Great little place. 2 blocks from beach access. Great little place for a stay. Host communication was great. All amenities worked and were clean. Everything was provided which makes packing for travel lighter. Will save this property for our next trip to Cocoa Beach.

Nice Beach House

Cute place, a few blocks to the beach. Enjoyed our stay.Complaints: 10 digit door code was challenging, as was the crawling on the floor to read the back of the router for the wifi password. The living area was dark--too dark to read.

Quick Retreat!

What a great location! Right next to a park with a splash pad, and kids playground makes it perfect for families! Short walk to the beach! We will be back!

Great surf vacation

Our stay was terrific from start to finish. Communications were timely and clear, and Kim was very responsive and helpful. The property was exactly where we wanted to be, just a few minutes walk to the beach and a few minutes drive to Jetty Park. It was clean and tidy and well stocked for our 5 day adventure. Parking was easy and convenient; we were able to safely store our surfboards outdoors, behind the property gate. We will be back!

EASY walk to beach AND close to Rec center

Very spacious home! Kitchen has accommodations for cooking. Very thoughtful to have all stuff you need for thre beach!! Chairs , umbrella, toys, boogie boards..towels

Great location in Cape Canaveral

The location was in walking distance to the beach and had all the beach necessities for us to use so we did not have to bring anything with us including beach chairs, umbrella, sunscreen, & even sand toys. We were also right next door to the community center which had a nice court for basketball, volleyball, or pickle ball as well as a nice size weight room so we didn’t have to miss a workout. There were also a few items like salt, pepper, garlic powder, coffee, & filters to get you started along with some basic pots & pans. The only thing that was missing was a baking pan as we cook a lot to save money rather than eating out all the time. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely consider staying there again.
