Cleaning was lacking

Nice apartment overall. Needed some attention to detail. Biggest issue was not being properly cleaned. Made sure we reported it to host immediately upon arrival. No one wants to check in and have to clean. Turned us off.

Great location

See stayed for 3 nights during racing season. The location is great and close to the track. Russ was very responsive to his email and text . We had issued with the Roku being missing from the apartment , he was able to get us new Roku within hours .

Racetrack opening weekend

Nice clean, new property. Lots of space for a couple. Excellent kitchen. A few minor glitches with the new construction, such as the front dead bolt and bathroom not locking, towel bar falling off. The location on South Broadway is as expected, not in a neighborhood but within walking distance to downtown and SPAC. Excellent home base for opening weekend at the track.

Good Spot

Easy check-in/check-out. Very spacious and bright apartment. The location is between downtown Saratoga and SPAC which is great. Apartment was not as spic-and-span as I would’ve wanted especially given the cleaning fee, but overall it was a very nice stay!

Beautiful and clean!

This was a beautifully and tastefully decorated with new countertops, flooring, and appliances! 12 foot ceilings and large windows made it feel spacious! Was clean and all dishes, utensils, things needed for convenience was there! Even the hairdryer was quality! lol! Shower head could have been more powerful but this apartment was a treat to stay at!! We lived our stay!

Great location

The apartment was clean and looked just like the photos online. It was close to everything and just minutes from downtown. Our only downside was the stairs. There are about 20-25 stairs leading up to the apartment which was a little hard for us as we are in our sixties! So if you don’t mind the stairs then this is the perfect place for you!

Great location to everything in Saratoga the only think would been nice is telling us about the steps coming up to the apartment and the shower needs handles to get in and out of shower for older people

Good location for the jazz festival

The apartment was very roomy and comfortable. We were disappointed that some of the woodwork (entry way and 1/2 bath) seemed to have been chewed on by a dog. The faucet on the sink was not secured to the sink and there was no liquid soap in the 1/2 bath and no extra pillow cases (although there were extra pillows). The property owner was very receptive and answered our questions rapidly.

Perfect weekend get away

This was the perfect apartment for our weekend get away. Such a great location, easy to get everywhere you want to go! Russ was very easy to get ahold of and communication was great! Apartment was so cozy, relaxing very and clean. Will absolutely come back !

Large bright 1 bedroom near downtown

An apartment above a Subway restaurant? Yes!! This large and spacious 1 bedroom was extremely comfortable for our 4 night stay. It was well appointed and we needed nothing. The place felt like quality all around, including the kitchen and the baths. We like to walk so the 10 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants was easy and there were sidewalks, so no safety issues. Many restaurants had outside seating availability and the city was charming. The huge nearby park had fantastic walking trails and a culture center and a golf course and a pool and more. If we return someday (and we will), we would absolutely be happy to stay in this apartment again. Thanks for taking good care of us.

Great Condo in Great City

Stayed here with wife and two kids. Perfect size for us. Beautiful kitchen was great for home cooked meals. Family room was perfect for hanging out. The smell of fresh baked bread everyday from restaurant below was an extra bonus. No problem staying in touch with owner via text and cell. About a 10 minute walk to Congress Park and the heart of Saratoga, no problem on nice days. Great stay!
