An amazing stay, property excellent, beach is literally across the road and bars / restaurants are either a 5 minute ride on the trolley bus or a 15 minute walk. Would definitely visit again and recommend to friends and family

Amazing place. Best stocked condominium we have ever stayed at. Beautifully decorated and bed was so comfy. Walk across the road right on to beach. Prime location. Hope to stay yearly.

We have stayed here for three years, love the location and accommodations. My only suggestion would be that it is time for new beach chairs. One has a really dirty or mildew pillow and the other has pulled seams on the seat of the chair.

Not great...

This property is being renovated, property doesn't look like the pictures and the pool is unuseable, make sure you read everything before booking this property, Owner was not friendly when contacted about not being able to use amenities, there was several light bulbs out in apartment along with pictures of the wall, owners comment was, call maintenance, um not my problem, you call maintenance, unit needs a deep clean, under beds has a ton of dust, trash found under night stands, floor was sandy when we arrived, porch is disgusting don't walk out there if you don't have shoes on, fan in bathroom is caked with dust. Owner did nothing to make this right for us. Runaway from Runaway Bay... Ghetto...

Hurricane Recovery

There was still a lot of destruction from the hurricanes which we expected. We expected some issues due to the hurricanes but our rental was still being fixed from the hurricane damage when we arrived and the manager did not this. The manager was able to get us to another rental which was an upgrade and we were able to really enjoy our trip.

Loved the Condo!

This place is updated and decorated very nicely. It had a good bed, good a/c, and good pressure in the shower. Had everything we needed including beach towels & bags, chairs, umbrellas, noodles, boogie boards, and a wagon. It is one of the buildings at the very front of the complex, so it is truly right across the street from beach access. The beach at this location is great. The pool at the complex is very nice too. There is plenty of storage and it felt very spacious for two of us for our 2 week stay. Highly recommend!

Very nice place!

Condo was remodeled and clean with new furniture, and supplied with everything we needed including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, and kids' toys. Great experience!

Very enjoyable stay

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at your place. Everything there was perfect. Location was awesome just a short walk across the street to beach. Umbrellas beach chairs noodles were all there for our use. We just loved the new sofa's they were very comfy. If fact we would like to know where you got the sofa's as we would like to purchase them for our home back north in Ohio .Nice large tv in living room nice large shower and the place was equipped with everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.We have been coming down here for 20 years and this is diffently been one of the best.

Great beach vacation

I rented this property for myself, my husband, and our 4 month old daughter for a week at the beach. It worked wonderful for us! The beach is directly across the street, and the condo was equipped with an umbrella, beach chairs, etc. It was very clean and nicely updated. We had a great vacation!

Bradenton beach condo

The condo was very clean. King bed was firm and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked. Living room sectional comfortable. Tv in both living room and bedroom. Bathroom good. Shower had excellent water pressure and wash up high. Very nice as I am 5’11 and sometimes shower heads are too low. Pool heater was not working so didn’t swim. Did sit by the pool. Very nice lots of chairs,tables and umbrellas..very nice people thru out the facility. Beach right across the street. Tons of beach chairs etc for your use. Very relaxing vacation. Publix right down the road for groceries. Lots of traffic on the road out front. But if you want a fair price for being this close to the beach it’s totally worth it

1 week stay, within 1 mile + walking along Beach or along street distance to shops and restaurants. Free trolley, stop right at the entrance to community runs approx every 20 minutes. Nice pool area.

The perfect place for a get a way
