Vente d'automne / hiver de dernière minute. Moins de 300 $ la nuit pour les séjours restants en octobre et novembre. Remise déjà prise en compte dans les devis. La dernière fois que l'un d'entre nous était sur West Beach, nous avons traversé cette maison au 2175 West Beach Blvd. C'était sur le marché, et oh si mignon! Occupé auparavant par son propriétaire, ce charmant 5 chambres n'a jamais été loué auparavant! Nous prenons possession de la maison le 2 juillet et vous pouvez la louer pour une chanson pour ce premier été car ma famille vient de la mettre en ligne pour les invités du milieu de l'été 2019!

Nous l'avons baptisée Blue Heron pour la première année, car elle nous rappelle un peu cet oiseau de bord de mer majestueux, en plus de voir ce bleu et le reflet du ciel aussi!

Blue Heron was wonderful!!

We had a wonderful time. The house was great! Its in a perfect location. We spent the days by the ocean and the evenings in the pool. We had 4 boys there under the age of 10 and they cried when we had to leave! No suggestions to improve the house. Thanks for having us! It was a great time! Hopefully we can be back in the future!!

I’m really glad to hear Blue Heron lived up to the 'big and clean' standard—with a house that size, our housekeeping team takes a lot of pride in hitting that mark. I’ll be honest, I’m a little bummed to see that one star went AWOL instead of hanging out with its buddies! 😉 My goal is always to hit that 'exuberant 5' mark, so I’ve been thinking a lot about our conversation regarding the 'starter kits' for supplies. I totally hear you on the 'time is essence' factor. Most large homes on the Gulf take the starter supply approach—which is why we mention it in our listings and FAQs—but one thing I hadn't considered was explicitly suggesting delivery services. That way, a crew can have exactly the brands and amounts they want, when they want them, without losing a single second of beach time. I'm actually going to start including a list of my own favorite local delivery spots in our check-in info because of your feedback! I also have to give you a shout-out for the VP-level assist on flagging that flush handle during your stay—it let us jump on it immediately so it didn't get in the way of the fun! 🛠️😉 Most importantly, I’m thrilled your granddaughters had such a blast. At the end of the day, that’s the part that really matters. Please do reach out to me directly when the family is ready for a return trip—I’d love to hear your suggestions on how we can turn that 'overall fine' into an 'absolutely perfect' and get that missing

Quick getaway to the beach

I can't even say enough wonderful words to let you know how much we loved staying in your home! It had everything we needed and then some! My daughter even wants us to install one of those ice makers in our house lol!!! It is in an amazing location, it wasn't crowded on the beach and we were able to simply relax. It was hard to leave! Fantastic!

We stayed for all of February in Blue Heron. We LOVED loved loved it! It was very clean and well-stocked on arrival. The management company and owners communicated very well--we knew exactly what to expect and even places to try out for food and coffee. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves, and the views from the decks were incredible! We hope to come back next year! Thank you for having us!

Annual Family Beach Trip

Our family had a wonderful time at the beach and staying in this beautiful property! We loved the upper and the lower decks, the heated pool, and our close proximity to the beach! This is definitely a property we will consider again!
