AMI offers a FREE trolley service every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. The trolley travels from the north end of Anna Maria Island to Coquina Beach.



Only 1 pet per reservation with a maximum weight limit of 25 lbs per the Runaway Bay HOA.

Quaint and close to the beach

We enjoyed being directly across the street from the beach, and within walking distance to a few of our favorite restaurants and shops.

Close to the beach

The property if perfectly placed near restaurants, beach and other attractions. Very clean and the pool and pickle ball court was great. One of the better places we have stayed and reasonably priced. I would recommend this property very highly!

Amazing

Had a great time here on vacation! This is the perfect location, quick >3 minute walk to the beach. Laundry/washer were great, comfy bed, and beach equipment stocked in unit. Would stay here again.

Will Stay Here Again

My daughter and I loved our stay. Wonderful place to stay. Our condo was clean , very close to the beach, and a nice pool. We had beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon to use. We didn't cook much but kitchen was nice and fully equipped. Very helpful having a washer and dryer combo. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation. Working with Seabreeze was very easy. They were very responsive when we had a small issue. Property was exactly like shown in pics, very nice and can't beat location!! Already booked our trip for next year!

Convenient Condo – Our Second Stay

Our second year staying in this Condo. It is very comfortable and convenient. The only thing I would change is the coffee pot. It is a 5 cup pot, if you like coffee you have to make two pots or use the Kuerig. We love this Condo and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful tastefully decorated condo

This unit was perfect! tastefully decorated, had everything you could need from dishes to beach chairs, a beach cart, umbrellas, beach towels, washer/dryer, closet space. All you need are clothes! It was spotless and literally steps from the beach. Beautiful location, easy to get in and out of. First floor for people who have difficulty with stairs. We will be back for sure!

Awesome property!

We have nothing negative to say. The location to the beach was great and with crosswalk signals it made it very safe for the visually impaired . The condo was very clean, the bed was also comfortable. I bring my own pillows but theirs would have worked for us. The furniture was comfortable and made for a beach vibe.The internet and tv were more than adequate. Kitchen was well stocked in appliances, dishes, etc. . The ice maker was great to have. No oil, s/p , coffee, etc. but that wasn't a negative to us. So bring what you need if you are going to cook. You have a bbq restaurant a few doors down, so we walked to lunch. It was super easy to load and unload your car as it was right outside the door. We,. thoroughly enjoyed the place, its location and peaceful surroundings. We will be back.

The unit was very comfortable with a nice king size bed and beautifully decorated. It was nice to have access to the stacked washer and dryer inside the unit. Additionally, the location made it very easy to walk across the street to the beach, to walk to several gulf beach front restaurants, and even to the shops on Bridge Street. If you wanted to catch the trolley, a stop was right there at the entrance to the condos. There was a large swimming pool close to the unit behind the building and the pickle ball courts were beside the building at the entrance. I would recommend bringing beach chairs for the beach. The kitchen had basic pots and pans and casserole dishes. It was missing a pizza pan, but it had a cookie sheet and pizza cutter. The nonstick pan for cooking eggs was not nonstick. Overall, we loved it and plan to try to rent it again!
