Incroyable unité au 2e étage du bâtiment C du Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club. Ce condo entièrement meublé avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains offre une vue sur le complexe, la climatisation centrale et se trouve à quelques pas de la plage de sable blanc de Siesta Key Beach, la plage n ° 1 en Amérique! Cette unité est récemment mis à jour avec un plan d'étage ouvert, avec des appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit, éclairage / mobilier mis à jour, bar de la cuisine avec des tabourets, salon et salle à manger / véranda. Cette unité dispose d'une télévision à écran plat, lecteur DVD, ventilateurs de plafond et service de ménage, y compris les draps et les serviettes. Internet sans fil et téléphone sont également disponibles dans l'unité. La chambre principale a un très grand lit avec un tout nouveau matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme, tandis que la chambre d'amis dispose également d'un tout nouveau matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme double et double. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de rangement dans chaque chambre pour ranger toutes vos affaires.

Sarasota Surf & Racquet Club est situé sur 13 acres de golfe avant. Les installations du complexe comprennent 2 piscines chauffées - 1 côté plage, 1 dans la cour, 4 courts de tennis (2 Har-Tru, 2 Lackold), un centre de remise en forme récemment rénové, un centre d'affaires, une salle de loisirs avec cuisine pour de petits rassemblements, un pavillon de plage avec des grillades et des chaises de plage pour tous les invités. Siesta Key

The property was nice and had nice amenities. The view was not great but that is OK. The only suggestion would be to add a mattress topping to the king bed. It was very hard.

Good location and well equipped.

The property was in a good location and the beach was nice. The property was kept up and the unit was clean and well equipped, but I don't think I'd call this property a resort. There are no services other than chairs for the beach. The view was not of the beach (as it notes in the description) it was of the parking lot, which was disappointing. Labor Day weekend seemed to fill the place up, so parking was very difficult. We also could hear the music and voices from the unit next to us. No laundry in the unit, so we had to purchase a money card to use the laundry by the elevators. It would have more convenient if they had mentioned that when we checked in. There are two pools, one close to the office (with bathrooms) and one near the beach (but no bathrooms).

Hi Teri. First off I wanted to thank you for your review. We are sorry that your expectations were not met. It seems that there was some confusion as to what amenities that we provide. Nowhere in our description does it say that our condo has a water view. It is stated several times that it is a resort view. We are glad that you found our actual condo clean and well equipped. We do not have a washer and dryer in our unit and again, our listing does not state that we do. The rest of your issues are with the actual resort and not with our actual condo. Our resort itself is located on the number one rated beach in the US. It does have two heated pools as well as you described. It’s unfortunate that you deducted stars from our condo rating for things that were unfortunately misunderstood or were beyond our control. We should not be held responsible for noisy neighbors, lack of bathrooms on the property and lack of general amenities that you feel our resort should provide.

Super Nice Stay

We stayed in room C204 and it was super nice. It was about a 3 to 4 minute walk to the beach but it's a beautiful walk. The resort is set up so nicely and super easy to navigate. Laundry room was on tha same floor so it made that easy. Parking was always easy to find a spot. The place us super clean. My only thing I had issues with was the pools. Both pools would always be super full from 12 to about 5 and some ppl at the pool didn't care about others around them. They would bring their music box and play it so loud. I don't mind music playing but when their is that many ppl not all of them want to hear music in another language. So I wished they had someone at the pool to control the amount of ppl coming in it. Other than that it was a nice beautiful place. Next year I will choose this place again and just hope they figure something out about the pool or put a 3rd one in. Lol

Great stay-cation

We really enjoyed our Florida stay-cation at Siesta Key. It was our first time visiting and couldn't be more pleased to find such a nice destination just 3 hours away from us. The property was clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need to make it your home for a few days, or even longer if you desire. The condo is just a short walk to the pool and beach. The resort in general is very well maintained with lush landscaping, bunnies (yes, you read right), clean pools, plenty of beach loungers, and just a few minutes from Siesta Village where you can find some good eats and bars. There are beach umbrella rentals available through a vendor, but they were not always on the beach. I would definitely recommend bringing your own umbrellas or tent as the white powdery sand really attracts the sun! Thanks to Tim for hosting us. We will definitely be coming back!

Very nice condo, beach is excellent.

This condo is extremely nice! It was very clean when we got there, and the check-in process was very easy. The owner even has some pool and beach items available to use, which is extremely nice. I loved the big window at the table. It's nice and bright to sit at. Too bad we didn't have an ocean view, but the window is still very nice. I really liked the convenience of the luggage carts and shopping carts. There is also an elevator. My favorite parts about the beach at this condo are that the beach space is huge, and that there are people working to help get you beach chairs *and* they put them back up so you don't have to! So nice! It's great that the condo has 2 pools, because this definitely helped me get my two boys some pool time without feeling like it was overcrowded. The location of the Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club is exceptional. The beach is absolutely spectacular, and there are so many places within a short drive. My husband and I walked along the beach, and I sincerely think that the best beach area is at this condo. Aside from no ocean view in this particular unit, there were only a couple of other things that made it slightly less than perfect. While I truly do appreciate that the bed mattress on the king bed is new, it is definitely way more firm than what me and my husband are used to. It did hurt my back, but we found some extra pillows in the closet that I put under me, and that helped some. The other slight inconvenience is that the units are not equipped with their own washer and dryer. There are some community washers and dryers near the elevator, and you have to load a card with money to use them. The card comes from the main office, and you just have to go ask for it and give them money so they can load the card. Some people may not mind this at all, and at least there are washers and dryers on the property. The people at the main office are very friendly and helpful. Also, the owner is very nice and helpful, and replied to my inquiries right away. One last note: since we stayed during the pandemic, the gym was closed. That was disappointing, but completely understandable given the pandemic situation. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was spotless and the check in and check out process was simple. We were very pleased!

Awesome condo. Building is furthest from the beach in the complex, but still a very short walk. Two warm and clean pools and an awesome, expensive private beach. Beachside grills to reserve was a nice touch. Condo is clean and renovated and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended. Great vacation with easy access to downtown siesta key.
