definitely returning to Hilton Head it was absolutely a relaxing time.

Great Time

We really enjoyed staying in this lovely Condo. GThis Condo is exactly as pictured and described. Great location for Beach and shopping. We enjoyed the local wildlife while walking to the beach on the boardwalk. Plenty of grocery choices nearby, putt putt golf, shopping and wonderful resturants. Would definitely stay here again.
