Kanda Zen est un condo de 5 unités situé sur la voie navigable intracoastal à Pompano Beach, entièrement dédié aux locations de vacances à court terme et géré professionnellement par moi sous le nom commercial Kanda Sun Properties.

Il est à 6 minutes à pied de la célèbre plage de Pompano, et vous pourrez vous rendre à pied aux magasins, aux restaurants et plus encore.

Nous fournissons des chaises de plage, des parasols, des serviettes de plage et des glacières pour vous permettre de vous rendre à la plage.

La plage de Pompano est l’une des meilleures destinations du sud de la Floride. Ici, vous bénéficiez de tous les avantages d’être si près de la plage, mais également directement sur la voie navigable intracoastal, pour profiter au mieux des deux.

Ceci est le rez de chaussée 2 lit 2 appartement de bain avec vue sur l'eau de chaque chambre.

Complètement rénové en 2017 avec de nouveaux sols, cuisines et salles de bains.

Tous les nouveaux meubles. Lits King dans chaque chambre.

Chaque fenêtre a des stores filtrant la lumière et occultants.

Grands téléviseurs intelligents avec câble, enregistreur numérique, applications de streaming et accès rapide au Wifi partout.

Un endroit merveilleusement relaxant, nous avons tout fourni pour votre séjour.

Ouvrez le salon avec des sièges confortables pour regarder la télévision ou lire un livre, un bar de cuisine pouvant accueillir quatre personnes et une table �� manger pour huit personnes.

La cuisine est moderne avec de nouveaux appareils haut de gamme.

Pour la cuisson, utilisez des casseroles, verres, assiettes, couteaux de cuisine et des planches à découper en acier inoxydable triplis.

Nous fournissons 2 jeux de serviettes et 2 jeux de draps en coton à haute densité de fils pour chaque chambre à coucher ainsi que des serviettes de plage.

Chaque salle de bain a un sèche-cheveux.

Il y a un fer et une planche à repasser, ainsi qu'un aspirateur, une pelle à poussière et une brosse.

Il y a une buanderie climatisée gratuite sur place pour tout le condo avec 2 laveuses et 2 sécheuses, savon à lessive fourni.

Il n'y a pas de service de chambre ou de nettoyage quotidien, mais nous offrons un service de nettoyage sur demande moyennant un supplément.

Nous avons un lit bébé disponible sur demande et un coffre-fort pour stocker votre passeport ou vos objets de valeur.

Le pont arrière a un quai de 60 pieds un patio pavé avec piscine et jacuzzi (tous deux chauffés).

De confortables tables et chaises d'extérieur sont fournies ainsi que des chaises longues.

Il y a deux barbecues à gaz pour les grillades en plein air à l'arrière et un dans le patio avant.

Cet appartement dispose d'un grand porche couvert donnant sur le pont arrière, la piscine et la voie navigable, accessible par les deux chambres et le salon. Le porche a deux ensembles de tables et de chaises hautes pour vous permettre de prendre votre café du matin ou un verre en soirée.

Nous autorisons les enfants, mais veuillez noter que le condo n'est pas adapté aux bébés ni aux enfants, il n'y a pas de cadenas, la piscine n'est pas clôturée et le quai a un accès ouvert à la voie navigable.

La propriété est très bien située près de tout, des magasins d’alimentation, de la pharmacie, des bars, des restaurants, du port de plaisance, de la plage, du golf, du fitness, etc.

We had a great stay here! We were in unit four, which is first floor and water front. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the guests in the other units were really nice, and the owner was very responsive when we had one small issue. We would come back in a heartbeat and likely will!

This property has undergone a beautiful renovation. The spacious space and very nice decor was so delightful! We were especially impressed that both bedrooms had king beds! Awesome!

Great oasis on the Intercostal😎

Very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in Pompano. A person can get pretty relaxed on a lounge chair, wading in the pool or sitting in the spa while watching all the boats pass in front of you on the Intercoastal. Kaukuta was a pleasure to work with.👍😎

Awesome place!

This has to be one of the best places we have stayed in Florida. Spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and decorated and ideally located. The welcome pack was really considerate. Everything we could possibly need was at hand. Perfect Getaway!

The place was SPOTLESS, and everything just seemed so thoughtful. From the extra soft and ample towels, to the free laundry area with books and brand new coolers, to the comfy king beds and window coverings, to the multiple seating options outside and remote controlled hot tub, we were just in heaven for our 3 nights!! I was recovering from an ankle sprain, so was glad to have a rental car, but you could easily walk to the beach (about 5 mins), and it was a quiet, lovely stretch of sand and clear water. We took a wagon, two brand new chairs, a brand new umbrella, and a full cooler, and had the best time in our little spot of shade! I think we swam in the pool about 15 times a day, just because it was right off the patio of our unit 4. Gorgeous sunsets every night, and fun yet not overwhelming action watching all the boats peel through, haha! We went to Publix on the first day and literally never went out because we just loved being home so much! Communication and instructions were easy and efficient. Great alternative to beachfront and still waterfront with palm trees in every direction. We'll be trying to get back for another stay asap!

We really loved this place

The property is wonderfully located on the Intercoastal in Pompano Beach FL. It is small with only five units which, for us, added to our enjoyment---it provided comfort and privacy while still providing the opportunity to meet people from around the country. The accomodations were exceptional---clean, comfortable with a beautiful view of the Intercoastal and every thing you may need to make it feel like home. You will love this place!

Perfect location

This was a great property to stay at. The property manager, K, was responsive and provided lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area. The place was clean, modern, and sizable. It was my first time staying in the area. Although we rented a car, you really don't need it if you're staying local. We were walking distance from a lot of great restaurants. It's a beautiful property to stay at overlooking the water!

Don't judge this great property by the walk up when you first arrive....the apartment is fabulous! It's well decorated, VERY CLEAN and no detail is missed. This property even has sunscreen and coolers for your use. I'm staying here every time I need to be in south Florida. Excellent communication....could go on and on.

Beautiful & Perfectly Relaxing

My husband, sister, and I stayed here for 6 nights for a post Covid reunion. It was the first time any of us had stayed in vacation condo, so we were a little anxious about what we would find, but Kanda Zen was perfect in every way. The property and apartment were just like the photos, beautiful and very clean. We could tell by the amenities that someone had really put thought into setting it up. We had Apt 4, where all the rooms had a waterview--simply gorgeous. We walked out the door and there was the pool/spa, tables, chairs, lounges, and gas grills. We loved having coffee there in the morning, watching the clouds & boats go by, as well as the lizards make their stroll along the dock. Since we were in FL for nearly 10 days, I loved that the laundry room was right there. The owner was great, very communicative and right on top of any little issue that came up--not that we had any issues. All of us raved about out stay and wished we could have stayed longer. If we're ever in Pompano Beach again, I know we'll try to book here.

Perfect Getaway

2 couples took a getaway vacation for the weekend and we had a blast! The ambience and vibe of the apartment and pool were wonderful. We relaxed through the day and then went out in the evenings. It was clean and provided many amenities for light packing. Made friends with the other apartments! It’s highly recommended to escape to this slice of happiness!

A couple days in paradise

My wife and I and another couple stayed in the 2 bedroom lower level apartment A. We would definitely recommend staying on the lower floor easy access to pool, grill and laundry. The river view is great, fun to watch boats . The apartment was very clean and beautiful and it had everything you could need.. just bring your clothes. it also came with high quality beach chairs, umbrellas and even a cooler. Kaukuta was a great host! He answered any questions we had and was there if we needed him for anything. Don't hesitate to book ! We will be back again! Keith and Renee Tim and JC

5 minute walk to beach. Amazing boat watching directly outside your back door. Beautiful modern condo with all the extras. Most importantly the place is superbly clean and updated.

Fantastic experience

I stayed in Apt 4 with my husband and son for 8 days. The one phrase that kept coming to mind during the entire stay was 'white glove service'. Kaukuta went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. For example, I remarked that the mattress was firmer than I was used to and he immediately went out and purchased a new memory foam topper for us! Truly amazing service. The apartment itself is immaculate and beautiful. I can't wait for the availability to free up again for our next visit!
