Very nice and clean house. You have everything you need in the kitchen and the bathroom. Harjeet S Sehmi really cared about us. It is easy to contact him and his answer is very fast. A good word also for Kathy. We recommend strongly this place. Also Harjeet has been of great help when we left which saved us from having problems with the car location. Thank you again.

Our host, Harjeet, was wonderful! Communication was excellent. Check in was a breeze. He was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is beautiful. We had all the amenities we wanted. We highly recommend this property and definitely plan on returning!

We enjoyed our stay at Harjeet's. The home is located near the family members that we were visiting. The neighborhood is very walkable. Grocery stores, pharmacies and other shopping is plentiful and just a short drive away. We appreciated having access to do laundry during our stay. Harjeet is a very responsive and considerate host. We look forward to our next stay at the home.

House is located in a convenient, quiet and safe area and has all the amenities needed including a washer and dryer. Host Harjeet was always available to answer any questions and make sure that you have an enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend Harjeet’s place for long or short stays.

Great Experience

Host was very accommodating and flexible with check as was much appreciated. I used this home as a work base for a travel assignment. It met my expectations. The area is safe and convenient. I especially liked being able to use tnhe garage. Appreciate the ease of communication.

Our stay was excellent.

The owner is very friendly and kind. He made our stay very enjoyable and was always helpful when we needed to consult him for a situation. We would stay there again and would highly recommend anyone wanting a small home with convenience to shopping and the water to stay in this VRBO.

Nice repeat stay

We have stayed at Harjeet's home previously and have always had an excellent experience. This stay did not disappoint. Harjeet is very responsive and easy to work with. Our main reason for visiting the area was to spend the holidays with family. The home is located near our family's home so it was convenient for us. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely book again for future trips.

Just What We Needed

One of the best features of this property is location. Easy access to Holiday, Odessa, Port Richey, Tampa and more, especially being close to US 19. It was perfectly situated for our trip. Harjeet was a great host, providing great communication and checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. While we did not use the outdoor space, there is a sizeable backyard and enclosed porch, which could be great for a family or just enjoying the outdoors. The neighbourhood is quiet. We enjoyed the amenities (e.g. 2 private bedrooms, entertainment/TV options, full kitchen, reliable WiFi) and other little bits that were available (i.e. select first aid & toiletries, multiple coffee options, tea, some foods). The air conditioning was nice and cool and ceiling fans added to our comfort. We would definitely recommend. Thanks!

The house is a fairly nice house, but upon arrival we noticed a very foul odor coming from the garage,of which without moving everything out of there, we could not find the source.the house needs a deep clean, my wife spent most of her stay in the house cleaning it. Also why is there not cloth mattress covers on the beds, it would save the life of the mattress and make people like us feel better about sleeping in a bed that someone slept in the night before. most if not all of the furniture is second hand stuff, and not comfortable at all.Would we stay again? Probably not, but IF the owner plans on keeping this open to rent,he really should consider a very deep clean of the place. IF he has a cleaning person, he should fire them, because they suck at it! ALSO, FYI to owner, you have a family of squirrels living in the soffits of the back porch area, with a big hole into the screened area. The cleaning charge should be refunded since we cleaned everything, enough to at least feel somewhat better about our living area.We cleaned enough on our "Vacation" so no we did not put sheets in the washer as per your note.

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The back porch is sooo nice, we enjoyed sitting out there as much as we could. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and check-in was super easy. We were very close to stores and food, but the peacefulness made everything seem far away. Will definitely stay again. Harjeet was wondering and very responsive, actually very proactive...he checked on us a couple times during our two week stay.

We love this cute little house. It was clean, small but spacious! There were three of us, me, my husband and MIL. We had separate rooms which we wouldn’t have gotten in a hotel. It had a screened in back porch and we spent a lot of time there. We ate all of our breakfasts there. We have family in the area and they were able to come to us and we still had room to enjoy their visits.

Enjoyed our return stay

We were pleased to find Harjeet's home available, as we had a great guest experience during a previous visit. The home is approximately 10 minutes away from the family we were visiting. There are also convenience stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and so much more within easy driving distance. The home was clean and comfortable. Harjeet provided excellent information and made sure that we had everything we needed. We appreciate his hospitality and look forward to future visits.
